It was a great stay except with some issues with the A/C. Diego was able to provide us with a partial refund for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed Carolina’s place and the recommendations given throughout our stay. Please keep in mind that the location was so beautiful reminding me of an upscale jungle stay.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would come back to enjoy this space again. The area is peaceful and we enjoyed walking to the beach and Tulum. There are bikes and scooters to rent for the day as well. Diego was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Carolina and Diego were great hostesses. All of request were met and Diego and Carolina Communicated very well! Made our stay very relaxing and also gave us great tips on dining and taxi cabs! Will definitely stay at this Penthouse again

This was an awesome property, right near bars and restaurants. It felt very private for being so central.

Beautiful place, gorgeous grounds, perfect location for our trip. Even after amazing days out, we were always excited to get back to the condo. Super clean, incredible layout and decor, rooftop unreal with views of the jungle canopy. Caro, Diego, and Daniel were wonderful hosts. Their suggestions were a great resource. Every place we visited ended up being on the list they kindly shared, sometimes without us realizing until after the fact :)

Beautiful home , very comfortable stay , great location, definitely recommend, the views from the rooftop are amazing, jacuzzi was great only thing it takes 24hrs to heat up . We enjoyed our stay very much , Can't wait to come back again !! Thank you for all the recommendations.

I loved the property! It was just as pictured. I spent lots of time lounging in the hammock and on the rooftop. There were multiple dining options in walking distance. It was a 15 minute walk or 5 minute can ride to downtown Tulum. It was also about a 15 minute cab ride to the beach clubs. A grocery store was walkable as well. If I returned to Tulum I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay, exactly as pictured. Best condo at the property for sure, so much privacy and different spaces to hang out. And the building itself was so nice with gorgeous amenities. Ruben at the front desk was so helpful calling taxis for us. The hot tub instructions were unclear but we finally got it worked the last night. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful to spend a few days in this amazing apartment and in the resort! Jungle meets luxury. Our family would love to come!

The property was gorgeous, loved having the private rooftop space, and really liked having the gym onsite. Location - walking distance (across the street) to restaurants and 3 min walk to grocery store. It was a safe area. We rented bikes, condo concierge arranged for us, and were able to ride to the beach every day - easy bike path to get to. Condo - I would stay here again. The space was clean and big enough for 4 of us staying there. Great views. Beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space/hangers to store luggage. Note: We ran of toilet paper, paper towels, and didn't have extra trash bags while we were there, which was fine as we were able to get at the store down the street.

The unit was incredible. Two of my boys and myself stayed here to celebrate my Birthday. Location was incredible with downtown bars and restaurants are only a 20 min walk away max. There were amazing places to eat across the street within 2-5 min walks. We never needed to use a taxi other then to get to the beach clubs and Diego (through Carolina) set us up. The views from the condo roof top of the jungle are incredible and the view of the Cenote from the balcony was incredible to look at everyday. The photos of the property really do not do it justice. We also had an amazing experience with “Johathan TRUMP” concierge at Xalet who got us hookups for the beach clubs (Kanan). The couch unfortunately is not a sofa bed just to be aware of. I would definitely return to this Air bnb again. You do have to walk across a draw bridge from the lobby across the Cenote to get to the building which does have working elevators. Very interesting after a night of partying. Incredible Condo

Nice apartment in a great complex and good amenities. Positives were the location being near a large supermarket and a number of restaurants. The apartment is to the front top side and rear of the first block overlooking the jungle. There is a roof garden accessible from outside stairs which I didn’t use, as well as a large communal roof terrace above the gym that was pleasant. The beds and sofa weren’t particularly to my liking but that’s personal (I prefer softer).

Wonderful location, made our Tulum trip memorable. There was a little hiccup with the power breaker however the host was very responsive in addressing the issue and was very kind and gave us great recommendations to eat I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place, great location

Had a great stay, the host was very responsive. The Airbnb was beautiful, close to everything that you want to do in Tulum. Highly recommend getting ATVs to get around because taxis are expensive. The space was clean and comfortable with great amenities. Overall highly recommend!

Beautiful place - exceptional hosts. Perfect spot to explore Tulum. From booking through to our stay at Xalet we felt right at home. Beyond the well appointed spacious units ; myself and the other guests felt the host Diego was a standout . He was responsive and friendly , arranging car service, private massages on our rooftop and providing many great local recommendations. Check in was also seamless and front desk staff always helpful. I would highly recommended Xalet to anyone who wants to both explore both Tulum town and the surrounding beaches .

I have stayed in other places in Tulum, and without a doubt this one exceeded everyone, Nuria was always present and responded very quickly by WA the place is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable and the very comfortable pillows 100% recommended.

This apartment and host were honestly amazing. The host was very responsive with any confusion we had when checking in. We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and had a very cosy feel. The hosts provided us with water and some beers so we couldn’t complain. Then we had an amazing balcony and roof terrace with beautiful views of the jungle and our own private jacuzzi. I would definitely go back to this apartment complex as everything was perfect and the security made us feel very safe.

This was a perfect airbnb in tulum - ten min walk to the chedraui grocery store and tulum town. I loved having access to such a big gym and strong Wi-Fi to work remotely as well. Definitely the best place to stay in tulum if you’re traveling solo or as a couple as it’s very safe and walkable

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was also in a perfect location. It was clean, well decorated, and felt comfortable. The amenities I had access to was unbelievable and appreciated. I will surely be coming back to stay here again on a longer trip. Oh, the condo manager who met with me was so helpful! She helped make my check-in and stay peaceful and powerful. Great air bnb!!

Beautiful place great location

Xalet is beyond beautiful I can’t wait to go back ! The pools are amazing the cenote outside your door steps is the cherry on top!

A stunning penthouse located in a beautiful building with amazing views. The penthouse was neat and exactly as displayed on the internet. We had our own private jacuzzi, and Augustina organized a private spa treatment for us which we had upstairs where the jacuzzi is. It was an amazing experience. She was also so kind to arrange taxi pick up for us when ever we needed it. Very hands on and always available. Thank you for having 💜

We loved our stay! The air bnb was everything we expected and more! The private rooftop pool was wonderful and the host was extremely helpful! She helped us organize a ride to and from the airport and gave us awesome tour and food recommendations!
