Review Everything was great đđŒ The house is amazing, and you can see that it is very well maintained. The rooms are super comfortable, the bathrooms are in perfect condition, and the living rooms, dining room, and kitchen are very nice, spacious, and well equipped. Everything was spotless and as shown in the pictures. In addition, the host was super helpful and kind throughout the stay. He was always available and responded very quickly when we had any questions. Honestly, we felt very comfortable and would definitely return. âš

The house was perfect for our groupâclean, spacious, and close to everything we wanted to do. It truly felt like the ideal home base for our trip, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cancun. Paola and Gerardo were wonderful hosts who stayed in constant communication, arranged airport pickâups, helped plan excursions, and shared great restaurant recommendations. Their support made our stay even better.

My family absolutely loved this house! It was incredibly quiet and much bigger than we anticipated, which made the stay even better. Itâs perfect for an adultsâ getaway. The host was fantastic and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was lovely to stay in. Everything was as described and the hosts were amazing at communicating. Response times were extremely fast and hosts were all extremely proactive. All amenities were as described and the place looked even better than the photos portray. Around a 15/20min drive from the main strip with a good selection of convenience stores nearby

Outstanding stay â amazing hosts and beautiful home! I had an absolutely wonderful stay here in CancĂșn. Paola and Garcia were truly AMAZING hosts from start to finish. They were both very welcoming, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality alone made this stay special. Transportation was made and set upon arrival and departure (thanks to the amazing host). The house was beautiful, very clean, and as described. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The Villa was amazing as it pertains to the space needed for our group and it was perfect for enjoying our time celebrating my birthday in CancĂșn. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Incredible hosts, a lovely home, and a smooth, enjoyable stay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting CancĂșn and would happily stay here again! Thanks for making it every bit of amazing Paola!

We had a wonderful stay . The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there, and the place felt safe and quietâperfect for relaxing. Our family was fascinated with our stay. Everything was clean and well organized. Pool was clean and even had a blow up sea horse which made it more fun. They are friendly and have great communication. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation stay.

This place truly felt like a mansion! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were absolutely perfectâso kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Every room gave us plenty of space to relax, and we never felt crowded even with a group. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool was the highlightâit was the perfect addition to the home and made our time there so enjoyable. We all felt right at home and beyond comfortable the entire stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Mexico. Itâs truly a gem and made our trip unforgettable!

This Airbnb was amazing. First off the hosts saved our vacation. They went out of their way to rent to us at 1am after having to leave a horrible Airbnb with 3 small children. The house is gorgeous, especially the master bedroom and so close to restaurants and Every thing u need is near. I suggest to rent a car , to explore the hotel zone and every where else. Thereâs many restaurants walking distance also , right around the corner. Also uber eats delivers no problem to this address. I will definitely love to rent here again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this home. The space is absolutely beautiful, and the decor was stunning â just like the photos! It was clean, cozy, and gave off such a warm, welcoming vibe that made our family feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location. Itâs right in the center of everything â just minutes from the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and other local spots, which made getting around super easy and convenient. McDonaldâs was right across was very convenient for my autistic son and picky food. The home, the location, and the memories we made far outweighed the minor inconveniences. Weâd absolutely consider booking again.

We had a great stay! Our group of seven fit comfortably in the home, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property looked just like the photos, and the location was convenientâclose to the hotel zone and within walking distance to several great restaurants. The snacks, wine and water were a great touch and greatly appreciated. Paola and Gerardo were both incredibly kind and responsive, making communication smooth and easy throughout our stay. While there were a few areas in the home that could benefit from a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness and updates, it didnât take away from the overall experience. The exterior of the home can feel a bit uninviting at first glance, but once inside the gated area, we felt completely safe and secure. Thank you again for your hospitality and for accommodating our group so well!

What can I say?... This place was exactly what we were looking for: something big and peaceful enough for 6 people. This place exceeded expectations from the attentiveness of Paola to the warmth welcome of her parents. Great people that take care of their property and their goal is to make sure you feel at home. Definitely if I come back to Cancun, this place will be on top of my list. This place stood out beyond my expectations, not just because of the location and beauty of it, but also for the incredibly kindness of the team, they were in touch to know if we needed assistance for our arrival, and how our accommodation was going, also, were always prepare to give us the best spots, advices, and tour agencies (without mention they can get you a discount) in town to make our staying more than incredible. The house is magical, totally worthy to stay in many more times, it makes you feel that you are really on vacations without losing the feel of being home. About the location, you have all the touristic places a few minutes ahead by car. That makes available to enjoy many things and seizing your time the most. Also, I would like to highlight the security equipment of the house because it makes you feel more relaxed and unworried. Definitely I will come back to Cancun, and wonât hesitate to book it again. It was a great stay. The house is very nice, with great taste. Everything coincided with the listing. The hosts are quite attentive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely book with them again.
