This beautiful place exceed my expectations. Plenty of space for our family of four. The pool was perfect and we really enjoyed our time

Josh was super communicative, gave clear instructions and their place is exactly as beautiful as the photos show. Secure, beautiful location away from the hotel vibe. We stayed for 9 days. Grounds keeper came to keep the pool and area clean a few times. Pool was lovely, Definitely recommend having a vehicle as it's 20 minutes out into the Eastern cape. All the restaurants and grocery stores within 15 min drive. There is contruction noise in the distance during the day, that's not too loud, but the sound of the fountains drown it out. Overall a wonderful place to stay as a couple or with a group of friends.

Another wonderful stay at Cinco Palmas! The hacienda style home and location is perfect for us, and we look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful property! It's about 15-20 min from downtown San Jose (lots of restaurants and shopping!). It's quite a ways out on dirt roads but an easy drive to the beach, Acre, Flora Farms, and a nice new yoga studio. The house was stocked with everything we needed; the pool was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was great, and the AC worked great. We found the place to be very private, peaceful, and well appointed. We also loved the unique, authentic Mexican-style hacienda style of the home.

This house was truly beautiful. Clearly whoever built this home did so with love and care and attention to detail. We really soaked in every door, every bench, every light fixture, the brick sloping ceilings and the gorgeous tile patio. The pool was stunning, very private and quiet. The home is tucked back in a neighborhood with several new homes being built nearby. It felt incredibly safe. We went with our 2 young children and they loved the pool and hot tub, the expansive patio and the sweet little living room for a respite from the sun. Only recommendation I would make for other families is to come with a child lock for lever doors as we were concerned about the kids walking out of the bedroom which opens up directly to the pool. We had some bugs inside but that’s kind of expected for the area. The nearest swimmable beaches are a decent drive away. Overall, such a lovely experience and our host was incredible and very responsive. I have already recommended the place to others :)

Breathtaking spacious villa near an amazing beach, just what my family of 5 needed for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Josh!

Really really beautiful and special villa! The set up is perfect for eating and hanging put outside. The home has great architecture and character which arches and domes and details in each building. Gorgeous landscaping and so many birds. The location is perfectly situated between San Jose Del Cabo and the more remote East Cape spots including the incredible Cabo Pulmo where we spent a day snorkeling. The best snorkeling I’ve done! So many donkeys on the road/ they love carrots. Note- there is currently major construction during the day right up the road so it got loud sometimes when we were home.

It’s like staying in a private villa! The place was a perfect getaway for our girls trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Cinco Palms. It was relaxing - peaceful with a nice mix of sunny and shaded areas around a great pool. The pool was always at a comfortable temperature and had fun toys. We appreciated that the technology of the house worked well (pool, hot tub, air conditioners, dish washer, Wi-Fi...). The one exception was that we found it a bit challenging to stream videos on the TV. Josh was responsive. We had a few questions and issues that were quickly addressed. Josh uses a local maintenance person, who takes care of houses in the neighborhood, to care for the pool, landscaping, and address issues. Josh was willing to modify our check-in and check-out times to accommodate our flight schedule after checking with his cleaning staff. This was much appreciated! The house is adequately stocked but could have more dishes and bedding (for example, different weight blankets...). We enjoyed a few meals at Vera Neo, a close restaurant overlooking the ocean and coastline.

Had a lovely stay at Cinco Palms. Incredible property nestled hilltop overlooking the ocean. Very spacious and private layout. Felt safe and secure. Just a short drive down to the beach. Enjoyed going to the art walk in San Jose del Cabo. Recommend nearby restaurants Acre and Flora Farms. Thank you for your hospitality Josh!

We LOVED our stay! It felt like we had our own private resort with our separate bedrooms and private pool/hot tub. It looked exactly like the photos! The pool was a great refreshing temp and the freeze babies of the group actually enjoyed the hot tub only being bath tub temp during the day time. The location is peaceful and the front gate worker takes their job very seriously! The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking tools but you will need to bring some of the basic consumables like oil, coffee, and tin foil. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location within 10 min of 6 really good restaurants but secluded enough to enjoy the privacy!
