My stay was excellent! The host was very kind, attentive and always available. Place was clean and just as shown in the photos. The location was also very good for enjoying Tulum. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay

Spectacular house! Huge spaces and comfortable beds. The host arranged meals for us with a private chef, it was amazing. In addition, the host was always available to answer any questions and requests we had. Thank you for everything! 🤩

The villa is absolutely gorgeous — even better than the photos! We celebrated my sister’s birthday here with a small group and every detail felt five-star. The design is modern and lux, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was where we spent most of our time soaking up the sun. The location was ideal — tucked away enough for privacy but still close to Tulum’s el centro and beach clubs. It was the kind of stay that makes you wish you’d booked more nights!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim! The pictures are exactly what you can expect the place to look like, it’s even more beautiful in person. The design of the pool area is great for picture taking and content! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. The home is located in a newly developing area so roads are not yet fully paved but not an issue. Would recommend having a vehicle or transport of some sort to get around as the location is about 20-30 mins walking distance to Centro but a quick drive. Angelica was very responsive while we were there. We had an issue with the hot water and she sorted it out quickly! For large groups and long her stays, it would be worthwhile to ask about additional towels, garbage bags, paper towel as this was limited and for a house that holds up to 10 would be ideal to have a little more than what was offered. Overall, it was a great stay at a beautiful property and would recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!

Our stay was simply amazing. We were 10 people between family and friends, and from the first moment we felt right at home. The property is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped for large groups. Every corner is very well cared for and you can tell that the hosts pay attention to details. The location is in a quiet and safe area, just a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in Tulum and the main points of interest. It was very easy to get around and enjoy both the hotel area and downtown. The host was always available and attentive, which made all the difference. That arrangement made our experience much more comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tulum. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.

Me and 6 other girls stayed here for my bachelorette trip and It was absolutely stunning - worth every penny. The place was so beautiful and spacious, and beautifully decorated/designed. The minimalistic style gave it very much Kim K vibes. Also, the pool was absolutely beautiful with its black and white checkered design. Anytime we needed anything, the host was quick and great with her response. In regards to transportation, the hosts puts you into contact with Sama Transportation Company and they were amazing. If you get the driver Charly…he’s amazing and deserves 10 stars (such a great guy). Transportation is pricey. Something to keep in mind when booking this home, we encountered more than usual scorpions and other insects (inside the home). The owner did mention that insect spray was under the sink (and it was), however some of the girls were terrified of scorpions so just keep that in mind when booking a place in Tulum as it is in the jungle. 10/10 would recommend !!!!

100% recommend this place! It was clean and beautiful! Angelica is an amazing host. From before we arrived, she was attentive with anything that we needed. She let us hire a private chef (chef moti) to cook us at home which made the experience 100x better. I can’t wait to go back to stay here again. I could say that the distance from town was a bit far (20ish mins) but it was worth it. I don’t regret staying here at all! I had the best bachelorette thanks to them!
