Mi estancia fue excelente! El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre disponible. El lugar estaba limpio y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación también fue muy buena para disfrutar de Tulum. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y la recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable y sin inconvenientes

considering what we paid there was a lot that could be better. only one extremely dull kitchen knife that couldn’t cut a lime even. no paper towel, only 2 tea towels, one facecloth for the whole stay, only 5 hangers in my bedroom, no scoop the clean the pool, debris and bugs just piled up each day, noticeable sewage smell after using the showers and really poor wifi with limited cell service. the place is very pretty but not set up in a way that makes much sense (none of the seating faces the tv, had to sit in a row on the benches or on the floor). no dishwasher for a larger group is also tough. these are things i’d normally be willing to overlook but given spending thousands of dollars i wish we knew in advance and would have maybe looked elsewhere in our budget. good for photoshoots if that’s something you’re interested in. also super far from the beach so be prepared to spend a fortune in taxi fare.

Great place!! Lots of common space to hang out with everyone! Kitchen is well equipped ! Close to the stores and restaurants! Would recommend this place to my friends!!

Maison spectaculaire ! Des immenses espaces et des lits confortables. L’hôte nous a organisé des repas avec un chef privé c’était incroyable. De plus, l’hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nos demandes. Merci pour tout ! 🤩

The villa is absolutely gorgeous — even better than the photos! We celebrated my sister’s birthday here with a small group and every detail felt five-star. The design is modern and lux, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was where we spent most of our time soaking up the sun. The location was ideal — tucked away enough for privacy but still close to Tulum’s el centro and beach clubs. It was the kind of stay that makes you wish you’d booked more nights!

Muy recomendado, a mí y mi familia nos encantó el lugar, muy cómodo y de fácil acceso, la calle para llegar está recién pavimentada y la casa es tal cual en las fotos, me encantó la casa, la recomiendo al 100% y muy amable angelica, muy atenta. Gracias!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Prim! The pictures are exactly what you can expect the place to look like, it’s even more beautiful in person. The design of the pool area is great for picture taking and content! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. The home is located in a newly developing area so roads are not yet fully paved but not an issue. Would recommend having a vehicle or transport of some sort to get around as the location is about 20-30 mins walking distance to Centro but a quick drive. Angelica was very responsive while we were there. We had an issue with the hot water and she sorted it out quickly! For large groups and long her stays, it would be worthwhile to ask about additional towels, garbage bags, paper towel as this was limited and for a house that holds up to 10 would be ideal to have a little more than what was offered. Overall, it was a great stay at a beautiful property and would recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!
