We love this building and have stayed in many of the units. Giovanni’s place was a highlight, ground floor is so convenient for kids getting into the pool, huge kids room with multiple beds and lounge area! The apartment was very quiet and tranquil, his team took care of everything, renting our golf cart and helping us with booking dinner reservations. Highly recommend staying here, we will def be back!

Another wonderful stay! This is our second time returning to Giovanni’s place and it was just as great as the first. Spacious for 2 families of 4, clean, comfortable and modern plus access to all the beach clubs in the gates. Diego helped arrange for our needs and was easily reachable. The house keeper is wonderful and we hired a chef for breakfast and she was incredible. The entire team at the condo are great. It was a perfect visit and we left relaxed.

I really loved this Airbnb behind the gates in Punta Mita. You can’t beat the price. It is beautiful with gorgeous views of the golf course. We had Diego as our concierge who was very helpful but also hard to get a hold of at crucial times.

Great stay! Giovanni was a wonderful host, very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. He made everything smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his attentiveness and hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great stay here! Diego helped us get a ride from the airport and set us up with a a golf cart that fit us all. It was so peaceful around our condo. We loved having access to all the different beach clubs and the option to use the pool right in front of our condo too! Being a short drive away from town was also fun to go explore and have dinner outside of the gates. Beds were super comfortable and the 6 of us had more than enough space. Would definitely visit again! Random note too, this kitchen was the best Airbnb kitchen I've ever stayed in! So many utensils and spices!

This was the third time we have stayed in Las Terazzas, each time in a different unit. This one was by far the best. Because of its location, the unit is very private. It is well-equipped and decorated. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and spacious unit.

Great condo, we loved everything about it. Very comfortable and spacious. There were only 3 of us, but we could have easily doubled the number and still have plenty of elbow room. We especially liked the room with the multiple beds and sofa. It felt like its own little apartment nestled within the condo. Having the “lazy river” section of the pool right outside the patio and bedrooms was especially delightful to jump in after a hot day in the sun. Highly recommended!

Five star condo in paradise!

My fiance and I stayed here and are already talking about bringing the family back! We loved it. Super clean, great layout, and the rooms are all very spacious. Would be a GREAT spot to bring kiddos as the kids room was amazing. It’s bottom floor so you walk straight out to the canal pool which was awesome. It’s also a corner unit, so much more private than any of the others in Las Terrazzas. Please note that a golf cart is not included with the place.

Great place ! I highly recommend this villa. Diego the manager helped organized our trip and at sports activities in the very best and professional way. They are so extremely friendly and responsive.

Giovanni’s condo was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Wonderful area, clean and easy to get to spot, golf cart to get you around Punta Mita and incredible help and accommodation by Diego! Hope to come back soon.

Loved our stay at Giovanni’s condo! It is beautiful and spacious. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor area in particular along with the golf carts. It was fun to explore the different beach clubs, play pickleball and relax in the pool. Diego was very helpful and responsive with great recommendations. Loved visiting the local fish market and grilling outside. A fantastic vaca overall!

We loved our trip to Punta Mita! The place was perfect for a group of teenage daughters and moms. Centrally located, close to town, and in a very quiet & private area inside the gates! Very comfortable beds and individual AC units. We loved the pool! Being able to use all of the beautiful beach clubs was a treat! We really had fun playing pickleball at the tennis center which is just a few minutes away on foot. We had a few little hiccups on our trip (golf cart not working, no hot water, broken blender, etc) and the concierge was very attentive and accommodating. I could let them know our problem, and then go enjoy the day and it would be tended to right away. We wanted to get the lay of the land before ordering groceries, but next time I'll send a big list ahead of time and trust them to have the place nicely stocked with food. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun eating in some too. I would love to go back again- perfect spot for a family, couple or girls trip!

Had a wonderful week stay for two families! We loved our stay at Giovanni’s home. It was spacious, clean and an ideal location. The bedrooms are large, the living area and patio were spacious and loved being on the ground floor with access to the pool. The bedroom for the kids was excellent. Diego was a great host, he was responsive and able to accommodate all our needs during our stay. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Will be back again!

This condo is gorgeous and just what we needed for a few day stay for a friend’s wedding. Diego is super helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, and the golf cart was all we needed to get to beach clubs, restaurants, into town, etc. The host and concierge made us feel comfortable and happy to be there. I already want to come back with my family. Punta Mita is unreal, and I’m so glad we found this spot!

We feel so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful unit, in the gates of Punta Mita, and surrounded by such beauty. It was the best vacation we had as a family. Stay here, you might experience the same! Staying inside the gates is a whole new world…a unique travel experience that you won’t find anywhere else. Using the golf cart to access world class private beaches was awesome. There are many “beach clubs” with amazing food, great staff, and wicked amenities. Going to the beach means the family is going to be taken care of…and I can surf some amazing waves. Right hand point breaks, reef breaks, beach breaks… this is a surf haven… You also have access to the st Regis for a fee which is well worth it! The unit was so freaking nice, well appointed, spacious, and walking out to basically our own pool to watch sunsets was dreamy. Our hosts were amazing. They had recommendations, were attentive, had cleaning services, and just were so personable. It made the stay great. Thank you all!!!!!

Punta Mita is a one of a kind property and Las Terrazas is a great option. Giovanni’s place is beautiful and clean. The patio is large and well furnished. It has direct access to the pool which is a plus. Especially when we returned from playing pickleball and needed a quick cool down. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Diego was very responsive and can arrange anything you might need. We appreciated that this unit came with a golf cart because that’s the only way to travel once you are behind the gates of Punta Mita.

Everything was great ! Super easy. We would return .

Great option to go as a family

We had a wonderful week long vacation "inside the gates" in Punta Mita. Couldn't ask for much more as the condo was spectacular and exactly as it was described. The beach clubs each had different notes pending on your mood du jour. Diego was an excellent host who was readily available to provide an answer to any question we had zinged his way. He helped us bring in a chef for breakfast and a dinner. He also pointed out a few of the "must try" restaurants; all were in golf cart distance. And we even fell in love with this off-the-beaten path fish market that Diego recommended; we'd pick up mahi mahi, shrimp and crab legs and bring them back to the condo to cook on the grill ourselves. Overall, a 10 out of 10 trip for our family.

We had an amazing week. Everything is as mentioned, even better. The place is beautiful, there are very good activities in the sea at the beach clubs, and the golf course is great. Diego is always very attentive.

We had an amazing time in beautiful Punta Mita! Diego, Giovanni’s co-host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had to use What’sApp vs Airbnb for messaging but it worked well. The condo was awesome for two families of four — the kids shared a room. We loved visiting all the beach clubs. Diego helped us with airport transportation, groceries, home chef, bike rentals, mountain bike tour and more! Highly recommend!

Diego was a very helpful and responsive concierge. The cleaning lady Sra. Reynas and Patricia the cook (extra fee) were wonderful and so hospitable. Staying at a condo inside the gates is ideal - access to 6 beach clubs - some are totally free and some have food/beverage minimums, which are easy enough to meet. Many choices of places to eat inside the gates or in town. Having a golf cart is almost a must - one doesn’t come included in the condo but Diego can easily arrange. Also there are many sports amenities available through Punta Mita Ocean Sports. Great stay!

This place was the absolute BEST! It was gorgeous and exactly as pictured + spotless. The location was amazing, inside the gates alongside St. Regis and Four Seasons - super private, safe, gorgeous surroundings. Diego was a GEM, so helpful and responsive and helped us organize transportation, massages, and offered even more. We loved, loved our stay here and will definitely come back!

Once the reservation was confirmed, Diego was our contact and was very responsive. This was our first visit to Punta Mita and it is wonderful. The condo was perfect, is centrally located and the grounds are beautiful with pools, golf course and easy access to walking trails. We especially enjoyed being on the ground level with walk out to the "canal" of water that links the two pools. This is an end unit so affords more privacy. The patio was great with a table for 6pp, BBQ, furniture in good condition and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The condo provides plenty of room for three couples (we had five adults), linens/towels were very good and changed daily. The kitchen is furnished with everything for cooking and eating in, however, plan to stock all basics such as salt/pepper/oil/spices/bagged ice. The stove fan/vent is not operable so cook accordingly. Rent a golf cart, no car needed if staying in the community or going into town. Beach Clubs were awesome.

If you’re wondering if you should book at Giovanni’s place, do it. It was amazing!!! We had a last minute cancellation at another place, and now we are so glad we did as Giovanni’s place was incredible. Diego was amazing too. Everything could not have been better!

The house was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Diego was very helpful throughout the whole process and kept in touch making sure we were happy in the house. He even suggested a chef for our last night and arranged everything. The dinner was delicious and well worth the price. I cannot say anything bad about this property, the surrounding area and the management area f the house. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful, spacious and calm vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

EXTRAORDINARY! The comfort and layout of the house made us feel right at home. We fit more than comfortably with the large size rooms and extra large size kids bedroom. They thought of everything! Diego was a pleasure to communicate with. He booked two golf carts for us and a chef for our breakfast which was outstanding. The private and exclusive gated community of Punta Mita is a wonderful land. We were given access to the four beach clubs that have restaurants and surfing available. Overall, the place was outstanding. Truly, one of the best Airbnb’s that I have been to in the world.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanni’s condo. The decor is lovely, the condo is well equipped, very spacious with comfortable beds and quality linens. Mrs Reyna, the housekeeper kept the place immaculately clean. We loved being able to access the pool from right in front of the patio, but at the same time, the condo is very peaceful. We appreciated having beach towels to use. It is easy access to Punta de Mita village and all the beach clubs via golf cart. While we were self sufficient, Diego, the concierge, was on hand for all questions and willing to arrange transportation, restaurant bookings etc.
