Nicolas

We were a family of four visiting Playa flamingo and we love Nicolas’s place. The pool was amazing. The sunset views every night were spectacular. The beaches are close by and there is a lot to do. Nicolas was a great host. He gave us local recommendations, which were helpful. He was also very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Oscar was also very helpful and was there every evening. In all, we had a wonderful experience!

Great stay

Pictures don’t even do justice. This place was amazing. Me and my friends had the greatest time.

Nicolas was a great host, very accomadating for my family and responsive. We were able to book transportation, excursions, etc. easily with his recommendations. The house itself looks just like the pictures, a beautiful view with the infinity pool overlooking the marina. The guest houses were nice for the older kids to feel like they had their own space. In a quaint part of town right near Brasilito. We had a great time, would highly recommend.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The location was absolutely stunning, perched on a hill overlooking the marina with breathtaking sunset views every evening. It truly felt like the best house in Playa Flamingo. The home was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the incredible views. If you’re looking for a luxury stay with an unforgettable setting, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicolas’ place and assistance has everything we where looking for our Costa Rican vacation filled with beautiful beaches nearby, sunsets, and the nature surrounding the home and pool area; as well as assisting us with our excursions which were filled with adventure!

This was our second time doing a group of friends trip to Playa. Flamingo in Costa Rica and staying at the house. Everything was wonderful. Nico is an excellent host. He was quick to respond. We’re looking forward to coming back.

We had the best week in Costa Rica as a family with three young kids in this beautiful villa. It’s well located only a few minutes to Playa Flamingo, supermarket, restaurants (Surf Box is a must) and nearby other beautiful beaches (we loved Avellana, Grande and Conchal). The villa is well designed and maintained (thanks Oscar) with spectacular views and sunsets. Nicolas was always super responsive and provided many great recommendations. He coordinated airport transfers, massages with Noilyn, catamaran excursion with Panache sailing and dinners with chef Dania (which we highly recommend, kids loved the farm-to-table experience and 4-course dinner was a culinary delight). He also graciously offered early check-in which was most appreciated with our young kids. We can only recommend this villa if you’re in the Guanacaste area, we hope to be back soon!

Difficult to capture what a stunning view and outdoor living area this home offered. Situated above the town with easy access to a variety of beaches, breweries and restaurants. Would be a pleasure to return.
