Ocean View, Villa Arthela, Flamingo Marina

Difficult to capture what a stunning view and outdoor living area this home offered. Situated above the town with easy access to a variety of beaches, breweries and restaurants. Would be a pleasure to return.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The home is modern, beautifully designed, looks and feels even better than the pictures! The highlight was definitely the stunning pool — the views are unreal, especially at sunset. The location is perfect too: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive (5 min) or walk (30min) if you are feeling adventurous and don’t mind a little hike action to Playa Flamingo and nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and gave all the recommendations we would hope for. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views and a touch of luxury, this place is a gem. Would definitely stay here again. Pura vida!

We had a great time at the home. The pool and view was exceptional! The home had all of the amenities we needed for our stay and we were very comfortable. Nicholas was very accessible and responsive. We would definitely stay again! The home is larger than it appears in the photos!

We arrived at Nicolas’ property after spending five days in La Fortuna. It was the perfect change for us.. It is like your own private oasis on the top of the hill that overlooks the ocean the beach, and the marina! The manager, Nicolas, was very quick to respond when we had a few questions and also helped us arrange travel to the airport when leaving. He made suggestions for us and even answered a question a little later at night the first or second night. One more note: there are tons of excellent books throughout the home! My 13 yr old actually started reading Harry Potter Cursed Child while there one morning and we had to buy it so it was here when we got home! There were also wonderful books on Costa Rica and more. I highly recommend booking your stay here. Absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, and we did not want to leave! We will be back though! Pura Vida.

This is a beautiful villa with a great view of the ocean and Flamingo Marina. Incredible sunsets… Nicolas is a wonderful host and very well designed and our experience was fantastic. Recommended to other guests hands down!.

Incredible views from this beautiful home & casitas! We were able to have adult children have their own casita - which was lovely! It’s helpful to know that if you want “walkable” - it is a hike down a steep hill to the beach &/or dining. Nicholas was helpful and a great communicator! Thank you!!!

The house was pretty much exactly as described. The view is amazing. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend.
