This was the perfect getaway spot. Everything was exactly like the pictures

We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean, nice and well maintained. Everything was very comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy our visit. In addition, Jorge was an excellent host: he was always attentive and communicated very quickly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were really very pleased with the house. Everything in it is very comfortable, the facilities are very well designed, the pool and the lake in front are spectacular. Wonderful Fall Break Stay! 🌊🐚 The home was immaculate and perfect for our two families. We saw dolphins on day one, loved fishing in both the Laguna and the ocean, and had a blast exploring the tide pools—day and night (headlamps were a hit with the kids!). Kayaking and paddle boarding were peaceful and fun. The kitchen had the basics (pots, spatulas, gas stove, and air fryer), but no oven—so bring extra supplies if you're cooking for a group (paper plates, plastic cups, etc.). Also bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and charcoal if you plan to grill—though kudos to our host, who quickly brought us lighter fluid when we needed it. Super responsive and helpful! We did a Walmart pickup on the way in, which made settling in easy. A relaxing, adventure-filled getaway—we’d absolutely come back!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get away from the hustle and hustle. The location is a bit far from the center and malecon but we were looking for family time, peace, and quiet and this place delivered. The pool and lagoon in the backyard to the beach access just across the street were amazing.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! 🌊 The location couldn’t be more perfect — with the ocean beach right across the street and a beautiful pool and lagoon in the backyard, we truly had the best of both worlds. The house itself is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Islas Del Mar is such a gem, and this property really captures the beauty and convenience of it. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend it’s the place to be. Looks just like the pictures and was set up well. Plenty of space for everyone and definitely enough bathrooms. I highly recommend booking Casa Coco.

Beautiful private place to spend a great time with family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at Jorge’s place! The house was perfect — spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There were 10 of us, and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. We spent most of our time outside — between the beautiful backyard lagoon where we kayaked, the great pool where we cooled off and hung out, and the beach just across the street (especially perfect during high tide in the early afternoon), we were never short on ways to enjoy the surroundings. You really don’t need to leave the home or the community unless you’re heading into town for restaurants or a bit of exploring. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the community staff were all super kind, and Jorge was a fantastic host. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing! Lots to do right from the lagoon front dock. Great for kayaking and relaxing with an ocean view. We would definitely stay here again the house was great! The private pool was a definite plus and made for a relaxing stay.

The place is beautiful, the house is exactly as shown in the photos; a fairly spacious house and perfect to spend with your family. I would definitely stay here again! We were all fascinated by the house and its amenities. Just as an observation, you have to change the location because it sends you somewhere else when you click on the link on the page. Other than that, everything was great!!

Casa coco was beautiful! Jorge was so helpful with any questions and quick at responding. My family and I had an amazing time!

The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. I would’ve preferred to be closer to downtown but the location made it more private. The lagoon and beach at your door was perfect. The information was sent early which made for a less stressful day leading to check in. Only issue I had was finding the house at first due to the address I entered on my maps.

A beautiful home in a beautiful resort! we split our time between this home in Islas Del Mar and another home in Laguna shores. No regrets. It was so fun to fish off the dock and kayak around the lagoons. The air temp was only in the mid to upper 60s, so the heated pool was absolutely amazing! Made it feel so great to be in the pool. The house is beautiful, modern and spacious we had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend!

Jorge place was amazing as usual. This was my 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. We got massages on the rooftop at sunset overlooking the lagoon and enjoyed the heated pool. The beds are super comfortable and we’ll be staying here again until my place is built in Isle Del Mar. if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to stay but if you want to go into town you’re a short 10 to 15 minute drive from Sandy Beach and the downtown area.

Fantastic experience. The place was clean, specious, and private. We enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon, the heated pool, and the roof top spot. Jorge was very helpful and professional when needed.

This house is totally worth its cost since you are in a really relaxed area, if you are looking for a place to get away from everything, practice kayaking and live with your family, this is an excellent option. Highly recommended, the house is very clean, tidy and new.

Coconut is the name of this beautiful new home on Isla Del Mar. The house is sizable, well appointed and accommodating whether for a quiet time away or for entertaining. We took advantage of the heated pool, the grill, the kayaks in the lagoon and the short walk to the sea across the street. Muy fantastico!
