We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Costa Rica! We traveled with a group of 11 people and the villa was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable without ever feeling crowded. The property was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a large family/group vacation. We loved being able to spend time together while still having enough room for everyone to relax and have their own space. It was also very comfortable and accommodating for our two little ones, which made traveling with children so much easier. Our stay here was such a memorable part of our Costa Rica trip, and we truly enjoyed coming back to the villa after our days exploring. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups looking for a beautiful place to stay in Costa Rica. Thank you for helping make our trip so special! 🇨🇷❤️

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The location is also very convenient for enjoying Tamarindo. We would definitely stay again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for your hospitality!

My family and I (group of 14 people) really enjoyed our stay at this property. We couldn’t ask for more. We asked for an early check-in, and the hosts were so accommodating. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities that made are stay a smooth and comfortable one. The pools were always clean and the cleaning lady, Shirley, is a gem. It is centrally located but still very private and safe. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again on future visits!

First trip to Costa Rica; it was wonderful thanks in large part to our lovely accommodations and our hosts, Deniz & Adriano. Their home was gorgeous, clean and welcoming. My adult daughter and I immediately felt comfortable and at-home. The open floor plan, high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling glass doors in all living areas helped create a relaxing ambiance throughout the house. Well-appointed, modern, simple yet elegant decor. Outdoor space was truly a private sanctuary - lovely pool, lush and full landscaping, comfy lounging, visits from interesting birds, tranquil sounds of local wildlife. Deniz & Adriano were attentive and responsive throughout our visit, even though they too were on a trip in a time zone vastly different from CR. Appreciated their restaurant/other locale recommendations. We were even able to watch the Knicks win game 5 of NBA finals game (along with a little World Cup action)! Great time at Pikatas Tamar. Special shout-out to housekeeper, Shirley - you rock!

Very nice and convenient place to stay.

We stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday, and this home exceeded every expectation. The photos are beautiful, but somehow it's even better in person, it truly feels like a private resort. A huge shoutout to Shirley, the housekeeper. Having the house cleaned every morning was such a treat, and she was incredibly kind and detailed. Her breakfasts made our mornings even more special. The home is located in a beautiful gated community with 24/7 security, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. We also rented golf carts through Adriano and the Airbnb. We shopped around and can confidently say they had the best pricing, and the process was effortless. I'd definitely recommend getting golf carts since downtown Tamarindo is about a mile away—they made getting around easy and fun. We booked in-home massages, and after an amazing morning of relaxation, Adriano and Deniz surprised me by gifting mine for my birthday. I can't recommend this property enough.

Very nice Airbnb! Beds were comfortable house will well equipped. Daily house keeping was such a nice bonus. The guidebook was very helpful and we booked all of our excursions from the links the host provided. Extremely safe and private neighborhood with controlled access. 5 min drive to Downtown Tamarindo, Uber and tour’s had no problems picking us up. Will stay here again!

The house was beautiful and just as described. We had a super comfortable stay and the pool really helped with cooling off after spending days at the beach. Adriano was extremely accommodating to our needs. Would 100% stay here again in the future.

Tucked away on a dead end road, across from a pond. Beautiful house. Lovely setting, great outdoor area and a short drive into all the action, without having to hear any road noise or traffic.

Absolutely incredible stay. The property is truly 5-star and looked even better in person. The views, atmosphere, and overall experience made this one of the best group trips we’ve had. A huge thank you to Shirley as well — she was patient, responsive, helpful, and honestly felt like the “mom” of the trip making sure everything ran smoothly for our group of 5 celebrating a birthday. For anyone booking this villa: definitely get the golf cart. The hills are very steep and having it made getting around Tamarindo easy and fun. I’d also highly recommend the chef services and in-villa massages — those really elevated the experience and made the stay feel luxurious. Breakfast every morning was amazing and something we looked forward to daily. Overall, amazing property, amazing hospitality, and an unforgettable experience. Would absolutely stay again.
