The property offers a peaceful retreat with two private pools, daily housekeeping, and concierge services**. - Construction is ongoing in the surrounding area and may cause occasional noise disturbances, which is common in Tamarindo neighborhoods.
- Construction next door does not involve noisy work on weekends or during the Christmas holiday.
- The noisiest phase of construction is expected to conclude by February 2026.
*The property can accommodate up to 16 adults and 1 child upon request. For smaller groups of up to 11 people, renting only Casa Duna Grande is an option.
**Housekeeping is not provided on Sundays and public holidays. Concierge services are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
