A beautiful place. The house is just like the photos. Excellent communication. The house is on top of a hill. Just to walk to the beach, it's about a 5-minute walk, and the climb is tough. It's worth the walk. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. The current is strong. I don't think it's for swimming, but having a good time in the sea is beautiful. Comfortable beds, and the pool water was always a good temperature. We had a great time. We would definitely come back.

We had a group of 5 friends stay. Our group had many questions. The service and immediate attention to our requests and messages was impressive! Our location offered breathtaking views and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The whale watching was a definite highlight. We rented a Polaris for our commuting needs….it is a definite must and provides peace of mind given the inclines to get to the house. The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor furniture is fantastic for spending time in the sun 🌞 A huge thanks to our hosts for going above and beyond to make our visit an amazing experience!

Our group was 6 adults ranging in age from 20s to 50s. The house and location was beautiful and very quiet and private. We never had a car or golf cart and we all actually enjoyed the 20 minute walk to downtown San Pancho. The infinite pool and view was amazing!! Will be back!!

An excellent place if you want to relax, have fun and want privacy to be with family and/or friends. The view and the place are very nice, it is important to have a vehicle and prepare with drinks and food as it is a bit far from the "center". Hosts also provide you with errand services to make it more comfortable. Totally recommended, and attentive and helpful hosts. 10/10 ⭐️

Breathtaking views! Beds were comfy and our party of 10 had a lovely time and everyone fit well (5 adults and 5 kids ranging from 15-7). The pool was our favorite part! Hosts were kind and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lynda's house. Honestly, the house is much better than the photos. Lynda and David were very friendly and helpful with everything, promptly answering all our questions before and during our stay. The location is good and private. Having a car, you can get there without problems and the stores are not far away. They even provided us with local delivery numbers that helped us when we didn't want to go out. Spacious and clean rooms. All with A/C. The view, needless to say, we took very good photos inside the house. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. Everything excellent.

Lynda, David and Hector were so responsive and always responded to pur requests.We had a little issue with some linen and when I reached out Lynda responded quickly and made sure we had enough that night and had David come switch it out right away the next day. We did have a bit of issue when driving up to the house due to it all being uphill and I thought we might have past the entrance but we didn't. I called David and he had Hector drive down to meet us to guide us up to the house and that was very nice of them. Once at the house and settled in we felt so comfortable and right at home. The little town once you go down the hill is very cute and tons of restraunts and cute shops. I woul definetly recommend to stay here and enjoy the town. We also visited some places nearby and they were great. I can't wait to go back! thank you for hosting us.

The Casa Del Paraiso is a beautiful piece of paradise. The views are stunning and the sounds of the ocean are like you are sitting on the beach. Our group of childhood friends of over 50 years had several great days and nights at this amazing beautiful place. Lynda and David were very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise!. A big thank you to Lynda and David for a unforgettable experience!.

Lynda is an awesome host and Casa Del Paraiso is a very special place. We love the walk to town as it’s a great equalizer for all of the eating and drinking we consumed. This trip was our second and we plan to return next year. Both Lynda and David were very responsive to our needs. San Pancho is a great town because of the people, especially the locals. The restaurants are excellent. La Ola Rica, Barracuda, La Ataraya, Maria’s, Arigato, Trattoria Toscano and Victors are just some of them. San Pancho also has great shopping. Casa Coa is a lovely store. Nieves has great clothing made with really good quality materials. San Pancho has a farmers market in the square near the church on Tuesdays. We highly recommend checking it out. San Pancho also has great coffee shops. We buy beans every year. The New Year celebration on the Main Street was spectacular!

Our stay at Lynda's place was fantastic! We had a fun family vacation in San Pancho with my wife, daughter, and my parents. The place was lovely, and it could have easily accommodated + 2-4 people. The views from the place were amazing (esp. sunset), and the house was clean and well-equipped. We were also pleasantly surprised to hear that the house had a UV filtration system and the tap water was safe to drink. Hallie, the property manager, was SUPER helpful– we ran into one snag with the pool, but she was right on top of resolving the issue. We opted to heat the pool, which ended up being a great call– the recently redone infinity pool was definitely a highlight (especially with my daughter), and with the big surf that time of year (Apr), it was nice having the respite from the heat. While it was hard to leave the house, we ended up doing a fair amount of exploring around Nayarit, even though there's enough food and culture in SP to keep you busy. Thanks, Lynda for an amazing stay!!!

Amazing place. Lovely pool and incredible views. Great rooms and super clean. Would return. Lynda was a very responsive and helpful host and Hallie the caretaker was also on hand for any assistance needed. We went in early January and if you are sun worshippers like me, note the pool area only gets sun for a few hours after lunchtime.

Beautiful view and very private. We are hikers so we loved the walk into town and up the hill. We would rent again.

A very nice and pleasant accommodation, you feel at home. The service provided by the hosts was very good and fast, they were always in contact in case something was needed. The only detail is the distance from the house to the restaurants or the village, because the house is on a hill, so access is a little more complicated because they are steep climbs. If you are good at walking, bring some good tennis shoes for that adventure. If you don't like to walk, you can call a local taxi driver to pick you up. They are nice and punctual. I would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful, if you are looking for privacy this is the house for you. On the other hand, if you are looking to spend more time on the beach and in the village, it will be difficult for you since the house is far from downtown San Pancho and the beach. The house is on the tip of a hill which gives you a nice view, but if you don't have some type of van or 4x4 vehicle, you will find the arrival at the house a bit challenging (not to mention that you will have to go up and down several times during your stay, so keep that in mind). Another detail was the pool, which was part of the reason I chose the house. The pool is in good condition, the thing is that the water is freezing and if you want to use the pool with its heating it will have a cost (in dollars), separate from what you are already paying for the house. From there on, everything seemed fine to me, it is well furnished, it has several rooms which makes it perfect if you go in a large group, and the internet works 100%.

I have so many great things to say about this house but the 1000 character limit on this page is making me keep it short. The location is fantastic. It’s located above the ocean in the jungle canopy with views of the ocean below. The patio and pool are the best part and where we spent most our time. Our teenage kids loved it. The patio furniture was comfortable and there was a small fireplace that we used. This place is essentially a large bungalow so if you’re expecting luxury furnishings and amenities then it’s not for you. If you want a relaxing home with all the basics then it’s perfect. The beds are comfortable and the ac works but is unnecessary due to the open air design Hallie the caretaker lives right down the road and is very friendly and quick to respond. The Starlink internet is the fastest and most reliable that I’ve had in Mexico. Usually around 100mbps. I recommend bringing your own streaming device if you want to watch tv. Very chill and laid back.

We loved our stay at Lynda’s house. It was perched at the top of the hill, overlooking the ocean with birds all around us. The location is straight up a very steep hillside with a few twists, and turns to get there. The walk up and down the hill was very invigorating, and we got used to it after a couple days. We felt very remote and private at our hillside spot, and it was wonderful for relaxing. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with great views. And all the mattresses were really comfortable. A private beach is only about 10 to 15 minutes down the hill from the house and the location at the north end of the beach was wonderful and very private. It was another 15 minute walk to the very active downtown of San Pancho with a few really great restaurants . This home is highly recommended unless you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. The upstairs bedrooms and sitting room were accessed by a circular stairwell. It made a great private retreat. Highly recommended

We had the most wonderful time ever at this dreamy home on the hill overlooking the palm trees and jungle. It was so peaceful and quiet and just an amazing place to stay. We never wanted to leave. It felt so much like home and the caretakers were the sweetest neighbours and became friends. We are forever grateful for this wonderful place and stay. it will be hard to beat.... the livingroom and the big doors were always open and we felt so safe.... Lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Magical - don't miss out!!! <3
