Unfortunately, the price was very expensive for what it really is. You have to climb stairs to the third floor because there is no elevator. The floor of the house was dirty. I had to buy batteries for the controls to work. The pool is very narrow and dirty. The people who live or rent there don't all respect it. The conditions, since we almost fell on the stairs and they were wet from the pool, and there was a puddle up to the third floor. There are no bath soaps.

I also indicated that it was on the third floor without an elevator when you requested early check-in, and you said there was no problem. Regarding the batteries, I could gladly send them to you. I understood that you changed the batteries with those from the other control and there were no problems, not that you bought new ones. We'll consider it to improve. Regards

Great place near everything in Jaco. Easy walk to the main street beach ect. The place is very nice and had one of the best equipped kitchens I have had for Airbnb. Yessica is always there withing a few minutes to respond to any questions though not many were needed. Nice pool and the grounds are clean. Great stay great host great place 5 star.

The apartment is identical to the photos, excellent area, close to downtown, many things to do, thank you very much, it will be the place to revisit when we come to Jaco, the pool is very good and the security is 10 out of 10.

The apartment is comfortable, nice, equipped and impeccable. Yessica is attentive to any questions and quick to respond. I would recommend putting in the description that there is no elevator access in these apartments, that is, for older people it is not so recommended.
