Josue's house is very comfortable, spacious, bright and with beautiful surroundings. We were with family and my granddaughters loved the house, the condominium and the surroundings, beach, places to visit. There is a parking space for cars, we even use two spaces, supermarket and restaurants and beach nearby. A lot of security. We highly recommend it.

Josue responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable for the six of us. The pool was lovely, a short walk away from the house. We had a wonderful time in Playacar.

Josue provided great information and was very responsive to questions throughout my stay. The house was very clean and in a very safe neighborhood. It was just a short walk away from Playa shops, restaurants, and nightlife. A very nice location and perfect spot for our trip!

We really enjoyed Josue’s home. It was centrally located, quiet ,safe and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants . It easily fits 8 people comfortably . The pool is also a short two minute walk. I would definitely bring my family back here .

Josue was such a great host ! Would definitely come back the environment was so pretty and peaceful. My family’s first time and cancun and they loved the neighborhood. Josue’s was very friendly the first day we got there, we had a little problem with the bottom floor bathroom. I text him and in less than 30 minutes. It was getting fixed. He responded to anything right away. His house is beautiful. It’s a gated community nice and quiet so peaceful. had beach towels, and umbrella and beach chairs, which came in handy for all the beach time we did.

Josué was a great host, we had 7 of us total, myself, my husband and our 5 children! There was more than enough space for all of us! House was very clean and peaceful, easy access to beaches and local shops and restaurants, private and secure and definitely felt like home! We didn’t want to leave! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to stay in playa del Carmen! We will be absolutely coming back to stay at Josue’s place again when we return! :)

The place was amazing, very spacious and comfortable spaces, very clean and organized everything. The location was very safe, with guards all the time. It has things like beach chairs, beach games, barbecue, etc. Joshua has been the best host, from the beginning it was very easy to communicate with as it responds instantly, help in any doubt I had and took care of every detail, thanks to him our stay was perfect. Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, ideal for families or large groups, with bathrooms and air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen. The location is excellent, minutes away from the beach, 5th avenue and a quiet pool, perfect for relaxing. Details such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks, and drinking water added a special touch to our experience. The host was extremely attentive, resolving any questions quickly. Each space reflects care and dedication, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Wonderful place for an unforgettable vacation. I'm sure we'll be back!

This house boasts wonderful lighting in every room, and we really enjoyed the back view full of nature: a golf course, deer, birds and more. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully stocked for making delicious dishes. Also, the shared, quiet and charming pool is just steps away. It was a good experience! Another highlight is its location: just a 10-minute walk from the beach, crossing the ruins, and 7 minutes from Fifth Avenue.
