Nice place to be relaxing

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect lots of space! The beach was the perfect walk from the house. Had paddle boards and life vest! The pool was always clean. Javier and Rosita come every morning to help clean/ cook. They were such wonderful and helpful people! Rosita is an amazing cook, and Javier was so helpful! He drove us late at night and picked us up! They were so attentive and accommodating, gave recommendations for food. My sister has a lot of food allergies and they were understanding and more than willing to accommodate her needs. So much more but this place is absolutely worth the stay. All the amenities and amazing staff made this house so much worth the stay! We raved about the house to all our families and we definitely plan to come back next summer! The trip was prefect!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is older, but absolutely perfect and full of authentic charm. We came with our family for our annual vacation 6 adults and 7 grandchildren and it was the perfect place for all of us to be together. The kayaks and paddle boards were such a great addition and kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a large group, which made meals and gathering together so easy. Javier and Rosita were absolutely amazing and took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and they truly made the experience special. We created beautiful memories here and would gladly return!

We loved our stay at the beach. It was so peaceful and the beach was right at your door step. Freddie and Rosita were incredible house staff and kept the place spotless for us as well as provided amazing food.

We booked our yearly family trip, and let me just say it was the best air bnb we have stayed at. The home was big and beautiful. It was 12 of us and we had more than enough room. The sunset and sunrise were amazing. We all had so much fun using the kayaks, and other things JC had to offer. I think the highlight of our trip was Rosa and Freddi! Rosa was so understanding with our food request and the food she cooked was amazing! Freddi was so helpful and enjoyable. I think they made this trip 10 times better, to say the least the house was amazing, the beds were comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. JC was extremely responsive, very helpful and was very accommodating. The only thing we can really sad was the hot tub did not get as hot as we would have liked it but I mean it’s something so small for how amazing everything was! OH and very important, the AC was nice and cold! We have already decide next year we will be booking with JC again! Thank you for having us.

We loved our stay! It was amazing to be so close to the beach, the house was very spacious and accommodating, and the onsite staff (Freddie and Rosita) were so helpful. Rosita is a fantastic cook, so very much recommend arranging some meals with her!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located right on the beach, which was fun inconvenient for all of us. We also greatly appreciated the service provided in cooking our breakfast, and running some errands. Overall, it was a great experience. It is about 15 minutes from the main town, which made it a little difficult when we wanted to visit. Overall, though, it is a great property, within a gated community that is patrolled by security! We would definitely go back, and recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area!

Great home location, can't beat walking out to the beach! if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to stay, this is the one. Staff is AMAZING! 100 percent recommend, would happily stay here again!

This has by far been my favorite place to stay in Rocky point (I’ve visited 15-20x)…Rosa and Freddy were amazing and took care of me and my group the entire time. I did not realize how stressful it can be cooking and cleaning on vacation and their help allowed for a relaxing trip to focus on making memories. The location itself is private with a security guard, our backyard was a breathtaking ocean views. We brought our dog along and she had a blast. We did see coyotes on the beach at night time so just a warning for anyone who has a small dog that wanders off.. We saw jellyfish and pelicans during our stay, collected many seashells & even booked a massage right on our patio. 10 stars & idk how I can stay anywhere else after this amazing experience!!! Thank you JC & staff, we will definitely be back again!

El Gran Paraiso was worth every penny. Very spacious home with everything one could need on vacation. Easy access to the beach. Fredi and Rosa were great and very helpful. Rosa's cooking was awesome and Fredi made sure that we had everything we needed for our vacation. Our host JC answered every question we had and has done a great job creating a vacation home that meets your needs

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The beach front location and huge patio was breathtaking. Freddy and Rosita at the house made wonderful meals and handled shopping and clean up. They were friendly and welcoming. JC was super responsive and easy to reach when needed. Everything was great. Jc's place was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach access, the pool and jacuzzi, all the amenities and activities were perfect. Jc's on-site staff were very helpful, and the food was SO good! We'll definitely be back.

We had a group of about 19 people and all fit comfortably. The house had many, many things to do and spend quality family time! The beach was pristine, calm waters, and very private! This place exceed our expectations. Freddy was amazing and made sure we had everything and helped us prepare meal, run out for errands or food / extras! I felt so safe. I will be absolutely returning. Best vacation home I’ve stayed !

Great place! Beautiful views

This place was phenomenal. It is the best experience we have had in Rocky Point. The home staff made it unmatched, the food was delicious and the home was kept clean. It was a group of ladies and we felt safe and there was plenty of room. We will be back!!

This place is amazing, the location is perfect and quiet. A staff were really kind and efficient. A very clean place , everything was fantastic. 👍

We had a total of 14 adults and one infant with 5 married couples and kids plus 4 dogs. This was a perfect place for us and we will stay again if visiting Puerto Penasco. Direct beach access, hot tub, lots of outdoor game space and very roomy kitchen were the highlights for our crew.

El Gran Paraiso is a wonderful house for a large group. There’s plenty is space to spread out, lots of beds, and lots to do for everyone. We spent Christmas there with the whole family. We spent days walking on the beach, lounging in the sun and hot tub, evenings having large meals and sitting by the fire pit. The house is situated right inside the main gates of Playa Encanto so there is a lot of space to spread out. There were lots of activities like kayaks, darts, corn hole, basketball hoop, etc for our teens. Our kids are older now, but this would also be a great house for younger ones with lots of kids beds and things to do. The kitchen is huge and beyond stocked with every item anyone would ever need! JC and the staff were very helpful. Fredi stopped by daily to check on us and take care of the house. He brought us firewood, TP, and new water every day. We declined the cooking or daily housekeeping, but I’m sure that would be impeccable also. We will definitely be back!

We had an awesome time celebrating a family birthday. The food they prepared was amazing as well. We would definitely like to stay again, when the weather is warmer or warm enough to get in the water.

We had an amazing stay at JC’s home this weekend! The beach is walking distance and we all enjoyed the pool as well. Rosa and Freddy were amazing and helped us keep the home spotless each day! They even made ceviche for us that was delicious. The home is well equipped with plenty of outdoor seating, sand toys, kitchen utensils and towels which made us feel right at home! Highly recommend booking this home for your large group!

The house was very nice, extremely clean and the AC temperature was perfect. The host was very attentive, friendly and fast to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely come back. I really recommend this place. My family and I are very happy we found this beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at there place. It was a big family get together total of 30 people there was more then enough space for us . There was a lot to do there like walk the beach, they have kayaks, a board, a lot of toys for the kids and basketball hoop. There was 2 people that will help out during the day that was amazing because there was few times we didn’t wanted to drive in town so they would do grocery Shopping for us. They were really helpful. Will for sure come back

This place has ruined us for all other places in Rocky Point. Amazing beach front, beautiful house, responsive and accommodating host. Not to mention the incredible food and service from the staff! Love this place!

Wow! A new standard has been set for our vacations. The home was lovely, clean, very spacious and comfortable. We recieved a warm welcome upon our arrival from Fredi and Rosita. We took them up on the service of having homemade meals prepared for us and let me tell you it was amazing! Not only was it delicious but it was great that us moms didn’t have to spend any extra time in the kitchen and could right to water with the kids! We enjoyed the pool and the ocean along with the water toys, paddle board and kayak provided. The ping pong and pool table was also a hit. Can’t recommend this home enough 💕☀️💦

The house was clean, beautiful, and had all the necessary items for our stay. We were always comfortable and the house staff were super helpful.

One of if not the best place I have stayed so far in Puerto Penasco. The beach is perfect, the house is roomy and has many amenities, the house staff is very helpful and attentive. Plenty of parking inside gate. The pool was a bonus as I’ve never found a house beach front with a pool ever. Will stay again.

I'm going to start with JC thank you for hosting a big family a great beautiful home to accommodate big family of 16 and most important rosita and Freddy the Breakfast chilaquiles recommended and great service. one of the cleanest house and on point I have stayed 100% satisfaction.

We’ve been to Rocky Point several times and this place was the best place we’ve ever stayed. House was perfect for our big group. Fredy and Rosa were amazing! Be sure to have them make shrimp tacos! Everything was fantastic.

💕We had a wonderful college friend group (and families) reunion here. The place is spacious and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and filled with shells and starfish and we even took the boat out and spotted stingrays. Plenty of recreational amenities for everyone to have fun ages 5-50. The host and staff were very accommodating, excellent service. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to friends. Loved it !💕

The wait staff was such a nice added bonus. They were extremely helpful. JC was very responsive and made sure to check in on our stay throughout our time there. House looks just like the pictures and an easy walk down to the beach.

This place is amazing! We cannot wait to visit again! The staff was awesome we did not have to worry about anything! They ensures we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The food they prepared was amazing! (Beef fajitas, shrimp fajitas, Mexican rice, campechana mixta and carne asada tacos) JC also kept in contact making sure if we needed anything we just needed to reach out. Cannot wait to visit this paradise again!

Loved the house it was a bit too big haha Rosita was AMAZING stayed on top of everything cleaning and cooking. 1000000% I’d definitely recommend coming. Just don’t forget the mosquito repellent the humidity outside attracts them. I had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful location and just as described! The home is large with enough space for everyone! The family and kids enjoyed the easy walk down to the water. The house staff (Rosita & Freddy) were super amazing and attentive. Cooked, cleaned and grocery shopped for us! Felt very spoiled! Will definitely be returning!

My family and I had a great time and feel in love with the house and staff and their hospitality. It was very clean and well equipped. There is a lot of space and beds for everyone to sleep on. The staff and host are amazing. It’s great place especially for those with kids. They had everything we would need to make our trip an even more memorable experience.

The property is amazing, larger than the pictures reflect. Having the sand just off the porch and the lapping waves of the Sea beckoning each day made this a most peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool each afternoon, and riding on the paddleboards and kayaks was a true adventure for them. The beach is very clean and very long, great for walks/runs in the early morning. The patio is shaded all day and most afternoons a light breeze kept the temperature perfectly comfortable. Brushing up on your Spanish is a good idea, language apps don't always get the translations right, and be sure to be very clear with the staff in regard to food/beverage services and costs. It was wonderful not having to cook or do dishes for the week, but the additional $25 daily service fee for supplies was excessive.

We had an amazing stay at el gran paraiso. We held our wedding ceremony / reception and had a lot of different accommodations we needed throughout the stay. JC and the staff were outstanding and we will definitely return.

El Gran Paraíso was absolute paradise. Plenty of space to accommodate 9+ adults. The staff made the most amazing food at a reasonable price. Will be coming back here for sure! Thank you for a great stay! Didn’t want to leave!

A perfect gateway! JC was the perfect greeter/host. Very hospitable and available to any and all of our needs. Freddy who was part of the staff was of great value to our everyday mini vacation. He would assist to any and all of our needs. From helping us with some grocery necessities to recommendations and directions. We are completely enamored with the house and the beach and plan to return soon.
