The house is super nice, spacious, fresh, very well equipped for large groups, functional and in good condition. I went with my family – uncles, cousins, and small children – and we had a great time. The pool is warm and clean. The garden is perfect for playing with the kids. They have tables outside for al fresco dining. Highly recommended. It's not close to downtown, but if you go by car, it's not difficult to get there (20 minutes to the very center). Benjamín is super helpful, responds quickly and provides support with everything you need. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing weekend. The house is very nice, just as shown in the photos. Everything was impeccable. The area is very nice and quiet. 100% recommended! :)

My stay at the house was very pleasant. It is quite well equipped, and you should not need anything other than your suitcase. My family and I are leaving very happy after such an amazing stay. Ms. Blanca was very helpful and considerate at all times. We'll definitely be back! =)

Everything was great!!! We'll definitely be back! The photos don't do justice to what the house really is. It's much better than the pictures show. Always attentive to what we need. Flexible check-out time. And many details that make the stay pleasant.

The house is located on the outskirts of Tequisquiapan, in a subdivision where there is a lot of security for entry. There is a store at the entrance to the subdivision that provides most of the things you need, but it is advisable to arrive with almost complete provisions since there are no more businesses around. The house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the spaces are perfectly distributed to accommodate large groups. The pool is perfect for children, adults did not love it since the water came down to our waist and almost all the time we had to be kneeling or on our knees. We had problems with the water temperature, the weather was not very warm, in fact the two days we were there were cloudy, we knew that there was a high probability that it would be like this at the time and that's why we looked for a place with a boiler. Although the pool thermometer read 30 degrees, the water was very cold and it was almost impossible to stay inside. We called to have the boiler turned on and they told us that this was the limit and nothing more could be done, and we had to leave because we were freezing. Until the second day they turned the boiler back on and when it was starting to heat up (after 4 hours) they turned it off again. Basically it was our biggest problem, but the most important one, and we didn't have a good solution. The girl who was in the house, rather than helping us, gave us the impression that she was only looking after us and made us feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning work that I did, I could have done it perfectly when we left and our privacy could have been respected more during the stay. In short, it was pleasant but analyzing the cost-benefit, we thought it would be better.
