I loved the place. Since we arrived, there was a very good vibe in the house: a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Despite the characteristic heat of Chetumal, the house stayed cool with just the fans (it does have air conditioning), which was a big plus. Everything was spotlessly clean and well taken care of. In addition, it has parking, which made everything more comfortable. I want to highlight the kindness of the host: my aunt forgot a dress, and the next day, very kindly, they returned it to me without any problem. I definitely recommend Casa Milan...An excellent option to stay!

Casa Milan is a very comfortable house with all amenities we need. Decorations are old style but everything functions perfectly.

Casa Milan is warm & quirky home and we felt so much at home. William was there to greet us and it was lovely to experience his hospitality. William took us on a tour of Chetumal and the Bay and dropped us at a lovely sea food restaurant. It’s a shame we didn’t have more time as Chetumal is a lovely relaxing place.

Co-host William Richard is the best part of this place. He was incredibly thorough in his overview, met us at check in and even gave guidance on a medical procedure my father was about to undertake. The house is cute and cozy, with quaint decoration including interesting knick knacks and plush toys. Be aware that the Air Conditioning is ice cold in the bedrooms but is not available in the common areas. They also did their best to help us with date changes on our second planned stay since my dad's medical procedure date changed last minute.

The best host I've ever had, very kind, concerned about our needs with great touches such as bringing us cookies, pizzas, water, coffee, etc. In short, his attention and kindness were really surprising

William is very attentive, he went to pick me up where the transport from Bacalar to Chetumal left me. Give very clear explanations and quick responses. He is a gentleman, always attentive. The house is very pleasant and very comfortable for couples or groups. ADO Station is a few minutes' drive away. Very happy to have stayed in your home. I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it

Richard is an excellent host, the whole time he was in quick communication, he showed incredible kindness to address our situation since the city was on hurricane alert. The place is as described, very easy to access and comfortable. It has all the amenities and super comfortable beds. The Milan house is wonderful, undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. I really liked the detail that a cot and a tub will provide for my baby and there were also 2 baskets with toys that helped my baby's entertainment. The house is very nice the truth is very worth it if I would come back soon.
