The bungalows were nice but there was construction and since it was an open plan it was kind of weird to have them working on the house. One of the bungalows had a tree in the bathroom and made it kind of smell moldy. Overall it was nice place to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Guillermo's bungalows. The host was in contact with us the whole time, the housekeeper made sure that the rooms and kitchen were cleaned properly at all times. The children were happy in the pool all day. We thank Guillermo very much.

We were looking for a private place and this property wasn't quite it. However, it was not annoying and we adapted. Everything else was great, we had a great time with friends. Recommended 👍🏼

Overall, everything is excellent. Very good place, air conditioning in all rooms, very comfortable pool. The only detail is the people who live in an apartment that is inside the accommodation. At 10pm, a woman from there came out to tell us to be quiet, saying that if we wanted to make noise after 10, we had to go to a bar. After that, everything was excellent. Just that detail with privacy

We stayed with a big group for spring break and it was a great place ! Super close to town and Guillermo was so kind and responsive the whole time . It can be just a bit noisy early in the mornings due to construction around the area but nothing that is hard to handle ! Overall , super great place !!

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Guillermo’s place! Easy walking distance to everything you would need in town, and the perfect spot to rent for a larger group as everyone has their own personal space when needed but an awesome communal spot to eat, relax and swim together. The host and his family live above and were very welcoming, readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay, and will gladly stay again! As an added bonus they hook up a discount at a local surf shop that hosted an amazing fishing trip for our group of 10 guys. Many thanks to Guillermo and his brother Diego and family for ensuring we had such a wonderful weekend!

Guillermo’s home was perfectly lovely and housed 11 adults just fine. Sayulita holds a very special place in my heart and this gorgeous space has incredible proximity to everything. The outdoor communal space is really charming as well as the overall architecture of the bungalows. In terms of privacy, there’s certainly a lot going on around the airb&b at the moment (construction, which is just circumstantial) as well as the family who lives in the apt located directly above the common area with two children. Everyone seemed to mind their own business, for the most part so living amongst each other for a week was fine. If you have a rowdy group of people this is not the space for you, but if you are okay with quiet hours starting at 10pm and respecting a communal space- this place is absolutely wonderful. And soooo close to shops/food/beach! Guillermo was very communicative and had great recs to share with my friends and I. We are very grateful for his hospitality.

Excellent option for family trips, the bungalows are spacious and well distributed on the property. The pool is not heated so in cold seasons you may miss the warm water. People living in the apartment above never interfere with your experience during your stay.

Fantastic location and accommodation for a large family or group of friends close to beach and town centre with lots of good quality food options and bars.

We loved our stay at Sayulita Surf Bungalows. Our youngest family member is 2, while the oldest are in their 70’s. We had surfers, snorklers, sun tanners, and explorers in our group. Everyone was comfortable and happy in the bungalows, but could easily get to the town center or the beach to find an activity that was right up their alley. The property was well maintained and clean, with enough space for everyone to gather together or relax on their own.

The place was fantastic! We love Sayulita, lots to do walking distance. The beds and linens were super comfy which is something that I always worry about. The lady, Alma, who was at the house daily was helpful, kind and supper sweet. Cleaned our rooms and even washed a bit of clothes. We all loved the pool too. Plenty of towels. Guillermo was super helpful and responsive. Our family loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for large groups, we were pleased that everyone had their bathroom and privacy in case you wanted to rest; while the common area was the best since we were able to live with all the amenities of their property. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to vacation

Guillermo’s place was exactly as described. It was relaxing and the individual bungalows and pool were a plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. It is easily accessible to the center and beach by walking.

This was the perfect place for our group of friends and family! I love that all of our group was in one place but at the same time had a little extra privacy. The location is perfect, it’s within about 5 minutes of the beach and the main town.

This air bnb was beautiful and perfect size for our group. The pool was nice and central to the rooms. It allowed for everyone to hangout be involved in every conversation. Rooms were modern with AC and each bungalow has its own bathroom/shower. It’s close enough to walk to town but far enough where it wasn’t loud and we could sleep easily. The family that runs the place is really nice and Diego set us up with a fishing trip and recommendations. We will definitely be booking again next time we come! Thank you!

We rented out all 6 bungalows for a group. The setup was great as each room had their own bathroom and privacy. The pool received lots of sun and the kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed to do some cooking at the house. We ran out of water, Guillermo was responsive to have it refilled. There is someone who lives in a unit upstairs that shared the same gate entrance. She was nice and we only saw her when she arrived or left.

Wonderful experience with fantastic host and even daily tidying up of the shared space. There is an upstairs apartment this is occupied, the facility is not just limited to us which was fine, I just wasn't expecting it. Some drainage problems with the shower in one of the rooms. This was a really amazing space and experience. Shared meals in the outdoor kitchen, swimming in the pool, and just existing in this space was magical and memorable!

We came as a group of 10 people. It was perfect. We had our personal space, common area to gather. Super close to the town center. Host had references for any recommendations requested. We enjoyed our time here. Things were tiddy and clean. Just simply pleasant and clean.

We held a company retreat at Guillermo's place and really appreciated the layout and privacy that the bungalows had as well as the communal kitchen/hangout area. We had a unique experience as we arrived during a hurricane and didn't have power or wifi for the first few nights. Guillermo was really responsive and did what he could to accommodate us even though the whole town was out of power and wifi. There are cute cafes, corner stores, and clothing shops just a few minutes walk away and the location is great. I highly suggest this airbnb for a group trip :)
