We strive to provide an accurate description of the unit in our listing, including the photos, and we regret that the size and layout didn't meet your needs. This is the first time in over five years of hosting that we’ve received this feedback, and we will certainly consider your comments moving forward. Regarding the safety concern, our property is gated, and as mentioned, there are three other units in the complex. We do our best to ensure the space is secure for all guests. We also regret the Wi-Fi issues you encountered. While we are in a remote jungle location, which can sometimes impact connectivity, we’re always working to improve these services. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard. Lastly, we are glad to hear that you found the location convenient and the inside of the unit nice. Our property manager and owners always strive to be as responsive and accommodating as possible. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
