We had a great experience. The accommodation is very nice, comfortable and safe. The check-in was quick and easy, and the pool, restaurant and other facilities were very good. As the only point to improve, I find it a bit inconvenient that there is a limit on water and electricity consumption with possible additional charges. Although in our case we weren't charged anything, it does create some concern to be aware of how much is consumed during the stay. Personally, I think it would be more convenient if these services were included in the price of the accommodation. Other than that, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much.

As part of our commitment to sustainable tourism, we strive to promote the reasonable use of environmental resources. Water consumption is included (at no cost) in the rate and is monitored to prevent and identify leaks or damage to the plumbing system. The rate also includes (at no extra cost) 25 kWh of electricity per day (information in the listing description), and most guests do not exceed that amount. This limit also allows us to keep the price for your stay reasonable. It'll be a pleasure to assist you on your next visits.

We really liked our stay at Villas Palermo. The house is very comfortable and just like the photos. We enjoyed all its amenities. It's a very safe and quiet place. The host responds quickly and is very friendly. A place to go back.

They charge too much for electricity. We stayed 2 days during which we didn't spend time at the house. We arrived at 8 pm to sleep and make breakfast, then we left. Even so, the bill was higher than the amount shown on Airbnb.

We set a reasonable electricity consumption limit because we strive to operate in an eco-friendly manner and encourage responsible energy use, especially considering the high cost of electricity in the area. Both the limit and any charges for additional consumption are reported in advance in the terms and conditions of the reservation. The vast majority of our guests do not exceed the included usage, so additional charges are infrequent. We really appreciate your feedback and hope that, apart from this, you enjoyed your stay. We loved it! We hope to go back A wonderful place to go on vacation, relax, and get away from the city. Located in the upper part of San Juan, with a beautiful view of the coast and everything you need for an incredible vacation. The house offers everything: a perfect living room for sharing, a fairly well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and quite comfortable beds. In addition, the complex has a large pool, bar and restaurant quite close by. We also want to highlight the communication from the hosts; they are very friendly and helpful.

I loved the villa. It was very nice and clean, very well equipped with all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay. We loved the touch of having board games to enjoy the villa with the family. Overall everything was excellent. I will definitely return!!
