We stayed here with a large group, and the home is beautiful, well maintained, and exactly as described. The space and amenities felt five-star, and we were having a great stay. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a prolonged power outage with no electricity, running water, toilets, or AC. It lasted overnight, there was no reliable ETA for restoration, and we had to leave early. While the outage may have been outside the host’s control, the lack of clear updates made it difficult to manage, especially with a large group. Future guests may want to ask about contingency plans in case of an outage. That said, I’d still recommend staying here. The on-site staff were incredible, the breakfast service is worth it, and the dinner we arranged at the house was delicious. FYI, the property is listed both directly by the host and through a third-party management company, the 3rd party added some complexity when issues came up so we would probably book directly through the host next time.

Seventh time staying here and it still hits every single time. You already know the location is perfect, right in the middle of the party, with everything just a short walk away. The house is big, clean, and built for a good time. That jacuzzi is basically the MVP again, perfect for the after-hours unwind or just soaking with your crew before heading out. Joel continues to be the low-key legend of the place. Always around when you need him but never in your way. He makes everything smooth without making it a thing. The housekeeper also keeps the spot fresh daily, which somehow makes everything feel even more comfortable. This place is the Medellín default now. If you're not staying here, you're doing it wrong.
