The house is super cute, the gentleman is very kind and the lady who also received us, we had a very comfortable time we really enjoyed the stay, the only thing we put on it but it is that the house is not on the shore of the beach, but everything else we really enjoyed!!

Everything was great with the house! Just that you have to walk to the pool and I didn’t have that clear! Also they are strict on the pool rules, we were there to have a fun time but the security was giving an attitude which it doesn’t have nothing to do with the house owner but everything was great with the house! Even the owner is super friendly and understandable.

Wide recommended, the house is very nice, spacious, with all amenities, and the fractionation has access to the sea, the main window has a view of the hotel Riu in the background and at night looks spectacular. If I come back.

Great stay for the Eclipse. First of all, Gerardo is the best host you could have. He is immediately available by phone. He is helpful with tips on restaurants and transportation. He made sure all was well. Check in was smooth. Taxi from the airport was $1000 pesos for 8 of us. The van deposited us at our door. There is a convenience store nearby, two blocks away for ice beer, water, snacks. But there is not a grocery store within walking distance. Public transportation is great. Public bus from the resort to Centro for $1. Return late at night by red mini-trucks that seat 8 or so in the truck bed on bench. Beach at the resort is fantastic. Adequate but not great dinner restaurants within walking distance. Hectors and Topolo downtown excellent restaurants. Place is clean. We were 8 persons and were very comfortable. TV and wi-fi good. Clean. Kitchen supplies. Plates and utensils and cookware good. Bring own coffee, cooking oil, spices, butter, etc. 5**

House is very spacious, beautiful, and cozy, the area where it is located has a lot of security and you can enjoy the pools and the beach, without having to leave the fractionation, Gerardo is an excellent host, he was attentive to our needs and setbacks, allowed us to arrive a little earlier, and Lolita undoubtedly very friendly makes you feel at home, he welcomed us with a rich welcome, we will definitely return.

Very safe and calm private community and not too far from downtown where the party and good restaurants are! it’s about 20 mins away . Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fast responses and easy walk to the beach!

The house was nice and big. It had everything needed for the stay and the host was attentive and responsive to any questions.

A very pleasant stay! The house is very spacious, clean and functional, the subdivision is very safe, beautiful green areas as well as the pools and beach. We were extremely comfortable in the house because of the mini splits in each room, and the barbecue area was also very useful. The Oxxo is very close to the house. Gerardo is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful, communication with him is always very good!!! I highly recommend this place!

The house is excellent, with many rooms, bathrooms for everyone, and a very nice and super well-equipped kitchen. We used the grill in the patio and everything was very good in terms of safety. The host was very helpful from check-in to check-out. I liked that he sent a video about how to use the beach accessories. The security personnel were very friendly.

From the moment you have contact with Mr. Gerardo, you already feel comfortable. He was always very friendly, attentive, and respectful; the process before my trip put me at ease. Upon arriving at the residence, we were surprised by the kindness of the lovely Ms. Lolita. She welcomed us with a lovely gesture and explained the features and layout of the house very well; the house is very close to the common areas and the beach. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning, and the living room and kitchen do as well. We enjoyed and made use of the entire house. I definitely recommend it!!!! You don't have to think twice about staying here!!!

It is a very large room with all the amenities, you are greeted with a nice touch by Mrs. Lolita, who is very kind and goes the extra mile by leaving some useful items/products for the guest. Conveniently located and easily accessible. Recommended for families. Fully refrigerated, essential for the local climate.

Great stay in Mazatlan. Approx 3 blocks to the beach. The resort also has a swimming pool. I liked being away from the busy town. Nice to drive in and enjoy what we want the. Head out of the busy city. Cerritos restaurant was a good breakfast through dinner option.

We had a great time at the house for 5 days. It’s near swimming pool, the beach. so, we not only took a rest all day long but also could see sensut everyday. The house was very clean and the host always replied quickly when I sent the message. I’d like to highly recommend if my friend will search for airbnb at Mazatlan.

Nicer than it looks in pictures! It’s a perfect stay for a large family, it has everything you need. The house is a three block walk from the beach, it’s a very secure and organized place. The beach and pool are exclusively for the neighborhood, so they will never be too crowded. Gerardo is definitely a super host! He kindly responds to any question always looking forward to make your stay the best he can.

This home is Beautiful and located in a private community. We walked into a clean and sanitized home were they had sweets waiting for us at the dining table this homebwas more than we expected. Every room was comfortable in size and bedding the restrooms were very clean and being that we were at the beach daily we enjoyed the laundry room included too. The back yard comes with its own private restroom, patio and built in grill. Definitely recommend a stay here just a few minutes walk from the beach were we enjoyed the pools and community restaurant.

Our family had a great time together. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved walking to the beach without having to leave the neighborhood. We loved ordering food by the pool and beach. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.
