Great location and great stay

The location was amazing, at the time of checking we were greeted by the co host. Super friendly and attentive.

Casa is centrally located, a few blocks from the main Plaza and the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated.

This place was awesome! Jonny was very friendly and responsive. The location is great and we had everything we needed in the house and more. We had access to surfboards and chairs for the beach. It's a very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We used this home for a private family birthday party and vacation space. We absolutely loved the home and its location was fantastic. The kitchen space was amazing, we ended up hiring 3 private chefs for a night of fun. Unforgettable.

Everything about the apartment was perfect for our stay during a wedding weekend. Easy access to the beach and everything in town was walking distance.

The place was beautiful and right smack in the middle of everything! Thoroughly enjoyed it and was so sad to leave!

Juan was a wonderful host and greeted us upon our arrival. He showed us around the property, gave us local recommendations and was available 24/7. The only bummer that he shared with us immediately was that the wifi was not working. This was especially disappointing as we had two guests who needed the wifi for school and work while we were there. Juan was apologetic, gave us options of where we could get free wifi in town and offered us compensation for having to use our data (which we had to use frequently as none of the free wifi networks reached the airbnb). It was a huge issue for our group, but we managed! There was a ton of room for all 6 of our guests to relax and the rooms/bathrooms were clean. Bring ear plugs! The location is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING but it's close to restaurants and bars and the music seems to be bumping at all hours. Great spot for large groups and would definitely stay here again!

I cannot recommend this enough, the photos don’t do it justice. You’re in a great location, awesome amenities, beautiful decor. Also, the house manger, Juan, is one of the friendliest humans. He was responsive, met us in person, gave us local recommendations and even booked transportation for us. This place is top notch. I also was so grateful that the cancellation policy wasn’t strict, we didn’t end up needing it but just gave peace of mind when booking! The price wasn’t inflated, it felt fair and like we got more for the price. Loved all the thoughtful touches around the space. They even provide yoga mats, beach towels, boogie board, water jugs and all the cooking supplies you could need. Thank you SO much for making Airbnb a place I want to continue using.

the house was great. as advertised it was close to the town center and the beach. very unique in that it's 2 mini houses which worked out great

Excellent location and excellent place to stay. Not noisy but very close to the Plaza and the beach. Nice place to stay. Definitely my family is coming back here.

This place is amazing! There is really a lot of space, everything worked well, it was clean, and the location is fantastic. It is close to the beach and all the action in town. Town can be noisy (in a fun way really) but you will have perfect sleeping conditions with good air conditioning, the ability to darken the bedrooms, comfortable beds, and insulation from noise. Juan is amazingly helpful at check in and responsive to any needs.

Juan was absolutely the best Airbnb host Ive ever had- and that’s saying a lot because I travel constantly! Not only did he respond instantly to all of our messages, he was extremely kind, helpful and it set a great tone for the beginning of our our trip. When our flight was over two hours delayed getting into PVR, he was still there waiting there to greet us and welcome us to the house (even though it was 11PM). He provided exceptional hospitality from the start to finish of our trip. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the site. We loved the fact that it was literally two blocks to the center of town and also to the beach (and didn’t require the use of a golf cart like other times I have been to Sayulita). Even with its close proximity to town, we didn’t hear the loud noise from late night party spots from inside the house which was amazing. The AC units in the bedrooms were excellent and kept the rooms very cool throughout our stay which was amazing considering it was during a tropical storm/off season and extremely humid and warm. On top of that, my two friends and I loved having both a second story and third story private terrace complete with great views to hang out on in the evenings. 10/10! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to visit Sayulita!

Location, location, location - Nublar is in the perfect spot to walk to anything, yet the street is quiet and the bedrooms are in the back. Love all the decks. Roofdeck was huge, and the views are gorgeous. As an experienced Sayulita traveller - highly recommend Casa Nublar.
