We liked it a lot. The apartment is very nice and we love Shangri La. The service from Naya Homes was very good. The only thing we didn't like was the extra charge for late check-out, but I guess that's how they handle it.

Amazing Departamento. I was delighted with the maintenance of the entire Shangri La condominium The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived at the place. Regarding the apartment, what can I say? The staff was great at all times. The attention via messages was also incredible Everything was great We have a great time Congratulations, guys, for being so attentive and providing excellent service.

The wonderful stay, the place is better than what you see in the photos, the perfect location, everything is very spacious, the cleanliness, excellent, a lot of warmth in the service, we are very happy and looking forward to returning to this place

The property is exceptional as is the staff. Location was across the street from the marina with shopping, great food and drink. Great amenities on location as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views, layout of the apartment and the decor of the place are beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. The condo is located in a beautiful community with the amazing pool, beach, gym, pool restaurant for lunch and snacks. You can do walks on the beach in both directions. The area is not crowded and loud. It is within walking distance to the marina, shops, restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is that we could use some clean towels in the bathrooms being there for 5 days and washing machine not working.

Everything was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the only thing that didn't seem right to me was that an 8-month-old baby was considered a person, there are too many beds for only 8 people maximum! They should reconsider that point because there is comfortable space for 10-11 people! Thank you.

We booked this condo for a team retreat and had a MARVELOUS stay. Absolutely gorgeous unit, very responsive and helpful host who connected us with a chef who cooked us food while we were there (HIGHLY recommend Chef Jonni). The unit was clean, high quality bedding, kitchen well prepared and stocked. 5 stars - excellent stay!! Will come again

My experience in Puerto Vallarta's apartment was simply perfect. The host was always on the lookout for us, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views that really took our breath away. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and pleasant, which made our vacations even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with all the necessary comforts.

The condo was stunning and very well appointed for multiple guests. The kitchen was well equipped with multiple sets of dishes and lots of Tupperware! The grounds and staff were immaculate. The food and drinks on site were excellent. They even had a small playground for kids. I used the onsite spa services twice for a massage. Tomas the concierge was fantastic, extremely helpful. We will absolutely come back to stay at the Shangri-la. The only issue we had, which for us wasn’t an issue on this trip, the listing stated 4 king beds and there were only 2, again not an issue for us, but might be for someone else.

The Shangri La resort itself merits 5 stars, for the pool, the food, and the service. It is easily our favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was very nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would rate it as 5 stars but for a few annoyances: the cooktop had only 4 burners and the oven was small, and none of them worked that well; the pans supplied were very scratched up; the dining room table was very large and shaped like a square, making it unusable for games; and the furniture in general was not the most comfortable (for us, anyway). Nothing was so bad that I would rate the place lower than a 4, but given the price for the unit we were expecting a bit more. We would stay here again, but will also see if there are more comfortable units at the Shangri La. Naya Homes was great. They were very responsive and polite, and did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant. Finally, I want to note that Tomas, the concierge for Building 5, was wonderful

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, all the staff in the apartments are very friendly and the communication with Bryan is excellent. Everything was perfect, a super vacation, see you soon

It was amazing We didn't want to go Las Facilities are luxurious , the staff are extremely friendly and helpful It was worth every peso we paid :) It is a quiet place, even eating in the restaurant in the complex is very rich 1000% recommended

By far our best Aibnb rental! Their customer service is phenomenal. At check in we were met at the entrance. The young lady greeted us with a welcome smile and a tour of the apartment. The private elevator took us directly to our apartment. Penthouse feeling. The apartment was spotless cleaned very home feeling. The view was amazing. Peace and quiet. The complex staff was friendly. Look no more and book! We will definitely be back.
