"This house was a dream! It was right in front of a gorgeous lagoon, and just across the way, we had an ocean view. When I was booking, this was the only home in the area that was this affordable, but it was absolutely stunning—cheap didn't mean low quality! The house itself was beautiful and spotless. I’m someone who really checks every corner for dust and cleanliness, and I can say it was impeccable. We stayed here most of the time—thanks to the jacuzzi, the lagoon, and canoes—so both the adults and kids were happy. At first, I was worried because the owner gave us a personal tour and mentioned he and his wife would be staying in the lower floor. (I missed reading that part in the listing it is stated there) We weren’t thrilled at first, but after that intro, we never saw them again. They stayed super private, and even with the kids being loud, they never told us to quiet down. We went to relax and thats what we found. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

it is a beautiful place. Beach is different from any other. Sea does not come any closer until tie is high enough (it was about 10:30am) but then you have the most peaceful quiet Sea ideal for the kinds to enjoy or take one of several kayaks available in the place for a spin. Sunsets are amazing, the pool and the lake on the back give us what to do while the tie came up. I'll be back.

Very good accommodation, I definitely recommend it 100%, the service of the hosts is the best, both the reception and any questions or help you need, they are there to help as soon as possible and above all very friendly, the photos match the house as it is, I will stay again without thinking about it on my next visit to Puerto Peñasco

really beautiful place and really good view .responsive hosts. unfortunately this places have to many rules even if you are a really good guest, super private and if you think invite a extra family member or some one else it may be a charge on rules . or if you like to stay longer outside at night home security will contact you. rules on the community to many . many options to enjoy the beach ⛱️ and sports. we love the environment . thanks to Roberto our host and wife.

A very good place to enjoy a vacation

This property is beautiful, calm, clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again with my family. Roberto and Lorena were very helpful and always responded right away with any answers or accommodations we needed. The family member who lives downstairs you would never know he was there so it didn’t affect the vibe of our trip at all. It was nice to have someone there in case we needed anything. So much for kids to do during the day, swim, paddle board, walk to beach or go into town. The only thing is if you have small kids there are steep stairs inside and outside so you just need to baby proof the house once you get in. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful home, clean and amazing location.

Roberto and Lorena have been very helpful and welcoming, my friends and I had an amazing time! The house is in the private golf resort, which makes us feel like extra special. Would love to come back again for sure. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful house to relax and go for a swim

We drove from Phoenix to spent my son’s 2nd birthday on the beach. The property was beautiful, backing onto a bay. Across the street was the beach, though the tide only came in twice a day. The location is about 15-20mins away from the heart of Rocky Point so expect some travelling if you want to visit the area. Gated, golf course community with 2 Tesla chargers by the country club made us feel safe. One note I’ll make is that the owner lives on property on the main floor and the rental is on the 2nd floor. We didn’t see or interact with him beyond the check-in process, though it changes the dynamic of the getaway.

The private property has one of the best golf courses!

Beautiful place great host!

Roberto and Lorena were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay! The space was clean, everything we needed was there and the home was beautiful! Islas is one of our favorite places to stay because of the private and serene. It’s a great place for a getaway to relax. Our stay was great, but we wish we had the whole home vs a duplex.

This place is exceptional! The home was immaculate and everything we could ask for. If you like long walks on the beach, kayaking, swimming, and a luxury vacation this is the place for you. It allowed us to be away from the spring break crowd and enjoy our time with family and all of the amenities. Lorena and Roberto responded to our questions within minutes. This place is amazing! We will definitely be back!
