We feel it is important to clarify several inaccurate statements in this review. The reservation was originally made for 2 guests, but 7 guests arrived at the property. The additional charge was applied according to Airbnb policies and our clearly stated house rules for extra guests.<br/>The washer and dryer were fully functional during the stay. We personally visited the property to explain how to use them, provided an additional washer, and even offered to do the laundry for the guests ourselves. Despite this, they continued requesting refunds and compensation while claiming the machines were not working.<br/>We rarely leave negative responses, but future hosts should be aware that this stay involved multiple false claims, repeated complaints, and attempts to obtain refunds despite several "solutions" being provided.
