Concierge was amazing and arrange everything from airport transfers to transportation within Tulum to a private dinner with ease, made my sisters bachelorette weekend so easy and seamless!

As first time travelers to Tulum, we could not have asked for a better host. We loved the space as it accommodated our 17 person bachelorette group nicely, but truly what made this experience was how communicative and helpful Veronica was. She greeted us with open arms and was so friendly. She responded whenever needed, and went out of her way to provide us extra yoga mats and necessities like drinking water. The concierge service helped us book excursions, dinners, and transportation. Excellent communication and beautiful space.

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the atmosphere made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My family and I stayed for seven days for a wedding, everyone loved the place. The separate rooms gave everyone their privacy, you never feel at home when you’re not sleeping in your own bed but my bed was so comfortable. The host/concierge was always a pleasure, she was available and responsive to getting us anything and everything from massages, to car services and reservation suggestions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Majaro was the perfect spot for our group trip. We had 16 guests, and a few of them were couples, so the 12 private room layout was exactly what we needed. Almost every room had their own private pool, which felt pretty luxurious. But we chose to all hang out in the communal area around the big pool. Each room was decorated nicely and the bathrooms were an oasis. Amero had multiple options for recommendations and setting up drivers or experiences, which was really helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and having a coffee shop and small corner store across the street was clutch. It was also a short walk to a number of restaurants & cafes. The only drawback that I can think of is that the wifi was spotty at times, but that's probably an indication of Tulum in general more than this particular space. We would absolutely book this spot again, either as a group taking the entire place, or as an individual room of the hotel.

Veronica and Dandred were so helpful! They made sure we felt safe from the moment we booked our villa and arranged transportation, food for the villa and provided us with the best service! Truly only have the best things to say about the hosts and would recommend them to everyone visiting Tulum. The sweetest ladies!

We recently had a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location - we were able to secure everything though our attentive and responsive staff - private transportation, excursions, massages, yoga and even a chef! If you’re looking for a hassle free stay in Tulum with gorgeous views and great staff - this is the place!

Staying at Amero's and Veronica’s Airbnb was truly the best experience I’ve had on the platform. Veronica was an exceptional host—she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and always one step ahead in making sure everything went smoothly. She handled all of our transportation needs seamlessly, which made our trip so much easier. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. We had a great stay at Hotel Majaro. Veronica went above and beyond for our trip and we felt right at home. From helping with transports and recommendations in the area, we felt completely taken care of. The area is a little difficult to access but I can definitely see that changing over the next few months. Easy grocery store and cafe across the street! Overall, amazing experience, especially thanks to Veronica!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! Majaro was excellent in making our planning as easy as possible for our large group trip. From the start, they recommended excursions, restaurants, and beach clubs. We ended up booking a cenote tour and Majaro handled all the details, it was perfect. They also coordinated the full group's airport transfer, even though we only requested it the day we had to leave. The rooms are spacious and offer a good mix of private and public spaces for our group to spend time. We loved the private pools, especially the ones on the roof! Everything was very clean and you could tell they paid close attention to detail. The location is also conveniently located between Tulum town and the hotel zone. Their staff is incredible - we lost a wallet in the pool drain on day one and they were there within half an hour to help us get it out! They are all super responsive and helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.
