Our stay was very pleasant. The house is quite quiet, clean and very well laid out, which made us feel very comfortable during our visit. Everything was in order and perfectly met expectations. The owner is very kind, helpful and friendly. It was definitely a very good experience and we would stay here again.

Great place to stay with a large family. Rocio’s house is located in a quiet neighborhood, she was always so attentive with anything that we needed. Not too far from the Centro. Overall everything went well for our stay.

It was a great stay. We were a group of 10 and there was plenty of space and bathroom access. The kitchen is on the small side but if your in oaxaca city eating out is what you want to do :) we would definitely book it again when we come back.

Everything worked great at Rocío's place. To start from the beginning, the communication was agile and clear, and he was always attentive to what we needed. The area is a residential neighborhood, very nice and quiet, it is about a 25-minute walk to downtown. The house was clean, had everything you need for a large group and very well arranged spaces to spend time together (living room, terraces). Highly recommend staying here

Casa Yagul was all we needed. The house was clean, very well organized. We were a large grupo and no one had issues with taking showers, the house has lots of bathrooms. I am glad we stayed there. The area was very quiet.

We had a lovely stay and appreciated that all rooms were ensuite! The kitchen is a bit small for preparing food, however dinner in the patio were lovely!! another big bonus was the off-street parking. We can highly recommend staying in Casa Yagul- especially if you have more than a couple of days :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rocio's home. It is a little bit farther out from centro but certainly walkable. Rocio was always responsive and ensured that someone was there to meet us during check-in. One of our main concerns when traveling is security and the neighborhood/home, plus Rocio's communication, made us feel completely at ease the entire time. The home is big, comfortable, and has everything you need - especially if you are a larger group.

We loved the place. The place is very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the hot water works perfectly. Everything was in order and as shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and stay here again.

They were always very attentive and gave us recommendations for eating and visiting. You have to walk a bit to get to the center, but we are very well located. The house is true to the photos and very clean. We all felt very good in the house, we would definitely rent the house again

The house is very large and beautiful, it is somewhat central and in a quiet area, however if you come with people in wheelchairs, the space for the bathrooms/the entrance to the bathroom is a little small. the space is very well distributed. Rocío and Samuel were very friendly and accessible. Our stay was very pleasant.

A very nice house, we had problems with the TV, Rocio came to fix the problem; excellent host. The location and area of the house is excellent.

Nice house to stay in, we went as a family, and the rooms on the ground floor helped us with our seniors and babies, everything was very nice and attentive, always answering messages and giving recommendations, the area is quiet and central, 9 minutes by car from downtown and 5 from Chedraui, with everything you need for a good rest and vacation.

The house is just as described, perfect for the 9 of us. The kitchen is small but we were barely there so not a need for a big kitchen. Samuel and Rocio are very responsive.

The place is perfect for large groups, 10/10 ... the fact that it has so many bathrooms and private bedrooms is wonderful! In addition, the house is very nice with several terraces and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Less than 10 minutes from the Center by car, the area is super quiet and I was able to travel with my pets without a problem!! Thank you!!

Just as an observation, the kitchen is very small for the number of people staying, there is no minisplit but there were fans and they cooled the heat. But everything was excellent, very good location, the terraces were very pleasant to hang out on, great communication, thank you very much!

The house is located in a super quiet and safe neighborhood, it is relatively close to the center and all the attractions (if you like to walk). The rooms are comfortable, almost all have a private bathroom which is a big plus. The kitchen is very small, if you go with a large group you have to be very organized. Rocío was very helpful and friendly with communication.

Our stay at Casa Yagul was great. The house was spacious enough for 10 of us. It is super clean and comfortable. Rocio Judith was welcoming, she was a great host. We would gladly return.

Great stay. We were a big group and the place was great. Everyone was comfortable and happy with the stay. The centro is about 20 minutes walking, which we did. Neighborhood is calm and friendly. I would stay here again..

We arrived in a group of 11 people and at no time the space felt tight. We all fit beautifully Cleanliness is something to be recognized! You get to the house and not only feel like new, it also feels like a place made to welcome people instead of being a place adapted to the rush to advertise on AirBnB. The host was an incredibly attentive person who made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. The location is also exelente since it is 10-15 minutes from all the tourist places but it is located in a very quiet area with a supermarket very well supplied 10 minutes walking. Perhaps the only semi-negative comment is the fact that the beds are not the most comfortable (but that already depends on everyone) and there are missing air conditioners. Although there are quite a number of fans then it is not such a serious problem. If I came back in a big group plan I would stay here again.

Rocio's home was beautiful and extremely clean. The attention to detail is impressive. It is located in a very peaceful, pretty neighborhood but yet so close to everything! Rocio and her husband's pride for their home and culture shows in every detail. They were so attentive and responsive.

It's better than it looks, very close to downtown but far from the noise of it. Spacious parking and rooms with their own bathrooms. Ideal for large families. Just Amazing

We enjoyed our stay at the house which was ideal for our group of 6 adults and 4 young children. It is only 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket and about 25 minutes to the centre by foot. There are plenty of taxis which cost about 70/80 pesos to the centre. The house was very clean. Samuel was very attentive when we had a couple of minor issues to deal with. Overall our experience staying in the house was very positive. Thank you Rocío and Samuel.

Rocio’s place is amazing for a group. Very modern and clean. We had a group of 6 and it was great everyone had their own bathroom and to have common spaces where we can hang out :) The location is a 10 min taxi ride to the downtown area and using Oaxaca City Taxi on what’s app to arrange the taxis was very helpful. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and charming. The host are also very kind and responsive— we loved our stay thank you :)
