As you know, this was a widespread issue caused by a major storm that affected the entire region. Unfortunately, with a large-scale event like this, we're not able to provide a timeline for power restoration as it is completely dependent on the electric company's repair schedule.<br/>When we spoke, we suggested you contact Airbnb to explore the option of changing properties, as this was the solution they advised us to offer guests. We're sorry for the inconvenience this caused and hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
