A good house, new, comfortable and with a good layout, with a heated pool but with a high cost to keep it warm. The hot water in the showers runs out relatively quickly, with six people, the last two to bathe no longer had enough hot water, but rather lukewarm. I recommend this property to spend a few days on vacation without any problems

Graziella’s home is absolutely wonderful and perfect for families. It looks exactly like the photos yet it's even better in person. The pool is just the right size, and the water temperature is perfect for both swimming and floating around. The neighborhood offers excellent dining options, and both Chedraui and Soriana are just around the corner if need to pick up some groceries. The Malecón is only about a seven-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy good food and shopping options. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Graziella in person, she’s a truly gracious and accommodating host. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to Casa Chelita on my next visit to La Paz.

The house is spectacular, just as shown in the photos. Well-equipped and modern. Everything is impeccable. The pool is well-maintained. It has everything you need except a washer and dryer, which is in the ad. The nearby beach is not so beautiful, but with a car you can quickly reach (20-30 min) the best beaches in Mexico. Communication with the owners is super easy. The hardest part was leaving the house. We would definitely come back.
