Absolutely beautiful, modern apartment. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We had cold drinking water and coffee waiting of us. Exercise mats and a beach bag were a nice touch! Gorgeous surroundings. Having a private pool surrounded by a jungle-like atmosphere felt very luxurious! Communication with the host was seamless. They allowed us to have a late check-out which was really nice. Note that the location is not very bikeable or walkable, so renting a car is probably the most practical. We took taxis. By car, the beach and downtown are short rides (10-15 min).

Zuzanna’s place is a beautiful, large, and comfortable apartment about a 10 minute drive by scooter or ATV from the beautiful beaches of Tulum. Communication between myself and Ivan was prompt, and he kindly kept us informed of important city information. Additionally, when the hair dryer didn’t work, he had one delivered within 20 minutes. Be aware that you cannot walk to the beach. The road is not safe for pedestrians and it would be a very long and very hot walk if you tried. Additionally, there’s no oven or microwave, so cooking may only be done on a stovetop. However, the beds and linens truly are luxurious, the rental complex is quiet, and the private pool and patio are ideal. We would definitely recommend Zuzanna’s rental to couples or families!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful building! The private plunge pool on the main patio was a hit with my kids as was the huge communal pool. Only negative was location. There aren’t any restaurants or shops within walking distance, so we had to drive. Not a big deal if you have a car or scooter. Otherwise it was a great stay. Zuzanna was helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

OMG, 10/10, the place is 10 times than on the listing. The staff were super helpful and the owners were bothered to respond quickly! I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! The apt is huge, clean and comfortable. The pools were all fantastic and most of the time we had them to ourselves. Communication was great and host very responsive even over the holiday. Location is great but you need a car or taxi. We had no issues with getting taxis once we were put in touch with one. The concierge service was extremely helpful on organizing tours and grocery delivery if we needed it. We would definitely stay again!

This is a stunning penthouse in a beautiful building in the middle of the jungle that is conveniently located between the hotel area and the town, making it perfect to visit either in just a few minutes. From the start the communication with the host was great and check in was easy and simple. We were given plenty of local recommendations and the free concierge service made it so convenient to book restaurants and tours. The apartment is off the scale with everything you could ever need and a private terrace with pool and a spectacular view! It couldn’t be better!

Amazing place, highly recommend it!

This place was great! The home itself was extremely spacious. The view from the balcony was cool. Host was responsive and kind. A short car ride away from the main areas. Very peaceful at night. The only downside was the entire area is currently under construction and the dirt road to get there... while short is pretty crazy. A beautiful home, and I will definitely be back to stay again!

Beautiful property! Very spacious and clean. Everything is as described. like previous reviews said,roads are not good at all. We rented a car and drove to the beach and the city,it was an easy ride. Recommendation given by host were very helpful! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place

A very good apartment, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Our family of four stayed in a “penthouse” apartment, ie an end unit on the second floor. The complex is beautiful, characterized by unique circular architecture and lots of windows, plants and swimming pools. The kitchen was spare but sufficient. We loved having a plunge pool on the balcony. We were greeted by numerous birds, which was lovely. The grounds are well kept and the communal pools sparkling clean. The rooftop pools, 2 on each “tower”, were delightful, with views of the sea and the jungle. The area is full of construction with new condominiums and surrounded by a rough dirt road. Other than that issue, the location between the town and the beach would have been perfect. Glad we rented a small SUV to get around. The parking was convenient and easy. The on-site restaurant and store were fine for necessity but definitely better to shop and eat elsewhere in Tulum.

Beautiful, well-appointed and super spacious apartment. The place is as shown in the pictures - absolutely beautiful. The building has nice amenities and it was not crowded at all. We spent time at the pool when we needed a break from the beach or wanted to just stay in. A car is needed to move around but we thought it was totally worth it to stay away from the buzz and enjoy some peace an quiet. The concierge service was a big plus and helped us getting transportation from/to airport as well as good recommendations for things to do. Thanks Julia and the crew for making our stay so wonderful. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay at Julia’s place traveling as a family of 5 with kids aged 10-15. The property is absolutely gorgeous and serene. We enjoyed the dipping pool, the rooftop pool for sunsets, and the central largest pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept great, spending early mornings on the porches enjoying a coffee and the peace. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We took advantage of a pantry stocking service they offered, and it was so great to have food and drinks available after our evening arrival. The condo is nicely located between the town and the beach hotel zone and was a great launching pad for our adventures in the area. We had rented a car and it was fantastic to have free parking and a designated spot in their deck, steps away from the elevator. With the construction happening around the road was indeed bumpy but very typical of the area—we just had a sense of humor about it. The hosts were excellent communicators!!

Amazing home!! It is quiet and not far from the beach and nightlife.

This place looks just like the pictures and better. The amenities were on point. From a comfy blankets, towels, robes, toiletries, portable speaker, umbrellas....the soft rugs and beds...you name it. Checkin was easy and the front desk took us directly to our room. This place is huge! The entire place and the condo. The host was responsive our entire stay and even helped us out to get a ride from tulum back to cancún even after we left the condo a couple days later. The deck and plunge pool was amazing!!! This place screams Tulum. It was worth every penny and I will definitely come back. ❤️😍

What a beautiful, spacious, and peaceful place only minutes from Tulum's hottest spots. Julia and her team were super attentive and responsive in helping us make plans for dinner and finding transportation. This place immediately felt like home. I wish I booked to stay longer.

Amazing place!! Beautiful for family or a stay with friends! The private pool and beautiful views! The only “bad” is that it was difficult to get in, the drive is dirt and has many holes, it is difficult to drive in pécous cars ideal to have a van. Everything else was impeccable!!

The place was gorgeous,. We enjoyed the roof pool.
