House, building and pool were great. Right next to the beach. If you can pay the price it is definitely worth it.

We had the most fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely ideal — we didn’t even rent a car and were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and hidden gems. It truly couldn’t have been more convenient for exploring the area. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with such a cool, thoughtful aesthetic. Every detail felt intentional and completely on point. We stayed as a group of 8 (including 4 kids), and everyone had an amazing time. The kids especially loved the thoughtful touches like the games — it made the space feel welcoming and fun from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking for a big group easy and enjoyable. The place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well. It truly felt like a home away from home. We love staying at Renee's house, it is very spacious, comfortable and superbly decorated with everything you need, whenever we go to Corral del Risco we will happily stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Renee's! It was spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable, welcoming and in a great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to town and restaurants. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms downstairs (and a sitting area w/ TV, kitchenette and table and laundry), and one bedroom, one bath, kitchen and living/dining up, it has a great layout. The spacious deck space is lovely; the only thing that would have made it better for us is if it was facing the ocean! The building was excellent - safe, well cared for with a great pool and hot tub and the roof top patio is amazing, especially at sunset. Renee was an excellent communicator, very responsive and provided lots of helpful information and welcome treats. For check in we were met by an onsite building manager who toured us around the building and unit. The secure parking was great. We loved this space and wouldn't hesitate to stay again - highly recommend! Thank you Renee!

Great place next to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. Great spot!

If you've never been to Punta Mita, there are two parts: "Inside the gates," and "outside the gates." Inside the gates is the Four Seasons, the St. Regis, private villas, private beaches.... "Outside the gates" is the actual pueblo of Punta Mita. Along a narrow strip of beachfront are many nice retstaurants and a few hotel. but other than that, the town is a mix of local culture and housing and newer condos--often right next to each other. Streets are cobblestone and mud, there is a lot of trash, taco stands and local restaurants are very "local," meaning open air--makeshift, simple menus, plastic tables... WE LOVED IT! We have stayed inside the gate and outside, and my son asked me which I prefer. I prefer outside. Renee's place makes you feel safe and pampered, but you are still "in town"--not a a resort, where the beach is raked each morning, and people are in uniform. This condo is spacious, great A/C, lots of windows, great kitchen, and walkable to everything!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had so far. Honestly awesome place to relax. Super spacious and comfortable. If you don’t mind driving 45 mins from the airport this is one of the best options out there for the money.

The place is perfect! Came in for a surf trip. Really great location. Easy walk to restaurants yet it’s in a quiet part of town. Beds were cozy. Beautiful views. Great air conditioning. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our time! The home is spacious and lovely and so well appointed. You'll find everything you need. The heated pool is lovely for doing laps and cooling down. And, we all enjoyed the poolside hammocks. Just dreamy! The place is just steps From Stinky's beach for boogie boarding and swimming. And enjoy your time Punta de Mita - dinners at Minas and La Rustica, breakfast at La Cabana. And a trip to Marietas Islands and hidden beach with Tranquilo Surf adventures was awesome. Rita was super responsive to any questions we had. Totally recommend this spot!

We had a great time staying at Renee’s place! It was secure, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our group of 8. She (and Rita) were super helpful in giving tips on taxi drivers and places to eat (all walkable)!Moses from Punta Mita taxi was great - we used his services multiple times while there! The beach nearby was clean and nice for lounging, but a bit rocky so be careful getting in and out. We took a day trip to La Lancha - only about 10 minutes away and a beautiful spot! We’d definitely stay at Renee’s place again!

Mita's Mission is a gem. Renee and DJ are thoughtful and kind hosts, taking time to ensure we had everything we needed. The property is very safe and secure and is cared for by local people who are kind and take pride in making the space beautiful. If something needed attention, it was done immediately. We were met by Rita who took us on a tour of our Airbnb, spacious and absolutely charming- beautiful textiles and local treats were available to us. Our group of 7 slept so well each night on their soft sheets and comfy pillows. Rita even walked us around the property and down into town to see the local shops, restaurants, and beach, all just across the street. Some may say you should stay within the gate of Punta Mita, but we had the best time exploring the streets of this small town- music, roosters, neighborhood dogs, children and the sweetest horse and donkey across the street. We even saw whales close to shore! We loved our stay and would love to come back again.

La Mision Mita was such a gem. Renee’s condo is beautiful and so clean. The grounds of the building were private, immaculately maintained and the pool was warm! You can easily walk to fabulous restaurants and touring companies. Farmacias nearby as well as many mini supers. There’s some town noise (roosters, music on the weekend, etc) at night but Renee left sounds machines which helped at night if needed. Otherwise we really enjoyed the sounds of the neighbors. She also has boogies boards, chairs, umbrella, towels to use. We spent one morning on the beach out front and another at La Lancha. Also took a boat to Isla Marietas to snorkel and had a close encounter with three humpback whales on the way out! Could have easily spent another week here!

Renee was a great host and Rita, the property manager was so helpful during our stay. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, large, and well-equipped which made for a very comfortable stay. My only gripe on the Airbnb would be its location: we found the closest stretch of beach to the Airbnb unfortunately wasn’t very nice with lots of litter around including some in the water, and though close to the central town which has great restaurants, the apartment is in a very undeveloped part of town and the walk to the nicer waterfront restaurants is unpaved, very dirty and smelled of sewage. Obviously Renee cannot control her surroundings, but the location is an important consideration especially for families with young children. Despite that, we really enjoyed the apartment itself, the condo pool, and Renee & Ritas warm hospitality while we were there and overall, would recommend the Airbnb if you are comfortable with the location attributes mentioned.

Great Airbnb located just minutes from Stinky's beach. Friendly host and flexible check in. This unit has all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Highly recommend it!

Great apartment for one or two families. perfect for long stays, lot of space, nice views, fully equipped, really feels like home. Everything is nearby, and very safe to walk at night from restaurant area. Renee and his team were all the time well communicated and help us on any doubts.

Punta Mita is a beautiful little surf town. It is so charming and the people are extremely welcoming and friendly. It is super safe and everything is within walking distance. Everything is very close- the beach, restaurants, shopping and the other cute surrounding beach towns. Renee's condo is spacious and very comfortable. The views from this top floor condo are incredible. There is a relaxing lap pool and hot tub just down the elevator and it is just a short quick walk to the beach. We will definitely come back to this condo and beautiful Punta Mita!

We fell in love with this apartment and the area. If you are looking for something that feels easy and safe yet cultured and not too touristy, this is your place. Renee and her property manager, Rita, were very communicative and easy to work with. The building itself is immaculately maintained, with a gorgeous pool area and stunning roof deck. The apartment is super clean, well-kept, very tastefully decorated, giving the feel of Mexico and surf culture without the feeling of an airport gift shop. And we all got amazing night’s sleep with comfortable mattresses and great bed linens and pillows. We had such a lovely stay.

This home is absolute perfection! The interior design is beautiful, so comfortable and met all of our needs. Renee has thought of everything! The location is amazing with great restaurants, shops and a grocery store within walking distance. The beach and surfing spot just across the street is ideal. Visit Marlin and Chuchi at Stinky’s Surf School right on the beach. They are the kindest people and will arrange everything for you. And Rita is the loveliest and most welcoming property manager ever. We had an amazing stay here!

We so enjoyed our stay at Renee’s beautiful condo in Punta de Mita. It was such great space for our family of 5, with nice bedrooms and beautiful decor. It was cozy and clean, specious and well-stocked with everything we could need. Rita, the concierge, was so incredible, accommodating, responsive and on it! She’s a true gem. We loved it so much and we cannot wait to come back! We are already exploring a trip back to Renee’s place in the spring!! Thank you for everything!!
