We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve addressed all the issues you mentioned to enhance the experience for future guests.<br/>Regarding the gate, the metal stopper broke due to an unusually hard impact during your stay. While this was unexpected, we have already repaired it and are in the process of upgrading to a motorized gate system for added convenience. Additionally, we’re excited to announce that a new air conditioner is being installed in the kitchen area to ensure even greater comfort for our guests.
