best apartment in SJDS. very spacious, incredible location (steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants). building staff and scott were all very friendly, helpful, and communicative and made our stay so easy. would definitely stay here again

Such an amazing stay! The location is perfect. Everything in town is super walkable. Many great restaurants nearby (one of my favorites was right next door). The space is big, comfortable, and feels really homey. There’s a shuttle to the surf beaches right around the corner, which made getting around easy. Scott and his team were so helpful and gave great recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

I come to San Juan every year and have stayed at multiple BnBs. Scott’s place is at the top of the list. Excellent views, very convenient to everything, clean and comfortable facility. I stayed in his place for 7 days. Security is also excellent…monitored 24 hours/day. If you don’t mind climbing stairs (5th floor), I would highly recommend Scott’s place! I will rebook same place next year. Thank you Scott for having a lovely facility!!

Great place to stay for a month. The WiFi was very fast and worked even when the power went out. Power went out somewhat often, but this is inevitable in the area and was always back on quickly. The listing does not lie about the stairs - 5 big flights to walk up - but at the end of the day it was fine, we expected it. And those 5 flights of stairs allow you to have the best view of the bay from the balcony, especially at sunset. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning works very well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved scott’s place. Unbelievable view in the heart of the city I couldn’t have been happier.

The description and experience matched the listing perfectly. We enjoyed the water views every day, different sunsets every night, a beautiful (and workout) walk and climb to the Jesus statue, numerous great eats around town, all from this perfect home base. We will definitely be back for a long term stay. Well done!

Stayed in Scott’s place for a month and it was the BEST ever. It was really the most peaceful time I’ve ever spent in someone else’s home. The energy of the apartment is very chill and relaxed. He did say that it was five flights up and no elevator (he wasn’t lying 😆). I now have a new bum, certified by my husband. Between contemplating the universe as you watch the tides go in and out and evening drinks on the balcony while watching the sun go down, you couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely recommend Scott’s apt. Everyone there to help us went over and beyond. Again this stay was fantastic.

Scott’s place was the perfect location in San Juan. Great views of the sunsets and the place itself felt cozy and like we were right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Hands down best place to stay in SDJS. The view is out of this world, hosts extremely responsive, & beds superrrr comfy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This a great spot right in the center of town! I was very comfortable there and the bidet was definitely a plus that most other places don’t have. Views were great, it was easy to work remote, and everything you need is walkable so no need for a taxi or rental. The five flights of stairs should be noted, same with the loud parties on the street, but the listing clearly calls these out and it was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and Eric was super responsive. 10/10 would book again 🫶

Fantastic location on the beach .Enjoyed beautiful sunsets everyday from the balcony.The condo served us well for 2 weeks with all the amenities of home. Very walkable to restaurants , stores and shuttles to various beaches .
