This was our second time staying at one of Robert’s properties and we will for sure come back again. He was such a responsive and helpful host that went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation. He took care of all of the little details that helped things go so much more smoothly. The house was stocked with everything we needed and extras we didn’t even know we wanted but made the trip so much better. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. The views are great and the amenities at seibal are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Having access to Vidanta is an additional benefit. If looking for something in this area, this unit is one of the very best available.

I highly recommend staying at Robert’s apartment, excellent location, very clean, comfortable beds. We felt right at home. Quiet place with the great option of the Vidanta access were you could find something for everyone in the family. Robert was great to communicate with and very responsive. We felt very safe in the apartment and in the areas around it. Will definitely rent it again in our next trip to PV

Our group stay was very nice and we all enjoyed it with plenty of space for all of us. The best part was being near the resort.

The place is great!! You have all you need for a comfortable stay. The people that work in the building and drive you back and forth are kind, respectful and good people. Ivan and Luis were amazing with my kiddos. We enjoyed the comfort of cooking and having space while enjoying the perks of Vidanta. The golf courses are so worth the trip and with the discount, a real plus. Robert always easy to reach to answer questions.

Robert's apartment exceeded expectations, it has everything you need, it was comfortable for our whole family, he was attentive all the time, he answered our questions and advised us to make the experience unique, access to Vidanta is a plus, the condo staff were very friendly and willing to help us, they took us to/from Vidanta, for access you pay for the bracelets directly in Vidanta, they were days of rest and fun at the same time, thank you Robert, we hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place in Nuevo Vallarta! We were meeting family who were staying at Vidanta and Robert made it very easy to get passes and everything set up. The condo was beautiful & clean! We would love to come back and stay again!

Communication was seamless! Robert was responsive and helped us getting acquainted with the property, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Huge bonus was the access to Vidanta resort which is attached to Robert’s condo and we loved it! Awesome experience!

Anytime we had a question, Robert responded almost instantly! He was the best! We were horrible coordinating our plans, and he still made it work! Condo was clean and well furnished. Pools are splendid! We will be back!

Robert’s place was amazing, beautifully decorated, felt right at home. Spacious to fit 6 people comfortably, great amenities like pool, shuttle service to Vidanta and more…restaurant recommendations where on point too and a lot of them within walking distance. Robert was very responsive throughout our stay, I recommend this excellent place.

What a great place to stay! Everything was clean, beautiful and really peaceful, right in the golf course. This place went above and beyond our expectations we had access to Vidanta amenities which are 5 star category. Do not miss the reception of the Grand Mayan with gigantic statues, Brio spa with an amazing gym, incredible pools, restaurants, fairytale gardens and entertainment, the largest beach we have ever seen, they bring food to you and is excellent specially fresh fish. Robert our host was excellent, he was responding to our messages instantly, we are definitely recommending this place to our friends and coming back for when Vidanta World is finished. Thank you Robert! You are amazing!

We were looking for an end of summer get away before kids went back to school. This place was above and beyond our expectations. As soon as we booked Robert contacted us and sent over lots of info regarding check in, amenities and of course Vidanta. Everything went as planned. The staff was great and assisted us with getting our Vidanta wrist bands. They were very responsive and were readily available for transportation until 1030 pm. Our main priority was Vidanta but the condo has a massive pool that was great on our first and last days! Also, Robert (the owner) was always responsive to any of our needs or request. We would love to return for another vacation here!

This place was exactly what we expected, everything clean, great spaces, and we could enjoy the amenities at Vidanta. Robert was super helpful resolving all our doubts and responding almost immediately. Definitely we’ll get back soon!

Everything is very good, the apartment is very well cared for, large and with everything you need and spectacular the pass to Vidanta. I highly recommend it

Great place to stay !!!!! Unit is exactly as described: well equipped, everything was clean and comfy!! We enjoyed the condo`s awesome pool (with a kid`s area) with lots of lounge chairs with cushions and supplied beach towels. Access to Vidanta is so easy and convenient. This resort is fabulous with all its pools, beach and amenities. Robert`s onboarding booklet is full of useful information/recommendations that simplified our life and guided us right from the airport. As recommended by Robert, we downloaded the Vidanta app to get the resort daily activity schedule. It`s crazy all the activities for all ages. We also went out to @ Puerto Vallarta area following Robert`s recommendations. We were not disappointed! Robert was SUPER responsive (as was the Seibal staff) when we had any questions. We can`t say enough how perfect our stay was in Seibal/Vidanta!! We will be back for sure and will recommend this condo to all our friends!!! Robert took care of us like family!! Thank you Robert!

We just got back from staying at Roberts condo at Seibal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful, there is a massive pool just outside the condo. There were always loungers with cushions available. We loved that we never had to get up early to reserve a chair. We loved having access to Vidanta, the shows and beach were wonderful. it is a short golf cart ride from the condo to the resort and the golf cart was always available for use. The condo itself had 4 bedrooms, a great living space and kitchen which was great for our family. We loved having the extra room. Robert was VERY responsive and always available anytime we needed anything. There was always someone available at the front desk to help us out if we needed anything. I was worried about access to water, however anytime we needed more drinking water, someone from the front desk (Hugo was our fav) would bring it up to us for 45 pesos. We thought this was amazing. We had a really great stay.

A very comfortable and safe place and with access to great restaurants, pool, beach.

Great place to stay within Vidanta. Condo was just as described, very comfortable for our family of five to stay at. It allows easy access to Vidanta facilities, without sacrificing comforts such as having a quieter, larger pool, ability to order Uber Eats, and ease of going into town. Robert was super responsive.
