We had a wonderful time in San Pancho. Our host called before we arrived and asked what questions we might have. I had a lot of questions because I had never been there before. He was always willing to help and responded quickly. He even helped us organize a private chef for one night which was a treat! Would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our three generations enjoying a family trip. The two upstairs room were like your own private hotel room. They were great for older generations, while our adult children enjoyed the downstairs by the pool. All rooms and amazing bathrooms felt luxurious. Terrific location in town for food, shops, and beach. The upstairs was enjoyed by all for many rounds of cards and morning yoga.

For the last 3 years, my three daughters and I have gone to San Pancho for Christmas. This house was in a perfect location, just off the main road, only a few minute walk to all the restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms were large and accommodating and we had more than enough space to be together or find alone time if we needed it. The pool area was perfect size for relaxing after walking around town and hanging out at the beach. My oldest daughter always chose the rooftop "pool" for her down time. San Pancho is a small community and this house was the perfect location for a very relaxing vacation.

Our family of 8 had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Casa De Le Cancion. We found all the rooms to be really clean, luxurious & decorated with interesting art & soft furnishings. The kitchen on the ground floor was perfectly appointed and had everything you could need in terms of cookware, plates, utensils & a pantry stocked with condiments, cooking oil, seasonings etc. The pool on the ground floor was spectacular & we spent many hours every day enjoying it as a family. It is bigger than the photographs suggest. The pool on the roof top is also bigger than you might imagine. We had 2 adults and 3 children in there and there was room for more. This is a beautiful afternoon spot as the sun warms it through the morning and it’s a lovely place to sit & hang out in the afternoon sun. The roof top terrace is a real treat and we enjoyed some fabulous meals up there. We even had an incredible catered meal organized by Jake. San Pancho is a beautiful, safe & friendly town. Enjoy!

Jake was very responsive and answered every question we had. Everything was perfect with our stay. Zero complaints. Just a heads up if you’re traveling with children- the bottom floor is separated from the top two bedrooms. Our kiddos didn’t feel safe sleeping alone in their own “house” so we had to switch out adults every night that we were there. No big deal at all, just wanted to give other families the heads up!

Lovely house. Very grateful to hosts for sharing it! The town is idyllic- beautiful sunsets every day, amazing food from the very traditional to gourmet fusion. Something else we loved- all the lovely people that run the little shops and restaurants, sell bread and baked goods on the beach. serve delicious food and drinks… always smiling. It was the perfect stay for us. The kids loved the pool and with the kitchen, bar and sitting areas right next to the pool was the perfect place to hang out. The roof top was spectacular and the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. The owner also stocked the kitchen well for cooking and containers to store things. The house is a beautiful 5-10 minute walk to the beach and loads of amazing restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The house felt secure and private with lots of places for us to sit and relax. We will be back to stay again soon.

My family had a great stay at jakes place. The location is perfect for walking around town but the house and pool area also feels private. Would definitely go back!

Jake’s place was a lovely spot to gather with family and friends ! The heated pool was a nice touch and the plunge pool was wonderful as well!! The area is quiet yet an easy walk to the beach and all San Pancho has to offer !! Would definitely stay again.

We didn’t want to leave Casa de las Canciones! The house is beautiful and perfectly located walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but set on a quiet street. We enjoyed gathering by the pool or for rooftop dinners. House was spacious and very comfortable for our group of 8. Owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Great AirBnB experience!

This was a really nice, well maintained place. The A/C in one of the rooms broke, but Jake was very on top of getting it repaired. The upper deck is a really nice place to hang out in the evening. The pool and back yard space was very nice as well. Very clean and comfortable. Bright and cheery. Felt very secure as well.
