Overall, our stay was very good. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view from the terrace is beautiful, which made our experience even better. We would definitely return. We also greatly appreciate the host’s prompt response and attentiveness throughout our stay.

Great place, it is just as described and very close to the center of San Miguel

We loved the stay. The truth is that it is a very nice concept in San Miguel, close to downtown walking, and the value for money is unbeatable. We were 7 people, and we were super comfortable.

Great stay! Wonderfully responsive host and a fabulous place. tons of space for everyone to spread out. Everything we need for provided for and easily accessible.

Very Pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment has all that you need. Maria was incredibly helpful and responsive. You book the use of any of the great amenities with her. It is up a steep hill, it's even a climb once you're in the complex - so wear good shoes. They also have a free shuttle service and taxis are affordable to get.

Ampliamemte recommended the place matches the description and photos. I was provided with instructions prior to my arrival to facilitate access to the accommodation, Maria was always pending. The accommodation has a very nice view and is equipped with what is necessary to have a pleasant stay. in our case if we made use of the kitchen and the grill that is located on the terrace and everything is very good.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need, it has amenities like swimming pool that you have to book. Mara's attention was wonderful, very kind, always pending, the response time is immediate. Downtown San Miguel is a 15-minute walk. I highly recommend this place.

I come back when it's very much

We enjoyed our extended stay! The house was great & provided the space we needed. Internet worked great, I was able to work without an issue. Beds & linens were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Checking in at the entrances not an issue after the first couple of times, just need to provide ID & let them know the address (we appreciated both entrances, since they gave us access to different parts of the city). Area was peaceful, felt very safe, clean, & people were friendly. There was some construction with minimal disruption. The cobblestone streets and steepness took us some time to get used to but not a problem since we had a car rental and would park at the bottom of the hill to walk or take a taxi into town. Mara was an excellent communicator and any question was promptly responded to. I also appreciate having Remedios walk me through how to use the washing machine and answered any questions we had about where things were. Will definitely stay again if we need the space!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place looks exactly like the pictures. However the view of the landscape from the big balcony can’t be matched in any picture. It is spectacular. The responsiveness and attention from Mara, our host, was incredible. She was quick to respond and very helpful. Near downtown. The community is very safe and secure. The condo comes with all you need for a short or long stay. Spacious and neat. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful & well equipped condo in a safe gated neighborhood with access to all the club amenities. Mara was helpful and extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely return on a future visit to San Miguel.

Beautiful place! We really liked the view and everything was new, clean, and spacious. Great for several couples to all stay at the same time with privacy due to private bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and private. The walk up to the place is quite steep. Guests that are less mobile may need to get creative with ubers in order to avoid this steep walk. Showers were hot, everything worked, and we really enjoyed the balcony. Would book this place again, especially with a larger group.

Quiet, spacious and a fantastic option for larger groups! Mara, our host was super responsive to our questions and helped us book the pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi on multiple days of our stays. The unit is a bit tricky to find the first time but the host does provide clear instructions with photos. There are 2 "entrances" into the secure complex but for those who wish to walk into/from town, I would recommend using the main entrance off Sto. Domingo rather than the Del Llano side since it is less steep. It's about a 15 min walk which is great in the cooler mornings but would recommend Ubering back in the afternoon unless you are craving a steep and sweaty workout! (Don't forget that SMA is 2000m above sea level!) We felt perfectly safe walking back to the complex in the evenings. Ubers will come straight to the unit to pick you up but you do need to tell them the unit number and street name so that security will let them through the gate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The place is better than how it looks in the pictures. Mara our host, always very responsive and ready for what we needed. Excellent location, the neighborhood is very quiet and familiar. I would definitely stay at this place again.

We had an amazing weekend in San Miguel and a huge part of that was the accommodation. Amazing views of the town, and walkable distance to the town centre. The hosts were great and checked in on us daily to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

We really loved our stay here. The house is spacious and beautiful. The view from the porch is spectacular. Within the condo complex, there's access to a gym and a heated outdoor-pool can be reserved. And the house is well located a short (15-20 min) and picturesque walk from the center of San Miguel. It's an easy downhill walk to town, but the uphill walk home may be challenging for some folks, in which case it's easy to hop a taxi home. Finally, our host Mara was very helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance with something (thank you, Mara!). The only slight confusion we had was over the address because essentially there are three addresses: one for the upper entrance of the condo complex ("Capilla de Piedra"), one for the lower entrance of the condo complex, and one for the location of the condo within the condo complex. This beautiful AirBnB exceeded our expectations and we would definitely go back.

The place was really great!!! It was a private community with security. Very peaceful. The house was great just as pictured. I loved sitting in the balcony in the mornings with my cup of coffee enjoying the view. Mara, one of the hosts, was very prompt and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions we had . She was great!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a get away to a peace and quiet vacation.

It was an excellent experience for the stay in the city, Mara the host, was waiting to give us all the information about the place, highly recommended and a beautiful place.

My family and I (with children) enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The home is spacious and looks like the photos with beautiful terrace views. Fast wifi, everything was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, there was hot water with good pressure, and the crib and high chair provided were a big bonus! Additionally, we couldn't have asked for a better Host. The Host and her team were great from start to end - very responsive and helpful whenever we needed. Getting off the property into Centro is quite the downhill or uphill trek; while it's doable, it's not ideal for anyone with mobility concerns; thankfully, there is a shuttle offered by the property that can take you into Centro or inexpensive taxis. Overall, we recommend the host and this Villa to others who want to be in a quiet community up on the hill yet near to Centro.

Mara is super nice, she took care of all the details to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His villa is beautiful in a comfortable, modern and charming SMA setting. From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the Valley. It has an excellent location near downtown and at the same time in complete peace for rest. The communication is more than excellent. I certainly highly recommend it and of course we will return. Excellent place to stay in San Miguel de Allende, much better than staying at a hotel if you come as a family; the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You can walk to the center without any problem; Mara's service is excellent. I recommend it 100%. For my family, this will be our place to stay every time we come to my beautiful San Miguel.

Excellent villa. The location allows you to reach the center of SMA in minutes. The villa has everything you need to rest, spacious areas, and the pool is a plus. The host's communication and service are fast, and they are attentive to any questions. It's a place we'll always return to to enjoy SMA, and the Villa is like being at home.

Mara and team were a really great hosts, they were willing to accommodate new arriving day if the case we could not make it the first day. House is practically brand new, the community and surroundings are quiet and clean. Only about 10 min away the cathedral. Will definitely come back to this house in my next visit.

The subdivision is very safe, although it can be difficult to get to, as the streets are very narrow. The apartment is very spacious (about 200 m²) and has three bedrooms, and the balcony is more than enough for a very pleasant stay. Since we stayed for a long weekend, we didn't experience the noise that seems to be caused by the nearby construction sites. The clubhouse amenities are very good; it's a shame the hot tub was under maintenance, but the sauna is very nice. The place is very close to downtown, about a 12–15-minute walk downhill, but it is recommended to return by car, as the uphill climb is quite challenging. There are a few small stores nearby, so you can buy some basic items, and if you want to order via an app, there are many options available. In short, a highly recommended place to spend a few days in San Miguel de Allende.

I loved it. The decor was nice, the view was amazing, and it was a great option to relax and get away from the noise. It has everything you need to enjoy the place as if you were at home. There was always quick and friendly communication with the host. It's a 10-minute drive from the garden and the parish. It has 2 parking spaces that we didn't use since we didn't have a car. The host put us in touch with a safe taxi service. The only thing is that without a car, the access on foot is via steps and a slope. I think it's important to mention it since I have a back and leg injury, and taking my son to the gym on foot was impossible for me. If you have mobility issues and want to get around on foot, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you have a car, you can enjoy all the amenities of the condominium without any problem.
