Jenny and Gloria were very kind and were always attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is close to restaurants and beaches. We had a problem with our car, and they were very kind to let us stay a little longer while we resolved the issue. Thank you so much!

Overall, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. However, prior to booking, I asked if we could extend the check-out time, and they confirmed it for 1:00 PM. The last night at 12:00 AM (inappropriate time), the manager sent me instructions to take out all the trash the next day before 8:00 AM and told me that check-out would be at 11:00 AM. I discussed it with the host in the morning and she told me that there was no time extension. I showed her our initial agreement and she reconsidered her confusion and accepted the extension. However, it took her a while to respond to my first message and my family was already ready to leave. I found it in bad taste and that ruined our last day there, as we left at 10:30 AM. Other than that, I spent a pleasant weekend with my family by the sea.

Hello Monica, good morning! We like that they generally enjoyed their stay! Regarding the question of the time of departure, when you asked me if the time of departure could be extended before booking I told you that if we could accommodate them with pleasure. Unfortunately I arrived a reservation back from you and it was not possible. When you checked in Gloria I had told them at this time that the check out was at 10:30, and you did not comment anything at this time or me that there was a problem with this time. When I send you the msg Gloria was just to confirm what I had told you the day you arrived at the house, it was not the first time I was informing you. As I saw you little annoying as you said I offer you the departure later, with the idea of bringing a second person to help with the aceo in order to accommodate them and still deliver the house in time for the next reservation but you told me that it was no longer a problem. I hope you would have taken the offer to make comments like this after the fact, because if we did as much as possible to accommodate them. We are happy to be flexible with check-in and check-out times when you can, we look forward to seeing you again in the future and being able to offer you this flexibility.

House was beautiful!! With an amazing view everything was very clean and the host was very responsive and help us out with recommendations on eating spots as well as giving us directions!! Will definitely be coming back 😊

A cozy and very nice place with ocean views and a good pool. The common areas are very clean and pleasant. My family and I enjoyed it very much, and the host was always attentive to anything. I was very satisfied with my stay.

We had a great time and we liked the place, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's only a small solar heater, if you want to bathe in the morning or more than one person bathes, the water will be cold.

Edith was an awesome host. She responds quickly and is very helpful. The only reason I have 4 stars was because there was an ant invasion outside the home and the pool was not insulated. The home is beautiful and everything was great.

Edith always kept up with us both at check-in and check-out, despite a hurricane she was also aware of taking care of our safety, I really recommend the place, it is beautiful and well located.
