It was a great stay! The communication is top of the line. We went for a bachelorette and they helped me with all the reservations. They even gave me great recommendations. The house was beautiful and the location is great. We did rent a car so it made it a lot easier - only 20 mins away from the main hotel strip.

I stayed here recently for my birthday and from the moment I booked the concierge was so helpful and responsive! The villa looked exactly like the pictures. I only had one issue with the A/C not working in the master bedroom on the first day but immediately informed the concierge and she was there within minutes with maintenance to fix it. The only thing I would say plan for is the cost of transportation. Transportation is really expensive and taxis are not allowed on the property so you have to arrange transport with the concierge (which was very easy to do) just more expensive than anticipated. I would 100% stay at this location again. The gated community is safe and the neighbors are quiet and non disruptive. The concierge went above and beyond and I am so grateful they made my birthday trip a flawless experience to plan and execute!

The apartment was huge! Lots of space for my three kids, brother and parents. The roof top pool was particularly good for my three and five year olds.

Wow! What a beautiful Villa! Our group visiting from Australia couldn’t have been more comfortable. We spent majority of our time in the house and the pools were amazing! Having one in the garden and on the roof was really special. We also loved that there was ample space to relax. WiFi worked great for the few of us working. Concierge was lovely and check in was smooth.

Our stay at Casa Uumbal in Tulum exceeded expectations, offering an unforgettable experience for my family. From the arrival and throughout the visit, we felt enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. The house is spacious and bright, with an interior design that radiates a feeling of warmth and good taste. The impeccable cleanliness in every corner was evident, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The organization of the spaces is excellent, it facilitates coexistence and order, even with a large group. Its 4 spacious rooms, with private bathrooms, guarantee privacy and comfort. The pool and jacuzzi, with a pleasant temperature, are options to relax and cool off at any time of day. The roof and grill are ideal for enjoying sunsets. For those looking for a balance between work and rest, this place is ideal. It offers quiet and comfortable spaces that allow concentration and invite you to relax.

This place was epic! The villa was the absolute perfect retreat for our group of 8 adults plus two kids. We absolutely loved the convenient location – shops and restaurants were easily walkable just steps away, which was a huge plus. Access to the villa was super smooth even though we had a late arrival from the airport. The host's communication was truly exceptional; any questions we had were answered instantly. The villa was truly a memorable highlight of our trip. Fast internet + 3 different pools to enjoy. Highly, highly recommend.

Villa Uumbal was beautiful. It accommodated the 6 of us for a bachelorette trip. Florencio, one of the team members who was the main point of contact for our stay was very friendly and helpful. He was able to help us arrange transportation as needed and gave suggestions and recommendations. We also booked the chef service for dinner and breakfast and the service was great. Transportation was also very easy and convenient to request for drop off and pick up.

We had a wonderful stay during low season! It’s located in a great gated community close to restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would definitively come back! Florencio help us with all we needed and was very attentive. Thanks a lot 🙌🏼

The Airbnb was spacious and perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably, and we loved that restaurants and stores were just a short walk away—super convenient! However, we were really looking forward to using the pools, which was a big reason we booked this place. Unfortunately, both pools were full of leaves and hadn’t been filtered, making them unusable during our stay. We reached out and requested they be cleaned, but this wasn’t addressed until the day we were leaving, which was disappointing. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom was leaking, which left the pillows wet—definitely not ideal. Aside from those issues, we still had a great stay overall. The size of the home and the location made it easy to enjoy our trip, but we do hope those maintenance concerns are taken care of for future guests.

The house itself was beautiful, with a great location just a short walk to breakfast spots and coffee shops. We did experience some issues with the AC, but the concierge responded quickly once we raised the concern, which we appreciated. However, we did run into a few challenges with the concierge service, especially regarding pre-planned parts of our trip. We worked with Paulina at HUM Living to arrange welcome drinks and snacks, but the snacks were forgotten. Our grocery order was also incomplete, and a dinner reservation which was made in advance through the concierge was cancelled on us the day of. Based on this, I’d recommend handling reservations, excursions, and trip planning on your own rather than through HUM Living. That said, transportation arranged through the concierge went smoothly. Florencio (concierge during trip) was great and always quick to respond. Overall, the home and location were fantastic, but the hum living concierge experience was mixed.

This house is absolutely breathtaking. Everything about the space is perfect— The massive rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Both of the pools were beautiful but we especially enjoyed the rooftop. The location of the home was prime. Surrounded by local restaurants and a short walk into town. The beach was a close drive and the taxis were always nearby. We loved Tulum and felt like this house was in the perfect location to explore everything the jungle had to offer! We will definitely be back. Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

Villa Uumbal was very nice as described the host and his team are very responsive and assisted with all of my needs during the trip. Also, the area was very safe with a lot shops and restaurants nearby.
