If you are travelling to Boca Chica, and you have the opportunity to rent this house, you should do it. The location is perfect, right on a beach which is essentially your own, the house is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. It's stocked with linens, towels, all the spices you can imagine, every cooking tool, every machine you need to make literally anything, amazing furniture, COMPLETE privacy and total luxury. The hosts are fantastic. They respond incredibly quickly to every question, whether you're asking 3 months in advance, or the night you arrive. They clearly take excellent care of the place, and it shows. They do everything possible to make you feel at home, and have literature on how to operate everything in the house. They have a generator that powers the whole house seamlessly...it's incredible. Everything is exactly what you expect. Thank you Lance and Monty!

Monte has a beautiful home and grounds with incredible views. Our family enjoyed the pool and beach. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Air BnB. The view was beyond amazing and the near private 1.5km beach was gorgeous. The finishes of the home are of a great quality, Lance had all the spices for our cooking needs, and we did not want for anything at all. We used the kayaks, the pickleball rackets and enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool. As the location is slightly remote I would recommend renting a vehicle to get you around. Thanks Lance and Monty for a truly enjoyable time. We loved it and you took great care of our family as well!

We had an amazing stay at CasAmigos! The pictures are exactly what you get. Stunning views in a tranquil setting. Monty was a great host with plenty of recommendations for anything we were looking for, including a chef and masseuses who came to the house. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a luxury getaway vacation in a gorgeous setting!

I can’t say enough about Casamigos! Monty and Lance were the best hosts - always attentive and full of helpful information. We communicated several times leading up to our trip so I felt as if we already knew each other when we arrived. Both Monty and Lance met us at the villa upon our arrival to help acquaint us to the home. After a quick introduction they left us to enjoy this paradise on Panama’s Pacific coast. They also invited us to a local festival and gathering in the local community of Horconcitos. What a treat! The house is amazing! It was perfect for our family of six. The layout with the pool and open air space is perfect to soak in the beauty of the view - you will feel as if you are the only people within miles even though the house is located in a secured gated community. The icing on the cake was the private chef, Melvin who came to the house to prepare a Panamanian meal using the fish we caught the day before. This house is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay! We will be back!

It’s a great place on the beach away from town that is really tranquil and nice. We had some issues during our stay and Monty was very helpful and on-site whenever needed to help. Monty’s local recommendations were super helpful.

10/10 experience! We had the BEST time at Lance and Monty's villa. It's even better than the pictures: very clean, with stunning ocean views and every amenity you could need. Waking up the the crashing of ocean waves and howling of monkeys, days spent lounging by the gorgeous pool. and falling asleep to the most magnificent starry night sky. Perfect birthday trip. The villa is about an hour from David so be sure to get all groceries (incl lots of bug spray), CASH, and gas before you head there. Monty and Lance were extremely friendly, accomodating, and quick to respond to any questions. Along with their co-host Jenni, they helped coordinate a private Chef, Melvin, to come cook for us. Amazing meal! I also recommend having Cristhan come to the house for massages. Plus booking a whale watching trip if it's the right season. Highly recommend visiting el Regalo hotel just down the road- awesome staff, great food and even better vibes. Overall an amazing vacation!

Our third stay and still in love! We keep coming back because the ocean view is unbeatable, the home is cozy and clean, and the area is peaceful and perfect. A big thank-you to the hosts, who are always so kind and quick to help with any questions or concerns. Can’t wait to return again!

This place is amazing! Super special location with a beach to surf right outside your back door. Gated community provided great security, we left our car and doors unlocked the whole time with zero concern. Lance and Monty are plugged into the local community and have great recommendations for anything you'd like to do. If you like remote, beautiful locations without tourists buzzing all over then this is the right place.

Great place to relax.

We spent a month in this beautiful house, and it’s probably as close to paradise on earth you can find. The house is spectacular. The view is breathtaking. The beach is perfect sand and so calm that it feels like a private beach. Lance and Monty are incredible hosts and Carol and Jennie locally made us feel like family and were already responsive right away. The kitchen is perfect to prepare anything. It is very secluded, and it’s exactly what we looked for. But expect to drive 20+ minutes to get anywhere. But … it’s worth it for the calm and rest you will enjoy in the house. Perfect on all level !
