On the Beach Villa in Boca Chica!

Beautiful home and views. This is my family’s & I’s second time visiting lance and Monty’s house we love it. Carol and Jenni are amazing and made our check in process smooth and were there for any questions or anything we needed. We will be back again next year!

We traveled as a family of four and we have been to many places, and specifically in Central America, and when we left, my husband turned to me and said this was the most beautiful place he’s ever been. We are so grateful to have had this experience and grateful to Lance and Monty for creating such a serene and exquisite home, and also to Jenni and Carol for hosting us while we were there and helping us feel at home every day! Top three best parts of our trip - first and foremost, our hosts. They were so responsive and helpful, went above and beyond for everything. Secondly, the home. You had everything you need, the pool was beautiful, the beach was perfection, and every detail was luxurious. Lastly, Boca Chica itself. Being in this area allows you to choose what you want. If you want privacy and relaxation, you got it! If you want adventure, you have that too! Nothing was missing and we will never forget this trip. We hope to come back very soon and miss it already!

We had the time of our life enjoying the beach (super private and very safe), the amazing pool and kitchens (yes, kitchens!). The outdoor kitchen gas stove, BBQ and fridge made outdoor living an absolute joy. The villa is located on a small gated community that is safe and easy to find and access. The villa itself is stunning, with 20ft ceilings in the main living area and outdoor lounges, sofas and much more. During our stay (1 month), we did not even get to enjoy all of what the villa has to offer. Body surfboards, kayaks, bike, coolers - everything you want for the most amazing beach "trips". 2 minutes "trips", that is! The villa is right on the beach that is accessible on foot both on high and low tide. We were welcomed with such attention. Jenni, Carol, Lance and Monty were absolutely amazing. From a distance or around a cocktail at the tiki bar, we were treated like family by everyone and owe a lot of our amazing stay to the hosts. Pictures don't do justice to the VIEW!!

Lance’s house does not disappoint! The pictures do not do the house and surroundings justice. We went to Panama on a family vacation with four kids, and it was the perfect fit for us with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool is amazing. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the Pacific Ocean is steps from the house. The house has everything a guest could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices etc, kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc for cooking at home. There are plenty of towels and extra linens. Lance and Monty were responsive hosts who gave clear instructions about check in and what was expected in terms of house rules. It should be noted that Carol and Jenni, the property managers, live nearby and were just superb in helping us book excursions, restaurant reservations and just general help in navigating some of the cultural hurdles. It was a vacation in paradise and I can’t recommend this property enough to those wanting to explore the beauty of Panama!

Beautiful place has everything you need

Words could never do justice on how beautiful this place is. The home is perfect, spacious with comfy beds. The kitchen is a chefs dream with every gadget, spice and pot or pan you would ever need. The private beach is just steps away or you can schedule tours to Island hop or go fishing. Jenni, the co-host was wonderful to work with and responded to our questions quickly. This home is off the beaten path but well worth the adventure. We will be back for sure!

There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful this home.The home and the views were out of this world. The area is super safe and we loved talking our morning walks around the community and seeing the monkeys. Everyone in the community is super friendly. Carol & Jenni were absolutely incredible. They made the check in/checkout process seem less. They both went above & beyond for my family & I with any questions or requests we had. Thank you to both of them. The whole family agrees we will definitely be back next year.
