Very beautiful and very comfortable house. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The instructions were clear. He recommended many places to us. It is very central, very close to the Parian. We loved it. I would definitely come back next time.

We really liked the place, the space is spacious and comfortable; we all fit perfectly. It is ideal for large families, with several spaces to live together. The host was very punctual, communicative and was always on the lookout. We had some minor inconveniences (power outage and water details), but Pedro was always attentive and quickly solved them. In general, a very pleasant and recommended stay.

Location is perfect. Just far enough from the hustle and hustle that you don't even notice any of it when you're at the home, but close enough for an easy walk to the center of the action. Thoughtful amenities provided and very spacious outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. Pedro was very helpful with recommendations for everything from restaurants to private transport for our big group.

Pedro was a great host. He met us at the property upon arrival welcomed us. He even gave us a small tour of the town and recommended great restaurants. Thanks Pedro for everything.

Honestly one of the coolest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this is a huge house with a beautiful patio, parking space, jacuzzi. It was an amazing experience.

Our family of five plus my mother-in-law stayed for 3 weeks and had a great experience. Pedro was a wonderful host - very responsive and checked in during our stay. The house worked well for us, especially a ground floor bedroom for my MIL. The garage was big, and neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and walkable to the main square, which we really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms worked well. Having laundry and a water filter for drinking was ideal for a longer stay. The outdoor areas are lovely and a highlight of the property, though there were mosquitoes. Wifi worked great, kitchen was functional, and we loved the lime tree. The couch in the living room could be more comfortable, but Pedro was receptive to the feedback. Hot water was plentiful but was tricky for the kids to adjust, and the jacuzzi needs time to heat up so plan ahead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit expensive, but the comfort, location, and Pedro's hospitality made it a solid choice.

My family loved the house and how spacious it was. We weren’t able to enjoy the jacuzzi but it is definitely a plus to have as option in the house. Very easy to walk around main plaza, shopping stores and parian. We loved the spacious 4 car parking space, since the house has 5 bedrooms and we were a family of 9, we had 3 vehicles, having private parking space for all of us was a terrific and peace of mind specially when renting cars and ensuring nothing happens at night if you would’ve left vehicle on the street. Very quiet neighborhood, no noise other than bump on street when they drive by lol, but that is how quiet area is. The big patios are so beautiful and peaceful just to admire weather outdoor and listen to birds while having coffee in the mornings.

La Casa Magical absolutely lived up to its name! My family of 14 felt right at home and were very well taken care of. Pedro was very easy to communicate with and made our stay wonderful! We had a wonderful time in this magical home and it was a perfect home base for our family vacation. Having rooms on the first floor was especially important for my 86 year old mother-in-law. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we spent a lot of quality time visiting on the back terrace enjoying the private, beautiful space. The location is perfect - an easy walk to tons of restaurants, shops and museums. I would absolutely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s home. He was prompt to meet me and give me a full intro to the home. The location is amazing just a few blocks from delicious restaurants, beautiful architecture, sculptures, artisan crafts, and shops. My favorite aspect of the home is the large garden area with outdoor living space that feels like an extension of the interior of the home. The second terrace was also an amazing bonus space. Spacious parking is a plus. Fits a large group easily. Everyone in the family loved the space. If we ever come back to the area I will be happy to book here again. It is a very serene and beautiful home. Communication with host was great.

The water filter from the kitchen sink was a great benefit and the beds were comfortable and big. The property was perfect for a large group and had a beautiful garden and spacious dining room. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located within walking distance of the main area in Tlaquepaque without any of the noise.

The house is very large and beautiful, suitable for many people who want to have their privacy at the same time, because the house has many bedrooms. It is very central to Pariano Tlaquepaque, which is why you have many places to visit, restaurants, bars, services, banks, everything within minutes walking! Pedro always very attentive and attentive to needs!

Clean and quiet, but the jacuzzi only warms from 11am to six pm . It’s cold after that which seems a bit too much money for it.

Host was always available. Big plus: there were many restrooms for the 13 of us, two very pleasant outdoor terraces. Air conditioners in each room. This home is very close to town so we were able to walk everywhere. I reccomend highly.

Great area in extremely friendly and walkable neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and enjoy some local “street food” set up in the neighborhood. We found a lovely family with amazing sopas and enjoyed the morning breakfast with their 97 year old Mother. Tlaquepaque is an easy walk. My favorite part of the day was waking up early to sit outside and watch all the lovely birds, hummingbirds and listening to the nearby roosters. We had a small snafu with the hot tub but Pedro answered right away and had it fixed early the next morning. Would stay again!

We loved Pedro's place, it's a very beautiful home, lots of space, clean and in a great area, within walking distance from downtown Tlaquepaque, and lots of food. The host was attentive, explained everything clearly, he had lots of recommendations for anything you may want or need. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

5 stars does not even come close. This house was amazing. The kitchen had everything, the rooms were great and it had a guest suite. The backyard was amazing with birds and plants including lime trees and pomegranate trees. The place is amazing with green energy, AC in all the rooms, plenty of natural space and walkable to El Centro. I could go on, but stop here and book. the owner is responsive and amazing, too

Pedro’s house was very nice. Every bedroom has an a/c unit and the backyard is very spacious. Would highly recommend!

We live in MX met friends from the US for a reunion at Pedro’s wonderful house. Everyone raved about the beautiful garden and great gathering areas inside and out. We had a wonderful time exploring Tlaquepaque and coming home to this charming house. Pedro was the consummate host. Highly recommended and I hope to stay there again.

Loved staying at this Hacienda. It was private and peaceful. Central Tlaquepaque was 2 blocks away. Lots of space to unwind so it does not feel like you are on top of each other. The only thing to keep in mind is they have to meet you for check-in and check-out. We prefer to check-in and check-out at our convenience because we go with the flow. I will say they were very flexible and understanding with us when our plans changed and we were running an hour behind for check-in. They also showed up on time for check-out so we did not have to wait around. Overall I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. 5 stars.

We Hosted some Relatives for Dinner to take in the New Year in this Amazing Beautiful, Spacious Home from the 31st of December 2023 till January 2nd. Pedro is a Super Host and made you feel right at Home. He Gave us a tour of entire Home and was always very attentive to respond to us quickly. The Check out with Pedro was very smooth and Simple. We stayed at Pedro’a house in Tlaquepaque for 6 days during Christmas and the place was perfect for my family and elderly in laws. The house had plenty of space for us to move around and plenty of bathrooms. It was 3 blocks from the center of town with amazing food nearby. Pedro was a fantastic host. He was very attentive and quick to reply. He was flexible with us and would definitely stay there again. Fantastic space for larger families.

The house is very nice and spacious. The place was very clean and private. Is a couple of blocks away from the center of Tlaquepaque which is full of shops, restaurants, bars and live music shows.

We had a wonderful time in the home. The beautiful garden and waterfall were enjoyed by everyone. The home was beautiful, clean, and a great place to relax and enjoy Tlaquepaque. I would highly recommend this home.

Pedro's house in Tlaquepaque was gorgeous, spacious, and very close to a main shopping and restaurant area. Our group was able to enjoy the outdoor areas of the house both mornings and evenings. Pedro kept his coffee area well stocked, which we very much appreciated. We had full use of the kitchen and had many dishes available for our use. Check-in was made even better by the groundskeeper and care taker, who made sure to give us a tour of the house and showed us all of the available amenities. Our entire group enjoyed the stay and are grateful to Pedro for allowing us to stay in his amazing house.

I describe the place as an Urban Hacienda. The house was large with lots of common areas. It had many features we expect like wi-fi and laundry. It was close to the town square with many shops and restaurants. Nearby was a Walmart superstore which had all the groceries and essentials that you could need. I was specifically looking for a home that could hold us (5) comfortably with separate spaces for work and play. The back patio was the perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the birds take a bath in the fountain. We had a few others in our group (about 15 of us attending a sporting event in town) over for dinner. The stove, refrigerator and supplies were up to the task. Everyone in the group was impressed with the home and all of its facilities and capabilities. Even the garage was spacious and can hold up to 4 cars. Pedro takes great care of his guests and communicates frequently. He guided us to the house, even though it was late at night.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Pedro and Miriam are very attentive to every detail, and the house is very nice and comfortable. It is just minutes from downtown, where there is something for everyone. We felt very safe during our trip. I recommend it if you are looking for a safe and nice place, especially if you are traveling with family. It has plenty of space for family time. 10/10, we would definitely stay again.

Pedro's home is cozy, relaxing, and healing. The patio during the rain was the best place to be and meditate. My family and I loved everything about this house. Pedro's house is very walkable (~5 mins) to great restaurants, cafes, stores, and town square. As a hot, Pedro was very responsive to any requests and throughout the check in/out process. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful home in a central location in Tlaquepaque walking distance to shops, restaurants, and so much to do. Loved the patio for evenings with the family and rummy and lotería games felt right at home. Each room has a/c and plenty of towels and pillows. Huge dining room table to eat together as a family. Host was very quick to respond and always had a solution. Would love to visit again.

This house was very spacious for our family of 9! Loved loved the location. Having a room downstairs with a full bathroom was a huge plus for my mom who has mobility issues. All bedrooms except one doesn’t have AC, which was a little hard on those sleeping there since it was in the 90’s the time we were there. Enclosed garage for cars was nice too. Only about 3 blocks away from El Parian, which we enjoyed going to every day to eat and and every night for some Cazuelas. Felt safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Pedro's spot was the spot! 2 blocks away from Parian. Lots of places to eat walking distance. Stores on each corner of the street. Club bars are also walking distance. Rooms and restrooms were all very clean. Comfortable. No complaints. Jacuzzi was on point. Pedro was very communicative. Easy to talk to. If I ever go back, I will be staying here!!!!! Pedro and his family took very good care of us. They put a lot of time and effort into explaining everything in the house to us, and they were very friendly. The house is incredible and has absolutely everything you could possibly want. It is very centrally located and a short walk from Parian, where you will find many restaurants. The Jacuzzi is the best part of the house, and the rooms are very nice, with very good beds.

This home was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The host, Pedro, was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I went with a group of friends who were visiting Guadalajara for the first time and this was the best spot to be in. About 3 block from the central Tlaquepaque Attractions. Convenience store half a block down the way. Felt safe walking through the streets and most importantly inside the home. Quick drive to the airport and to Centro de Guadalajara. I would without a doubt recommend booking this home and would love to come back on future visits.

Tlaquepaque is a nice part of the city to stay in. It's very safe and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby! Pedro is a very friendly host who recommended some lovely places to eat, Cenaduria Victoria has the best price and is a local favorite, while Tlaquepasta, which is Italian has the best fettuccine Alfredo ever! Thanks again, it was a great stay!

The listing covers it very well. Comfortable and clean. Great location, easy level walk to Tlaquepaque central walking street. Fully controllable a/c and heating in 4 of the 5 bedrooms...excellent wi-fi throughout. Host Pedro arranged for a husband and wife team to come in and cook breakfast for our group of 6 every day. If you have cars, the garage with automatic opener will hold at least 4 ...but we easily used Uber. The Host was totally responsive and caring...the place to stay in Tlaquepaque. Don't miss the BBQ ribs at La Gusgueria, a block away...funky hamburger joint with a salad bar ...but don't expect to have wine or ice cubes...you are in Mexico drink tequila or beer. We ate 3 times at TlaquePasta...what can I say? We loved it.

An excellent option for a family stay, a beautiful and cozy house, also friendly to people with different needs such as a wheelchair. Pedro is a very attentive and accessible person, he helped us with all the questions we had. The house is also in the heart of Tlaquepaque with walking access to wherever you want to visit. We will definitely be back.

This is a very lovely home! It was perfect for our big family trip. The house is a short walking distance to the plaza. The house is very secure and was great for my toddler to walk around the first floor. The downstairs terrace was a great place to relax and unwind. The upstairs terrace was so fun for the kids to bond in the jacuzzi and workout. Our age range was 1.5 to 17 years old. We had a small problem with the water running out and Pedro was there to fix it within 15 minutes. Pedro was a super attentive accommodating host. Overall, this house was everything we needed and more.
