Adriana’s home was beautiful, so spacious and everything you’d love in San Miguel de Allende. The rooftop patio is fabulous! There are several sitting areas and it was so quiet at night. It’s clean and walking in to fresh, homemade guacamole, salsa and chips is the best! There is a corner store in the same block where you can buy most anything else you would need and other stores within walking distance as well. The restaurants nearby are very good and we had a lot of fun walking through the markets. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you stay at Casa Zenaida!

Gorgeous home, perfect for my family to stay for a wedding weekend. Short walk to supermarket and a few doors down from excellent coffee and the park. Only note is that master is up stairs which may not be great for all guests. Alma was helpful and everything was well appointed. Would reccomend to anyone visiting!

Adriana’s house was gorgeous. The location is amazing. Close to the Parque and only 5 min to the Centro. The rooftop deck was stunning. Loungers and chairs made evening sunsets something we did everyday.

Beautiful home with incredible communal spaces to hang out and chat. The kitchen and the rooftop patio are the two standout locations. Fair warning if you are visiting in December, San Miguel is apparently famous for launching extremely loud fireworks into the air between 5am and 7am for religious purposes. Not ideal for sleeping.

Excellent location! Short walk to gardens and the Centro. Great restaurants near by. Alma was a real gem. She cooked us breakfast several times when we didn’t want to run out in the morning. She was there from 9-2 daily keeping the house. Clean and in order. The beds were comfy with nice sheets. Would recommend Casa Zenaida!

A couple of my girlfriends and I stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which ideal. Adriana’s place is centrally located and walkable to shops and restaurants. We were out and about so much that we didn’t really get to enjoy just relaxing on the rooftop lounge area for morning coffee or sunset drinks. I highly recommend Adriana’s place if you’re looking for a beautiful home that’s centrally located in SMA. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning and beautiful, enchanting place to stay. Alma was an absolute gem and made us breakfast every day and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The host was very responsive and willing to help. They even accommodated my baby and went and purchased a high chair for my stay. The beds and linens were high end. If I lived in San Miguel, it would have to be a house like Adriana's! It is even more beautiful than the photos. The location is perfect -- near serene and beautiful Benito Juarez Park and about a ten-minute walk to the Jardin. Maintaining much of its original Mexican style, each room is welcoming and comfortable. The roof patio is perfect for sipping your favorite beverage, be it coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the cool evening hours, or just relaxing. The primary bedroom has its own balcony with comfy table and chairs. Alma kept the house sparkling clean daily. Don't hesitate in deciding on this home. It has everything for a lovely stay in San Miguel, except you may not want to leave it.

Amazing rooftop for relaxing with cocktails. Beautiful bedrooms. And Alma was an absolute gem.. with daily housekeeping, shopped for/cooked a delicious breakfast of chileques for us one morning, and even got a stain out of one of our shirts we thought was a lost cause. We had friends in a nearby hotel that were jealous they weren’t staying there and said they would definitely book it next time instead. Cannot wait to return! This location was amazing. So close to the square and restaurants. Very beautiful home and there is a housekeeper named Alma that is super sweet onsite daily from 9am to 2pm, for any of your needs. The rooms are all separated and we were concerned with traveling with children but once we arrived felt very safe within the home and surrounding areas. The home is beautiful and has lots of charm, very peaceful, highly recommend it.

Adriana's home was delightful! Perfect location - EVERYTHING was a 5-7 minute walk! Beautifully kept! The house had a breezy Hacienda feel to it with beautiful outdoor spaces, especially the rooftop! We left Adriana's beautiful home and the hospitality of her incredible house manager, Alma, a couple days ago and cannot wait to return. Adriana's home is in the center of San Miguel, within minutes (walking) of the most popular restaurants, landmarks, and shopping. While centrally located, the home is on a peaceful street, with minimal traffic and no late-night noises. The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, smart TVs, and en suite bathrooms (continually re-stocked with soap, shampoo, etc.), and the lush courtyards, balconies, and rooftop terrace create an enchanting space that is characteristically San Miguel. Adriana is a responsive host that addressed all our requests. Alma, the house manager, deserves her own 5-star review for her dedication to making our stay comfortable and effortless - daily breakfast, additional meals upon request, groceries, laundry, and a spotless house. Alma is a treasure. If this place is available for your dates, book it immediately!

It was well worth it! Beautiful place and only a 5 minute walk to town center. Lots of great restaurants and shops. The cultural history is very interesting. Visited a local vineyard and had a great time! Will definitely visit SMA again!

An excellent place, close to downtown and at the same time quiet in the evenings to rest .

Location, location, location. 2 blocks away from the Parroquia and 2 blocks away from the Rosewood. Walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. The house is impeccable and the service was outstanding. Thank you so much to Alma who took care of the house and our breakfast while we were there. Don’t skip out on her excellent chilaquiles and fruit plates. Do yourself a favor and look no further than Casa Zenaida when traveling to San Miguel.

Our stay at casa Zandaia was nothing short of fabulous!! We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a cheese plate! The most truly magnificent Airbnb stay we've ever had anywhere in the world! We stayed at Adriana's place from Christmas to New Year's and not only was it even better than the photos, it is in the best location in San Miguel. Our two daughters, ages 25 and 28, loved it as much as we did. Everyone had their own private suite, and we gathered in the kitchen or on the roof deck together. Housekeeping was great! It is immaculate and beyond beautiful. We will recommend Adriana's place to anyone we know visiting San Miguel. So happy we didn't stay at a hotel. BTW, the two best places we ate were The Restaurant, for fine dining (not Mexican food) and twice at El Manantial (more casual tacos). If we had found El Manantial earlier in our week we probably would have eaten there daily and if it was here in California, we'd be there every week. Massages at "Essential Massage" were super! Orange donut at Panaderia La Buena Vida omg! Kibok coffee 1 block away nice too. Posada Corazon for breakfast!

I travel often both for business and leisure. And I must say this was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The property is exactly as it shows on photos and it is spotless. The host and her son were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. And to our surprise the house comes with daily maid service. It was hard to leave, and we’re definitely coming back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home and the warm hospitality offered by the host. The location is perfectly situated a few blocks from the main square. I give this property my very highest recommendation!

Casa Zenaida is a beautifully laid out space. Communal and private areas are separated by courtyards. You are in the middle of San Miguel and feel surrounded by nature… indoor and outdoor spaces are incredible. It’s truly one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in. Alma was welcoming and caring. There were amazing restaurants doors away and it was just so much fun exploring! Music and parades in town were so much fun. We were only four (2 couples) but the space would feel totally comfortable for 3 couples. The kitchen was fun to cook in and stocked with everything we needed. We were there during a heat wave and the bedrooms had air conditioners. The other spaces had fans. The walls are thick and the temperature was comfortable enough. Love the body wash! And the towels were so nice. We all highly recommend casa Zenaida! As I write this I’m missing it and looking forward to returning!

We've been renting vacations homes in San Miguel for the past fifteen years and I can easily say that Casa Zenaida has been the best. It's, well...well everything...well-designed, well-stocked, well-located. Alma, the daily housekeeper is a dear, and she cooks breakfast and does laundry for guests!

This is a beautiful Airbnb, I have stayed in 5 different ones in SMA, and this location is the best, with the most comfortable bedding and bed, the best showers, great pressure, hot water, and the bath even works. The view from the master deck was gorgeous, and the terrace was also lovely. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Alma, the daily help was fantastic. We were very happy with our stay. The only thing I would mention for future travelers is the living room was cold and somewhat dark, so we barely hung out there. The fireplace did not really work, and the wifi did not work in this area. In the summer months, it could be a delight. There are courtyards between all the bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen, so you go outside to get to the different areas, some folks love this setup, and others do not. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again. They decorated for Christmas, which was nice, and you are greeted with fresh guacamole and wine.

We loved staying at Adriana’s place during our time in SMDA! The location of the home was amazing, and the home itself was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, plus it was decorated for the holidays which gave it very cozy and familial vibe. The housekeeping staff was wonderful, and came through every day we were there to clean the house and the bedrooms, same way as if you were staying a at hotel. We loved the home and will definitely look to book it again when we return to SMDA!!

Property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everyone had their private space to retire to, but also had plenty of areas to gather together. Beds have nice, comfortable linens. Showers have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of indoor/outdoor dining table options- we hosted 2 chefs to cook for a party of 13 one night and a party of 8 another night. Location is super convenient to everything. Felt safe and secure our entire stay. Alma kept everything tidy and comfortable for us. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

This house is a MUST stay. Three bedroom, very functional kitchen, outside upper deck, and comfortable living room. Everything has been updated and modern. Washer/Dryer a plus and the house was cleaned daily with a helper who can help with your shopping, meals, or other requests. Washer/Dryer was a plus. The location is just a couple blocks from everything you want to do in San Muguel Allende Centro. We would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone traveling there. Short walk to the Rosewood Hotel where you will want to have a drink on the rooftop bar.

Casa Zenaida was the perfect place to stay in San Miguel. It was clean, beautifully appointed and located close enough to walk to everything in Centro and also to Parque Benito Juarez and a quieter area. The house has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Adriana was available by text and there was a lovely housekeeper who came each morning to tidy up, do laundry and even make breakfast if requested. Overall the house was peaceful and simply wonderful and we enjoyed our stay:)

Casa Zenaida is a must-book! This home is magical for so many reasons. From the beautiful design of the home to the cozy living spaces this home has it all. I highly recommend this home for groups traveling together but want separate rooms as each of the bedrooms have their own bath and separate entrances from the courtyards. The rooftop offers a lovely area to relax with a book or a glass of wine. Our last night there we sat and watched a movie in the living room. In terms of convienence this home is just a 5-7 minute walk to the main square and there is a little market on the corner that offers anything you may need. Cafe Nostra and the Rosewood are right down the way and their rooftop patios are a must. Lastly, Alma is an amazing cook and such a nice person. She made our stay outstanding as did the host and the house manager!

This was our first visit to San Miguel de Allende and we could not have been more pleased with the home and the location! Each bedroom was beautifully furnished and well appointed. If we had stayed longer, we would have loved to do more cooking in the fabulous kitchen. Alma was very helpful and made the most incredible salsa when we arrived! We also took advantage of the small market one block from the house which was very convenient and had all the essentials. We can't wait to come back to San Miguel and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Casa Zenaida. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to wedding festivities at the Rosewood Hotel, there's a small grocery store right up the street, and the square is conveniently located just a few blocks away. The house was immaculate with comfy beds, multiple courtyards, balconies, and beautiful greenery. Alma exceeded our expectations with a wonderful breakfast every morning and tidying the house everyday and even washed and ironed my shirt! We had a great first time visiting San Miguel.

This was our first time using AirBnB and Adriana made everything easy from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We truly felt immersed in the culture staying in this beautiful Mexican home. Alma the housekeeper took the experience to the next level! We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and is in a wonderful location close to Parque Juarez. I would not recommend this home for anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs or who has any issues with walking up hills, etc. The main square was also close but does require an uphill walk for a few blocks. Alma, the housekeeper and cook (if you choose to use her for breakfast) is a very kind and sweet lady and we really enjoyed her Chilaquiles! The home offers really good coffee and we made some every morning! The rooftop patio is really nice and we enjoyed sitting up there in the evenings enjoying all the beautiful plants. The beds have memory foam toppers, the kind that sink in and envelop you a bit. The bathrooms were very nice. There are restaurants that will deliver to this home and we did order some burgers and fries one night and the food came hot and on time, so that was nice! Be aware that there is an open air courtyard (as with most older homes in this area) and you need to walk through it to get to the 2 bedrooms on the main level, so if it’s raining, you will get a little wet. We loved the courtyard though and the way the home was laid out….very authentic and beautiful! Adriana was communicative and very helpful and we highly recommend her and a stay at this beautiful home!

This is a MUST-STAY place! Everything from the location to the furnishings and the communication from the host were excellent. Plenty of space for everyone, high-end amenities and furnishings (I want my home in Michigan to look like this!!) and great outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful views of the the surrounding city. The house is a minute’s walk from the park where my cousin’s wedding parade was held, and another couple minute’s walk to an incredible restaurant Casa Nostra. It was an easy walk anywhere we needed to go, and the street was relatively quiet throughout the day. Alma the housekeeper was so wonderful and made us the best chilaquiles ever! Lastly, I particularly appreciate Adriana’s communication throughout the trip. My parents flew in the day before, and they are not exactly tech-savvy and were nervous about travel to begin with. Adriana answered all my questions to help my parents feel comfortable when they arrived and allowed them to stay an extra hour when their airport transferred was delayed. San Miguel de Allende is a very special place and Casa Zenaida was everything in appears in the photos on the listing: beautiful, welcoming, tranquil. We WILL be back! Truly exceptional property. It is in a prime location for exploring San Miguel and the house itself is beautiful. It is perfect for three couples as there are three rooms with en suite bathrooms. The common areas are wonderful for sitting and talking. Alma, the property manager, did a great job taking care of everything we needed and cooked us a fantastic breakfast for two of the three mornings we were there. I would highly recommend this property!

This casa is so perfectly located for everything! Close to restaurants, parks, and the central square of San Miguel de Allende and the beautiful Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel. Adriana and her staff were very attentive, including helping out when one guest fell slightly ill. Alma was the best, with great Mexican breakfasts every morning. It was very clean and fresh, and easy walking distance to our wedding activities at the Rosewood Resort. We had a fantastic stay at Adriana's plane in San Miguel de Allende. Adriana was very helpful with suggestions on things to see and do. We arrived later than expected but our host was very gracious, greeting us and showing us around. The place is even better in person than in the photos. The finishes and furnishings are first rate - comfortable beds with nice linens and a kitchen fully stocked with cookware and appliances made it easy to eat in when we wanted to. Alma came in at 9:00 each morning and did a wonderful job keeping the place clean and tidy. Finally, the location could not be any better (seriously). Close to Centro, the beautiful Benito Juarez Park, the Rosewood Hotel for sunset drinks and the city's best restaurants. This was our third time in San Miguel and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return.

We had the best stay at Casa Z! The location is perfect and walkable to all attractions in the area. Adriana was so accommodating to our group and made the check in / check out process a breeze. The house is immaculate - so clean and spacious! It fit 3 couples perfectly, with large master bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The whole place is so aesthetically pleasing. The rooftop was an awesome feature and a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunshine. Alma was great, she cleaned and even cooked breakfast for us one morning! We can’t recommend this place enough - we would definitely stay again!

Wow!!! What can I say such a amazing house . We have been to San Miguel a handful of times and never experienced a house like this. Everything is like the pictures and more house is big and super clean total entertaining house. Adriana and her staff (alma maid) are super helpful. Over all house is located in a perfect location 5min walk to town square . Don’t miss out on the place I’m already looking forward to booking here again!!! This is easily one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. Gorgeous courtyards, high-end furniture, incredibly well-maintained foliage, and walking distance to everything in town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Casa Zenaida is a DREAM. The house itself is absolutely beautiful - with indoor and outdoor living nailed. The interior courtyards are wonderful and the bedrooms are light and airy. Alma, the housekeeper, is a true rockstar - so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect - just 2 minutes from the Benito Juarez park and then ~5 minutes to the center.
