Great design & comfort

We had a great time at the apartment. Alejandro’s service is beyond great. Fast response. Proactive . I felt at home. Great building . The only point is the location. I thought it was inside the “casco viejo” neighborhood, instead was in a “hot area”. Even thought it was a different area as I expected I felt safe, the people were very friendly and polite and made me feel safe and welcome . I had also the chance to apreciare the old arquitectura of the neighborhood before someday be restored . For the price is a great location near to everything . I’m very grateful of Alejandro service . If I go back to Panama for sure I rent the same place .

Everything was excellent, the location is very central, it is close to the chorrillo but that neighborhood did not seem dangerous, nor did its inhabitants rather very friendly, the building has quality installation, the salted water pools are excellent, and the best is the highest building in the sector and has an incredible view of all Panama, comfortable and at ease facilities, attentive staff, I would have liked to have included parking within the price, the building is practically new, and it has an art gallery in the very nice lobby, I did not manage to use the bikes for time but I hope to return and enjoy a little more

Really nice apartment and rooftop pool in a decent location.

Pros: proximity to casco viejo and albrook mall, new building that’s very modern. Alejandro is also very responsive and helpful. Cons: the location isn’t optimal for tourists or foreigners who want to stroll around, also quite filthy, but safe. Also the pool is more of a jacuzzi but still nice. All in all, good place if you’re fine with not being in a “prime” location.

Very nice and good location, the only negative thing is the constant noise coming from the street so get your earplugs ready

Good place!

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The night clubs are definitely loud for a light sleeper like me. But, I did carry my own ear plugs and did not have an issue sleeping. The place is spacious and the Wi-Fi is consistent. The two bathrooms are an additional bonus too. Would definitely recommend.

Santiago Airbnb is a great place to stay Outstanding location with everything you need in walking distance. Very safe and secure. I fly to South and Central America a lot and I will always check here first for accommodation when I am in Panama

The spotless place, beautiful restored apartment with good light entrance, very clean and good view of Panama City. The location is close to good restaurants and important places in the old town. The only thing that could be a negative point is the night noise of nightclubs and bars and traffic. I also love the apartment.

My partner & I stayed 2 nights here. It is great value for money and a gorgeous apartment. Balcony is lovely to have a coffee on! Also weekends are very loud because you can hear all of the bar's music from the roads nearby which we didn't mind as we were so tired that some ear plugs did the trick, and that being said I think most places you stay in the area would hear the same music so can't really be avoided! The building itself feels very secure, but the location can feel a little bit sketchy at night if we are being totally honest however in daytime it's perfect and just 5 min walk from everything in Casco Viejo!

The apartment is beautiful, as shown in the pictures and description, it is very well equipped and comes with everything you need for a great stay! The instructions were perfect and there was no need to request anything additional.

The place is impeccable as its photos are very quiet and comfortable, the host is very responsive, close to tourist areas.

I always try to stay in a Wynwood House property when I can because I know it’ll have everything I need! This apartment was great and a short 5 min walk into Casco Viejo. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Very nice place close to many bars and clubs

This is a great little spot for our trip. It is right in between four or five different nightclubs. If you are into nightlife this is the place to be! It is pretty loud at night but it did not bother us at all. Earplugs are provided which is a nice touch. All amenities are available including washer and dryer. The staff were helpful and super responsive! The wifi wasn’t the best for work but we were able to go nearby to get the work we needed done. The price and amenities were well worth the stay!

Fantastic spacious unit, Modern amenities. Parking a car is a challenge. Super convenient with a 24 hour store right in the building.

I loved it, super comfortable, and it's just like it looks in the pictures! Near Casco Viejo, you can walk and get to know the restaurants.

This was my 3rd time staying in one of the apartments in La Manzana and it was amazing as always. The apartments are really nice, the building has 24/7 security, the location is very good a few minutes walk to Casco Viejo. Can recommend and would stay there again if I ever find myself in Panama city again.

Excellent everything

The building is very nice, the room was clean, comfortable and in very good taste. I really like the place. Night time is questionable due to the fact that the building is at the edge of one of the more dangerous areas of Panama called Chorrillo so I recommend take UBER back to the room specially at night. I for sure recommend the place just make sure you understand the area and what direction to go and not to go. Santiago was great with service and communication will be staying here again.

I had the pleasure of visiting this excellent place recently, and I must say, it truly lives up to its reputation. While it may be a little hard to find initially, this seems to be in line with the unique charm of addresses in Panama, particularly in the older parts of the city. Once you do find your way, however, you'll be rewarded with an experience that's well worth the effort.

Santiagos place was great. He was a very communicative host. The apartment was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. This is my second time staying at the apartment complex and will surely come back.

Excellent except the neighborhood

This is a great place to stay in Panama City in Casco Viejo. Santiago was very accommodating and communicated well. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great. I would stay here again. Recommended!

This condo was excellent. Super clean, easy to find, lots of free parking around and of course you are in Casco which is my favorite place to stay. There is a bar on the same street that seemed to love playing their music VERY loud, however, for me this is something that is fundamentally Panama. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the music and it did not bother me for sleeping as we could close the shutters on the windows which really reduced the noise. The apartment is in a super funky old building that has been renovated and it is a very comfortable space. Santiago was extremely helpful and responsive to all my messages which I appreciate a lot. I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

Excellent space. As shown in the photos, it is impeccable and has everything one needs. The building is very nice and the entrance staff is always willing to collaborate.

This space is incredibly comfortable, big and nice. Close to everything, very complete and very nice. The ceiling is super high, it has a large and very well equipped kitchen. The location isn't the safest, but it definitely worked for what I was looking for. The value for money is all I expected. I would only add a couple of mirrors to the space, pillows to the couch, and a few more floors. I had issues with the apartment door but they responded very quickly and fixed me. Definitely come back.

Comfy spot, good price, will be back

Amazing and new place. Everything was clean and pretty. We almost didn’t took the apartment because of one photo that looked like there is a party there but it was actually really quiet. The location is close to the old city but this street is not very friendly (but there are a lot of police officers).

We liked Santa Ana more than other places we’ve stayed in Casco Viejo, and there was a cute pop up market in our courtyard on Saturday.

Lovely private inner courtyard + business center available to rent space if needed. Narrow sidewalks throughout Casco Viejo. We walked everywhere & felt safe. Friendly people.

Comfortable place to sleep after walking or dancing around the old town, the bedding is very clean. Good communication with the host. Mosquito repellent is recommended.

The place was very new and super clean. Everything. Worked as expected. It was all you needed with a luxurious touch. The view was okay, but the ambience of the street and connecting streets wasn’t great. However, the area of the historic center is very nice.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and well located. It is in the old town close to the best restaurants and noturno leisure areas. We went out at night and walked back without any problems. The building has 24-hour security. The room is large and comfortable, in the kitchen you will find everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable with fresh, clean white linens. The bathroom is correct: the sink is very small, there is almost no space to put personal things but the shower space is spacious and the water has very good pressure. Also there is a very nice outdoor balcony to enjoy at night (because during the day it is too hot). Inside there is air conditioning that works perfectly and does not make any noise. In short, it is an ideal apartment for a few days in Panama city. The value for money I found was pretty good. I would repeat again without any doubt, totally recommended.
