We had a great time at the apartment. Alejandro’s service is beyond great. Fast response. Proactive . I felt at home. Great building . The only point is the location. I thought it was inside the “casco viejo” neighborhood, instead was in a “hot area”. Even thought it was a different area as I expected I felt safe, the people were very friendly and polite and made me feel safe and welcome . I had also the chance to apreciare the old arquitectura of the neighborhood before someday be restored . For the price is a great location near to everything . I’m very grateful of Alejandro service . If I go back to Panama for sure I rent the same place .

Excelente todo, la ubicación muy central, queda cerca a el chorrillo pero ese barrio no me pareció peligroso, ni sus habitantes más bien muy amables, el edificio cuenta con instalación de calidad, las piscinas de agua salda son excelentes, y lo mejor es el edifico más alto del sector y tiene una panorámica increíble de todo Panamá, instalaciones cómodas y a gusto, personal atento, me hubiese gustado que incluyeran el parqueo dentro del precio,, el edifico es prácticamente nuevo, y tiene una galería de arte en el lobby muy bonita, no logré usar las bicicletas por tiempo pero espero volver y disfrutar un poco más

Muy buen apartamento adecuado para 4 personas. Muy amable siempre hubo una comunicación constante y frecuente. Cuenta con excelente seguridad

Pros: proximity to casco viejo and albrook mall, new building that’s very modern. Alejandro is also very responsive and helpful. Cons: the location isn’t optimal for tourists or foreigners who want to stroll around, also quite filthy, but safe. Also the pool is more of a jacuzzi but still nice. All in all, good place if you’re fine with not being in a “prime” location.
