Excellent accommodation, a beautiful place. It has incredible green areas, full of peace and quiet. The beds were lovely, and the rooms or stay were amazing. I highly recommend it and we will gladly come back

Maria’s place is amazing. The pictures don’t give it justice to how beautiful and unique this place is. I was hesitant about the bioclimatic pool, but it turned out to be such an outstanding feature. I have never been in one and it really connects you to nature. Such a peaceful retreat. The location is unbeatable between historic valle and trendy avandaro.

We were happy! We really enjoyed the house! And I highly recommend the lady who came to help us! Everything was excellent!

Staying in this house was a very good experience. The hot tub, which was ready from the moment we arrived, and the small pond with fish surrounded by well-kept vegetation make for a very pleasant experience, not to mention the house's good facilities. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

An exceptional place. The view is spectacular, and both the jacuzzi and the natural pool are simply amazing. The location is perfect, very central and convenient for visiting the main tourist attractions in the area. What impressed us the most was the architecture and design of the place; every detail is carefully thought out and creates a unique experience. Everything was impeccable during our stay. In addition, the service was excellent. The hosts were always attentive and available to resolve any questions or needs that arose. Definitely a wonderful experience that we highly recommend and to which we would gladly return.

We had a wonderful weekend with swimming in the natural pool, soaking in the hot tub, bbq prepared by their wonderful house staff. We were 8 people and the house is spacious enough for that.

Everything was excellent. A very good place to rest, especially for large groups. Beautiful house. Very good service from Suri (cleaning and food). The house has a lot of stairs. If anyone has any issues or is elderly, I don't recommend it. Apart from that observation, I would go again.

We really liked the house, very good location and very good service

The house is great, modernist, and cared for as if it were new. A few meters from Avenida Manguito, easy to access and go to other places. A garage for two cars. Common room for living room, dining room and kitchen with a very wide bar. Half bathroom and washing machine area. The ceilings are high, very nice. There is a loft area with a living room, an inflatable bed, and a TV, which is like another bedroom. A terrace with furniture and a Jacuzzi, overlooking the garden. The bedrooms are on the lower levels, three on one floor, all with bathroom, very nice and the largest one level below. All the finishes are very nice. The house's garden connects with common areas shared with other houses (5), where there is a small lake, splash pad and a swimming pool (cold water), as well as a small soccer field and a paddle tennis court. Maria and Alvaro's service via email was adequate and prompt. Zury welcomed us to the house, she was very attentive. There were 8 of us, the loft was available. We would stay there again, a very good experience

This place was heavenly, no other way to describe it. The house was beautifully laid out and perfect for a large group. This isn’t like other Airbnb’s—the quality level is really amazing. We also had the pleasure of being cared for (meals, daily cleaning) by the housekeeper Sury who is an angel. I genuinely can’t wait to go back. Make sure to use the amenities—padel, swim in the pool, hot tub, and just admire the beautifully manicured garden. The only downside is that there was a lot of random noises at inopportune times—a neighbor’s alarm going off at 5am, or trucks getting blessed and sounding their horns loudly on the main road, but this isn’t the hosts fault.

The place was great! Just like the pictures. Everything was clean, in order and the house design is amazing. Alvaro / Maria always answered my questions regarding the house before and during my stay. I was a little afraid of the location however, is easy to get in. They have space for 3 cars inside the house, which is great. The pool outside is cold but we used the jacuzzi with perfect temperature. I would only recommend to have padel balls available for the guests. Overall it was great! I would recommend it 100% ! Alvaro and Maria were kind, attentive and always ready to answer any questions and with a speed that is greatly appreciated. They made us feel welcome from the first moment. The house is very spacious, perfect for large groups or families, with spacious and comfortable common areas that invite you to relax and enjoy.

The house is super comfortable, beautiful, nice, fun. The truth is, it's very comfortable The jacuzzi is the best, as are the amenities. The only problem is the excessive fines they have for breaking the rules, but rules without rules and if you don't break them, there shouldn't be a problem Everything was excellent

The house is extremely spacious, beautiful, well equipped (comfortable beds, large kitchen, good internet, light plant, heated jacuzzi) security and nice view. It's definitely a house to enjoy more than once ;) My only observation is that it is not a home option for people with mobility issues, as it has many stairs due to the type of construction.

The house is very nice, spacious with lots of light, impeccable, comfortable beds, it is a new and very clean house. We felt very comfortable, Suri, the lady who helped us with the kitchen, is very friendly and helped us with everything, nice details that they left us, the fruit, flowers, well, it makes you feel welcome. The rules are normal as anywhere, you just have to read well what is allowed and what is not, we had no problems, we really enjoyed the house. The Jacuzzi is great, my family and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, it is at the entrance to Valle, very close to everything. We would happily return, I highly recommend it.

The house is spectacular, not suitable for small children because there are many stairs, but everything is clean. The house is very nice and centrally located, Zuri is always attentive, it's worth a thousand. We'll be happy to return. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is new and it shows, very tasteful, very nice view, you can play paddle tennis so bring rackets and balls, everything is amazing

Great place to stay, all rooms had plenty of privacy and their own bathroom. Communication with Alvaro was good at all times and he was very friendly and helpful. Sury's support was also great to liven up our stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for all your attention.

This house was better than expected! It was an absolute gem of a house and better than the photos. I only wish we had spent more days here. The house is very spacious, super clean and has everything you need. We loved the pool - it was one of the coolest designs for landscaping we had seen. I would highly recommend staying here. So many thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back if it’s available.

We love it! The house is very nicely decorated, it has everything you may need, the terrace spectacular, everything was perfect! Very cozy, you really feel so comfortable. The bedrooms each with its own bathroom, some comfortable placares , with a spectacular view. The jacuzzi, although it has an extra cost what the water heat, is worth it!! Maybe as a comment for someone who wants to go it is a house that may not be for older people since there are a lot of stairs to go from the living room to TV room or to the bedrooms. We really enjoyed it, it was a half-hour walk from downtown. Give yourself a apapacho and enjoy as we have! We didn't want to come back!
