Family and I had a lovely stay. Very secure and safe. The host was fantastic and made the whole experience relaxing. We enjoyed the Restaurant and pickleball. Would definitely go back. The beach was a bit rocky but the paddle boarding was fun.

Two families with 9 people total enjoyed this stay. Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed the restaurant for one breakfast and one lunch that were top notch. Kids enjoyed all the pools and kayaks with life jackets supplied. Adults enjoyed pickleball. Only wish we would have know to grab groceries ahead of time as the restaurant doesn’t open early - and would have loved to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the deck in the am. Unit does have coffee maker- we just didn’t realize things were NOT walkable. Uber is rather easy and reasonably to get places, however. Easy to communicate with owner/operator and he was quick to answer any questions and was flexible with checkin/checkout- which we very much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, magical sunsets and tranquility. A beautiful place

First off, I want to say this Airbnb is gorgeous! It has a beautiful view and was a perfect spot for our two families. The instructions to get to it were excellent, and we had no problem finding the place. There are many steps to get to the unit, but the stairs are equipped with handrails, so they are easy to navigate. I’m limited in my ability to walk, so I notice those sort of things. Communication by the host was excellent, and responsive. Octavio answered all my questions in a timely manner. The Airbnb unit was well equipped, and I particularly liked the big containers of drinking water for all of us. If you’re looking for a place to accommodate a couple of families, I would recommend this Airbnb unit wholeheartedly. Thank you, Octavio, for a wonderful stay.

The place is beautiful, the complex is super quiet, very peaceful and the view is special!!! The villa is very nice, an excellent size, everything in perfect condition, and the host's service is very good!!!

The condo was perfect. The cold tub was amazing - like having your own pool. Although we loved heading into Bucerias for some excellent dinners, literally everything you needed was at Punta Esmeralda. Restaurant, bar, pool, ocean, spa - what else do you need? The condo itself was spacious and well equipped. We loved it and would return.

I worked with Octavio's assistant, Alexandro. He was very responsive. I appreciated his immediate attention to the items that I called about (lock on the door, having water delivered, a broken chair, a magnetic screen that would not stay shut). The cleaning crew were amazing. I have only praise for the service provided.

The place was fantastic! Clean and just in the right spot, next to one of the common pools and just feet away from the beach. Location wise cannot be better. The community is also very quiet and private. The one thing that can be better is the beach itself, which seems to be man made and almost not existent. Other than that, the place is recommended for families wanting to spend quality time together. Our host was always a minutes away from any question/issue that we might have, great service.

We loved our stay at Villa Arena! The place is nicely furnished, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The large veranda is great and we loved watching the gorgeous view, wading in the pool and listening to the birds singing. Our host was very friendly, helpful and professional. The security gate staff were always friendly too. We couldn’t have be happier with our choice if accommodation.

The house is very convenient and nice. It has everything you need. The private pool is sensational in these times of pandemic. The hospitality of Aldo is amazing. Only as you see in the photo does not have a big beach, but the grandchildren enjoyed it very much.

Excellent unit to relax for a weekend. Amazing view.

A recommended place suitable for an unforgettable trip in a paradise
