Peaceful and comfortable place to stay

Good spot

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place! Very spacious, very walkable, and the doorman was very helpful and friendly. We walked to a different restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner, and none of them disappointed us. The Walmart nearby was also very convenient for grocery shopping.

The apartment was great! It was walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping as well as the park. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor space and the place was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Although our stay was very short, we really enjoyed the house, which is very spacious and comfortable. We found it very clean. Upon arrival, the doorman greeted us with the keys and was very friendly.

Very nice and clean, pleasant place

My friends and I booked our stay here for our friend’s bachelorette (7 girls total) and it was the PERFECT spot for us. Big spacious rooms, plenty of washrooms, huge living room/kitchen, washer/dryer, security guard 24/7 (and they let us into the front doors when some of us stayed back), plus of course it was walking distance to the most beautiful area in Mexico City. So many good restaurants, coffee shops, Walmart 2 min walk away, etc. Safe, beautiful and definitely a spot you have to stay at!

A hidden gem. It was tucked away in an amazing location with restaurants, parks, and museums all walkable. The unit was spotless and was a small oasis from the busy city. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Polanco. The location was great and the apartment was lovely, spacious and comfortable! The fourth bedroom and bathroom were small and we felt they could use some updating. But overall the unit was terrific.

Spacious, private space attached to a building. In a nice part of town with cafes, restaurants and shopping (including grocery) right there. Quieter and more upscale area but walkable to the museums and a short ride to most major sites (subject to Mexico City traffic). Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Unit itself is easy to spread out in, with everyone getting their own space. Nice living area to hang out and separate tv area if you want it. Strong WiFi. Greenery throughout the house that makes it very welcoming. Will stay again.

Amazing find! Clean and spacious! Fantastic centrally located! Will book here again for my next CDMX trip! We had 2 families with kids under the age of 10 and it was a perfect home for our stay.

PEACEFUL AND SPACIOUS HOME IN POLANCO This is a wonderful ground-floor apartment smack dab in the center of Polanco. The inside is full of natural light with two small tree-filled courtyards and a large outdoor space. It's like staying in a garden but right in the middle of the city! The place in enormous with four ensuite bedrooms. You can walk safely to numerous sites, including the Anthropology Museum and la Reforma. For more distant trips, we never waited more than three minutes for an Uber. This is a great find!

The place is even better in person than the photos show. We loved the inside yards a lot. They bring quite a bit peaceful energy. one of the lime trees inside the house even has fruits. The outside yard is great for kids to explore and run around or morning coffee. The place is half a block away from Horacio st with tons of restaurants, bakery, coffee shops within 5 mins walk. Bedding and mattresses are top quality, extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and appliances. The whole place is very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back and stay again next time in town

Stayed with a group of friends and we really enjoyed that every room had an en suite bathroom. One of the rooms is much smaller than the others and just off of the kitchen, but it was fine for one person. We loved having a courtyard and a kitchen with all the appliances. The Polanco metro was close by as were a couple of grocery stores. There were a lot of keys to manage on the two doors, but we figured it out.

The place was in a beautiful location, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants and a 30 min walk to Chapultepec park. The Airbnb itself was very large with each bedroom having its own bathroom, everything was very clean

We had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and absolutely spotless. We didn’t realize how large the outdoor space was, and the fact that it was private made it even better. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. The space was very comfortable and convenient everything was accessible, walkable, and local. We loved walking around and exploring the area. We arrived much earlier than expected and were able to store our luggage in a private room thanks to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. This made a big difference and allowed us to explore freely without carrying our bags before check-in. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

A very spacious house, perfect for up to 7 people. Very quiet and independent of the rest of the building. Properly equipped. Maybe they could put a dishwasher, for so many people, it would be convenient. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and at the same time very central.

We stayed here with 7 friends for a concert and to explore Mexico City, and everything turned out amazing. The property is exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and located in a safe area. The neighborhood feels walkable and the location is incredible for discovering excellent restaurants and enjoying the city. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and spacious enough for all of us. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to every request or question we had, which made our stay even smoother. The check-in and check-out process was also easy and stress-free. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay in Mexico City, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment!

Great apartment for a larger group! The space was gorgeous, with nice outdoor area. It is well located in a safe and walkable neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Only caveat is that the smaller room, with a single bed can get a little loud given the windows face the garage/street. Overall, an amazing find that worked perfectly for our group!

The house is located in a very good area with many options available nearby for restaurants. It is spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Highly recommended.

The space is larger than the pics show! We loved that every room had its own bathroom. There are many things walking distance. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great stay in a great location! A lot of nearby restaurants and a safe walkable area. The plants inside the home were so cool! I was nervous about not having AC, but we visited at the end of May and had no issues plus there were fans!

A little verse for the house of Petrarca 239 We are the Vargas-Gonzalez family from Bolivia we landed and we enjoyed so many details that we found in this house. It is a very familiar little corner to share the pleasure because looking anywhere there is always something to see. The antique lamps in the living room, coffee tables and beautiful European paintings speak of a past that still exudes a soft aroma of Tulip and Azalea The dining room with its warmth, the kitchen overlooking the garden, the bamboo of singular beauty and endless watercolor shades of green. In the courtyard, many trees around are an incomparable complement for rest, peace and love. With Love: GGA

Truly a wonderful cozy stay. It’s beautiful, particularly the kitchen. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The area is so peaceful at anytime of day. 10/10 recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay here again! Location was great. It felt safe and was close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very nice and spacious. The cleaning team was still there when we arrived and it seemed like they did a good job. Overall great place and would be happy to come back!

Loved the airbnb. We came with our kids. Spacious. Each room had a fan, which was great to cool down. The host was very responsive. We had some initial issues, and the host took care of it fast. Much appreciated. Loved that there was laundry on-site. Good location. Many places that are walking distance, including the walmart express.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful neighborhood and multiple supermarkets in less than a five minute walk. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a very comfortable stay.

A very comfortable place and the area is very quiet.

Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at the Airbnb! It was very spacious and clean. Lorenza and Lilli were great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is a great choice to stay with family and kids because it’s peaceful and there is a Walmart at the end of the block. Overall, would recommend this Airbnb and would come back and stay again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location in Polanco. Located just a block from Walmart express which is the best store for shopping, especially if you want a good selection of imported cheese and quality French bread. There are amazing restaurants in every direction as well as Chapultepec park only a short walk. If you have never visited this neighborhood, it is a gem. This home was perfect, comfortable and not an apartment. It is rare to find a single home to rent in this area. It is also connected to the apartments next door so there is a doorman available if you need any assistance. The hosts are extremely helpful and respond very quickly. They made our stay effortless and even dropped off some champagne glasses at our request. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed a few days of Christmas with the family in this apartment. Located in a lively area of Polanco, and on the corner there is a diner with a very good breakfast and dinner menu. The apartment is large, the kitchen is well-equipped and everything is as shown in the photos. Lorenza's service was always very prompt and attentive.

One of the best stays in the area, quite spacious house, equipped, impeccable cleanliness, I loved that each room had its own bathroom, the location is excellent, quiet and safe area, close to many restaurants. half a block away there is a walmart. I would definitely stay again.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! We were a big group and it was so comfortable for all of us! Nice and spacious beds, each room has its own bathroom. The living room is wonderful and the yard in the back is very beautiful. The location is absolutely great! So many nice cafes and restaurants around. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house in an amazing neighborhood! We felt really comfortable and safe! All amenities and decor was amazing and my group of 6 was very comfortable! The host was very proactive!

The apartment is in a great location, and very spacious. It was clean and with the right utensils to cook in the kitchen.

This place was great for our group of 5. The apartment is spacious and in a great location near restaurants and a grocery store. We felt totally safe the whole time. There were a couple small issues with the apartment. The smallest bedroom gets quite loud at night, so it’s not great for light sleepers. The showers also had some quirks - the doors do not fully close and the water tends to spray everywhere. Overall though I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time at Lorenza’s place. It is nicely situated in Polanco, a very nice neighborhood. All rooms have their own bathrooms and showers, the living room is nice for everyone in the house to come together, and the kitchen is well equipped.

Wonderful spot! Group of 7 of us stayed here comfortably for a weekend festival at the Hipódromo De Las Americas. Good food and drink within walking distance. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful family gathering for a wedding in Mexico City and Lorenza’s home was the perfect place to accommodate all of our needs. Having 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was great. We were able to walk to the Anthropology museum and other sites around the city. We alarmed enjoyed the Pelte cafe several times for breakfast. We are happy to recommend a stay here.

The location was amazing, walkable to restaurants and a grocery store right up the block. Three bedrooms are really nice and the fourth is a little small, probably suitable for a child and not an adult like we had planned for our group. The patio is beautiful and the place was clean. Easy check in and check out with a helpful doorman next door.

This was a wonderful stay for our friend's bachelorette weekend. Lorenza was quick to respond and an effective communicator. The area this airbnb is located at is great and we had no issues throughout our stay!

We had a marvellous stay here. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It is a beautiful, spotlessly clean flat and had all the amenities we needed to settle in right away. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children) On-site parking was a huge help. This was an amazing location to stay in, with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores all within steps of the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Polanco at this Airbnb with minimal travel time to many of the best restaurants and sites in the city. We felt very safe, the area was lively, the rooms were clean and the space was actually larger than we expected.

Wonderful flat on a nice quiet street. Very spacious, great outdoor area, great beds and linens. There were more deliveries than I would have liked (a camera shows the front door)

We traveled as a family with 2 teenagers and two grandmas and there was more than enough space for us to have all the elbow room we needed! Plenty of bathrooms and ample space for all the stuff we brought along. We enjoyed the peaceful patio area. All in all a great place to stay in a beautiful part of Mexico City!

Beautiful house, close by to Walmart and other local eateries and coffee places. House was as advertised. The dryer was broken before our arrival but was able to have a replacement during the beginning of our stay.
