Our experience was very positive. The space stands out for its privacy and for having an excellent pool area. In addition, its location makes it easy to get around on foot, with a shopping plaza just a short walk away. Everything met our expectations.

The house is amazing! We enjoyed it very much! The common areas are also great! I highly recommend it!

The place is elegant, modern, and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The decor is very nice and the space feels cozy. We stayed at Mauricio's PH for 2 months. Everything was as shown in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable and spacious, and it has everything you need. Mauricio was an excellent host, quickly addressing all the needs that came up. Not to mention the location. You can walk to Plaza La Isla in 5 minutes. My children enjoyed the pool and the children's area, and we enjoyed the gym. Highly recommended!

Mauricio and Nicolle were attentive to us at all times. We were a group of 10 mothers staying to relax for a few days. The rooms are nice, the apartment is beautiful, the area is super safe and very well located. Even though we had certain problems that were out of the hosts' control, they helped us at all times. The attention they gave us and the communication was excellent! The photos match the apartment perfectly! Thank you Mau and Nicole for your hospitality!

Great place!!! with all the amenities within walking distance of Plaza la Isla. We told them that we had a baby and they left us everything we needed so we didn't have to worry about anything (stroller, dishes, etc.). We'll definitely see each other soon

Cassia Mérida is an excellent option for a family accommodation, with all the amenities, a safe, clean place and a great host who is attentive at all times. Amenities make all the difference, for both adults and children. We went in the middle of summer and the place was very quiet, the air conditioners were working and the comfort was unbeatable. It's well worth it, they gave a great plus to our vacation experience in Merida.

It's a new apartment, super spacious and super equipped. Excellent location, close to a shopping mall and restaurants. It overlooks the pool and gardens. They had touches like bottles of water, bars and an emergency kit that is always much appreciated. Always very attentive to us, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely return when visiting Merida again.

Cassia Merida is a great option for staying in Merida. Spacious place with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Super-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The location is excellent given that it is 2 minutes from La Isla and 20-30 minutes from most of the main activities in Merida. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommended.

Overall the stay was excellent, the house has everything you need to cook and is in excellent condition, it does not have a washer and dryer if you have a long stay in mind Outside of that, everything was excellent.

New apartment in a subdivision with good amenities and very close to the La Isla Mall. The apartment is on two floors and has direct access to the pool. Everything was impeccable inside the house: furniture, utensils, decoration, cleanliness and excellent service and communication with the company that operates the rental. Consider that the service is not included and that it must be requested in advance.
