Excellent house to spend a family weekend.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed at in San Carlos over the years. The house is just as described and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, and good AC. 2 of the bedrooms are in a separate casita which was great for people in our party who wanted to go to bed early and not hear the rest of the group in the living room. The location can’t be beat - right on the beach and less than 5 minute walk to Sunset Grill and other restaurants. You can see all the fun happening, but are far enough away it won’t disturb your sleep. We were a group of 12 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The giant dining table and patio table made group meals really fun. We hope to be back again - the host is excellent. Very responsive and accommodating. They’ve done a great job and I hope we can come back someday soon. It really is a one-of-a-kind place to build great memories :) Thanks Marcelo!

We loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and spacious for all the family. It was nice to be right by the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the backyard. We appreciated having the community pool a few steps away too. The house is also located by a few restaurants that you can walk to which was great! If we had any issues or questions Marcelo was an awesome host and always available to help us. We hope we can come back again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing to say about the place, it delivers. We encountered a couple issues that got resolved instantly, simply, it was great!!!!!!

Wide and beach front home with good equipment and quiet colony. Marcelo's service was excellent!

Marcelo's place was perfect for us! We were a group of 16 people, consisting of 6 families. The house has six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and plenty of parking space, which made it convenient for us to unload our luggage. Marcelo's home was equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for cooking. The place is inviting and comfortable for family gatherings, and the beach is just a few steps away from a covered terrace with spectacular views. Marcelo was a fantastic host who replied promptly to our inquiries. Our family had a great time, and we definitely plan on coming back!

The house comes with everything to have a perfect stay in San Carlos. It's a great option to stay, we were very comfortable on our trip. Everything was perfect, and the ocean view was definitely beautiful. Marcelo is an excellent host, very attentive and friendly, always on the lookout for us to solve any questions we had. We will definitely be staying again here!

Amazing home to stay. Marcelo was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The home was fantastic! Every room had their own bathroom, the view from inside was stunning and the access to the beach is what truly sold us on his home. Anyone traveling to San Carlos definitely should stay here!

An excellent experience, the host is always attentive to any need. First-class facilities, completely recommended when visiting this destination.

House was perfect. Everything was clean, had so many sleeping areas that our group of 13 had 2 extra rooms. Another thing we loved was that each room had its own full bathroom so no sharing. House is located beachfront which is extra important when going with kids who want to spend all day in the water. We’ve stayed in at least 5 different homes in this community over the years and this one has been our favorite.

This was such a beautiful home , one of my favorite I've ever rented, Host was super friendly and very helpful definitely recommended.
